I love the breakfast, the hospitality of the staff specially the reception and the house keeping and that too Mr Resham and Mr deepak. This is not about hotel this is about people who are working day and night specially Mr Umashankar and Mr Anand. Great service and superb hospitality. Love it

Disappointed with the billing practice at Tripti Restaurant & Bar inside Hotel Shanti Palace near Delhi Airport.
A 10% service charge was automatically added to the bill without proper consent. Customers already pay GST and menu prices, so forcing extra charges is not acceptable.
Hotels and restaurants should focus more on transparency and customer satisfaction instead of hidden-style billing practices.
I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff was extremely kind, polite, and always ready to help. The room service was excellent and very prompt. I would especially like to appreciate Miss Rekha and Mr. Gopal from the room service team for their outstanding service and warm behavior. They were very courteous and ensured that all my needs were taken care of. Their professionalism and friendly nature made my stay even more comfortable. Overall, a wonderful experience with great hospitality. Highly recommended!
