I stayed at this five-star hotel expecting a comfortable and memorable experience, but unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The room and overall location did not meet my expectations at all. Considering this is a five-star property, I honestly expected much better standards, comfort, and attention to detail. The experience was far from what I had imagined before staying here. I also work in the five-star hotel industry myself, so I understand the level of service and standards guests expect from a property like this. That is why this experience was particularly disappointing for me. However, I would like to sincerely appreciate Nitu for her excellent service. She was polite, attentive, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout. Her service was one of the few highlights of my stay and deserves special appreciation. Overall, a disappointing hotel experience, but excellent service from Nitu. I hope the management takes guest feedback seriously and works on improving the rooms, facilities, and overall guest experience.

We had an exceptional dining experience thanks to Tanya. She was warm, attentive, and professional throughout our meal. Her recommendations were excellent, she anticipated our needs without being intrusive, and her friendly attitude made us feel genuinely welcome. Tanya’s outstanding service turned a great meal into a memorable experience. We look forward to dining here again because of her hospitality.

We were staying at Hyatt Centric, and Arna from the reception was incredibly kind and helpful. She assisted us throughout our stay, from check-in to check-out, and made us feel very welcome. The room was super clean and well maintained. Kudos to the entire housekeeping team for their excellent work. We also had breakfast at Kitchen District, and Shivam was really helpful and attentive. Thank you so much to everyone for making our stay comfortable and memorable. We truly appreciate all your efforts! 😊
