Hotel Lotus Paradise

My experience at this hotel was very bad. The room was not clean, and the service was very slow. The staff behavior was also not professional. Even the basic facilities were not up to the mark. I would not recommend this hotel.

Horrible. We booked this looking at the reviews but the place is absolutely horrible. Don't ever book this hotel. All the good reviews are fake for sure. Unclean rooms, AC not working, Geyser not available. They don't provide enough towels. You will not get extra Drinking water even if you are ready to pay. Service is a big Zero. They are not at all bothered to serve you. Overall terrible experience.

Terrifying experience, genuinely informing- don't come to this hotel . My experience - I was here due to some work, we( me and my mother) were here initially for 5 days but first we booked for 2 days, online price was around 1200 but then when we visited they asked for 2200 when we showed them 3-4 websites they agreed on 1500 but probably was a little frustrated ( they should not have agreed at first place rather than giving us such terrible experience) then when we asked about milk powder for tea, they said there is shortage and will be available tomorrow but they didn't provide after telling them 7+ times, also the room service literally take hours and they may cancel that later telling that it is not available also wifi was not working except the first day+ the ac is worse than a fan, they didn't even send the staff to clean our room , and later when we called them about all that the receptionist started talking rudely even telling us to checkout, they were literally humiliating us at this point, so we had to change hotel after 3 days. Really very bad staff, service and room . I would have given negative rating of there was option.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were good , the staff was very polite, and the service was excellent. Special thanks to Deepak Kumar for his helpful and friendly support. Highly recommended.
