Room was very nice cleaning MR. Akhilesh mishra. I'm so very happy . The room was cleaned professionally and maintained to a high standard. The room was neat, tidy, and well-organized, with excellent attention to detail. The bathroom was thoroughly cleaned, all amenities were properly arranged, and the overall presentation was very impressive. Thank you to the Housekeeping Team for providing excellent service and ensuring a comfortable stay.
We stayed at Novotel for 2 days and had a wonderful experience. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The washroom was a bit small, but it was neat and functional. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the live music playing in the background created a lovely atmosphere. The property itself is huge and beautifully maintained. The best part of our stay was the exceptional service. Every staff member we interacted with was courteous, friendly, and always ready to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and appreciated the other facilities, including the gym, spa, and salon. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing stay, and we would definitely recommend Novotel for a comfortable getaway.
Stunning hotel, very nice, kind service. The rooms are spacious enough and the people are very welcoming. The restaurant staff is very helpful. Particularly this waiter named Robin who was extremely kind. We enjoyed our stay and if we ever are in Delhi again we will stay here !!
I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Aerocity, Delhi. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very well maintained throughout my visit. A special appreciation to the housekeeping team for their excellent service—they were prompt, professional, and ensured everything was spotless every day. Special thanks to Vijaynandan Kumar, for amazing house keeping service. The food was another highlight of my stay. Every meal was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety to suit different tastes. The restaurant staff were courteous and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, the hospitality, exceptional housekeeping, and excellent food made my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.
I stayed at the Novotel New Delhi Aerocity and had a fantastic experience. The hotel’s location is unbeatable for anyone traveling through IGI Airport—it’s incredibly convenient while still providing a quiet, upscale atmosphere that makes you forget you’re in a major transit hub. The facilities are modern, the check-in process was efficient, and the dining options were excellent. However, what truly stood out during my visit was the **exceptional level of service** from the staff. Special Commendation I want to give a special shout-out to Sohan from the housekeeping team. He took care of my room and did an outstanding job. It wasn’t just about the cleanliness—which was spotless—but the attention to detail and his polite, professional demeanor. Coming back to a perfectly turned-down room after a long day made a huge difference in my stay. **Highlights of the stay:** * **Proximity to Airport:** Just a few minutes from the terminals. * **Housekeeping:** Sohan’s work was exemplary and greatly appreciated. * **Ambiance:** Great pool area and a very welcoming lobby lounge. I highly recommend this hotel for both business travelers and families looking for comfort and reliability in Delhi. I will definitely be returning!
