Im from South Africa. Restaurant had superb meals with great staff. Food was tasty, huge variety. Beautiful setup. All staff go the extra mile including house keeping, reception, restaurant, to ensure you have comfortable stay. Bhisha showed such a warm experience during breakfast. The rooms however are very old with cracked tiles, discoloration of floors etc. Needs serious renovation.

Stayed again in this hotel recently. Service as well as food is always be superb. I was also impressed with professionalism of Shree. A very nice experience. A minor feedback. Some tiles in the bathroom might repair/replacement.

I stayed at Park Inn by Radisson for two nights and had a comfortable and efficient experience overall. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were courteous and professional throughout the stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and functional, with comfortable bedding and adequate amenities for a short business or leisure stay. Housekeeping standards were consistent, and the room was serviced promptly. The hotel’s common areas were well kept, and the overall ambience aligned with the Park Inn brand—modern, practical, and relaxed. Breakfast offered a decent spread with both local and continental options, and the dining staff were attentive. The location is convenient, with good accessibility, making it suitable for business travelers as well as short city visits. Wi-Fi connectivity was reliable, which was helpful for work purposes. Overall, Park Inn by Radisson delivered a dependable and pleasant stay experience. I would consider staying again for short trips and would recommend it to travelers looking for comfort, cleanliness, and professional service at a mid-scale hotel.
