Nice hotel with a strategic location! Had a 4 nights here. The hotel is beside the mall and market, making it easy to get anything you need, especially when you're new to India and don't know much. One thing for sure to remember, the scents of hotel are incredibly good!
The staff here are so polite and friendly. Prabhat, the lobby boy, helped me a lot with my luggage and was very friendly. The security staff are also so sweet and always give everyone a warm welcome.
Room was clean, AC works really well, the breakfast also good. Just need improvement on their donuts to be more soft and not to hard.
I had a wonderful 2-night stay at Mahagun Sarovar Portico Suites. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality and professionalism of the entire team.
Despite arriving late on the first night and getting delayed the next morning, the staff still accommodated us for breakfast even though the buffet officially closes at 10:30 AM. That thoughtful gesture reflected their generosity and genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.
The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, making it a great way to start the day. Another thoughtful amenity was the in-room RO drinking water tap and microwave, which made our family stay much more convenient. To top it off, the management was kind enough to upgrade us to a larger room, considering we were travelling with family. That gesture was truly appreciated.
Whenever we requested ad hoc room cleaning, the housekeeping team responded promptly. A special thanks to Bablu and Subodh, who did an outstanding job and ensured our room was always spotless.
I would also like to appreciate Sandeep, who clearly plays an important role in the management team and ensures everything runs smoothly. The newer team members, especially Natali, deserve special recognition as well. She was incredibly polite, soft-spoken, and excellent at building warm relationships with guests, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay.
The only area for improvement would be the hot water. The water temperature was perfect in the mornings, but during the evenings it wasn't consistently hot enough and tended to become lukewarm.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The combination of excellent service, attentive staff, thoughtful amenities, and warm hospitality makes this a hotel I would happily stay at again and highly recommend to others.
Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The washrooms were well-maintained and hygienic. The location is excellent, making it convenient to access nearby attractions and amenities.
The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. A special mention to Ajay, who provided excellent service during breakfast. He was courteous, attentive, and ensured that guests had a pleasant dining experience.
Overall, a great stay with comfortable accommodation, good food, and outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended!

A special thanks to attendant Ajay for his polite behavior, attentive service, and friendly attitude throughout the evening.
