My sister's engagement was held here, and it was a fantastic experience. The venue was beautiful, the food was excellent, and the staff managed everything professionally. Our guests were very happy, and the event went smoothly. Highly recommended for weddings and engagement ceremonies!

Not good experience to be honest. Been to many 5 star hotels but this one is not good. No good food, rooms, noise everywhere, pool always closed, smells room, bad furniture, male staff has ego a lot, provide wrong information, breakfast sucks, I don’t recommend this hotel if you are looking for a radisson feel or any 5 star feel. Go with other better options
I checked into Radisson Blu Hotel New Delhi Dwarka with fairly standard expectations - airport convenience, predictable comfort, and maybe a decent buffet. What I didn’t expect was how much the place leans into being both functional and quietly indulgent. The first thing that struck me wasn’t the lobby’s size (though it is expansive), but its pacing. Despite the steady flow of guests - business travellers rolling in with cabin bags, families negotiating check-ins - the staff kept things moving without making it feel rushed. My check-in was smooth, but more importantly, unceremonious in a good way. No rehearsed warmth, just efficient, polite interaction. The room itself leaned towards understated rather than flashy. Neutral tones, clean lines, and a layout that actually made sense - plug points where you need them, a work desk that isn’t an afterthought, and a bed that felt like it had been designed for recovery rather than display. Soundproofing deserves a mention; given Dwarka’s busy surroundings and proximity to the airport, the quiet inside the room felt earned. The food deserves a separate note. Instead of the usual overwhelming-but-forgettable spread, the dining experience felt considered. The breakfast buffet didn’t try to dazzle with sheer variety but got the basics right - fresh fruit that actually tasted fresh, hot dishes that didn’t sit around too long, and a balance of Indian and continental options that felt intentional rather than obligatory. Even the coffee, often an afterthought in large hotels, held its own. It’s the kind of place where you don’t photograph your meal - you just quietly enjoy it and go back for seconds. Another small but underrated advantage is its connection to the Dwarka Walk Mall. It’s not a sprawling, destination-style mall, but that’s exactly why it works. A quick walk gives you access to essentials, a few retail stores, and casual dining options without the chaos of larger shopping complexes. It adds a layer of convenience - you can step out without really “going out.” Service throughout the stay had a similar tone - present without hovering. Requests were handled quickly, but without the scripted politeness that can sometimes feel mechanical in business hotels. There’s a certain confidence in that approach. If there’s one thing to note, it’s that the hotel sits firmly in the “practical luxury” category. You’re not here for dramatic views or boutique charm. You’re here because it works—whether you’re catching an early flight, attending meetings, or just need a comfortable, well-run base in Delhi. And in that role, it delivers without trying too hard to impress you. By the time I checked out, I realized something: I didn’t have a single standout “wow” moment, but I also didn’t have a single complaint! And that kind of consistency is rarer than it sounds.
I recently stayed at Radisson Blu Dwarka, and unfortunately, it did not live up to the brand’s reputation or the premium price point. While the property looks grand, the experience was marred by poor maintenance and sub-par dining. The Issues: Dining Disappointment: As someone from South India, I found the breakfast spread quite a letdown. The chutneys were poorly prepared and lacked any authentic taste. Even the basics were off—the omelette served to me was completely bland and lacked salt. Room Maintenance: The room felt neglected. The bathroom taps were loose and practically coming out of the wall. Lack of Instructions: There were no clear instructions on how to operate the bathtub/hand shower, which led to unnecessary frustration during what should have been a relaxing stay. The Silver Lining: The only highlight of the stay was the quality of the toiletries, which were excellent. Verdict: Overall, the service and maintenance are not up to the standards one expects from a Radisson property. For the price paid, guests deserve better attention to detail in both the kitchen and room upkeep. I hope the management looks into these basic snags.
This is THE place to stay in Dwarka. Not only is the SERVICE phenomenal but the restaurant, Spring, has great service with very attentive staff. Find Manav for the best treatment! Karan also was the sweetest on our last day here, making sure we had a comfortable stay.
