We had a delightful stay at Hotel Diplomat. The location was perfect for our US visa interviews, close enough to take all the stress out of the morning.
The hospitality genuinely exceeded expectations. Every staff member was polite and courteous, and they made sure our stay was comfortable and peaceful throughout. A special mention to Dinesh from the kitchen team, who was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to accommodate my mother’s dietary needs with personalised meals. That kind of care doesn’t go unnoticed.

Breakfast was included in the room rent, but the hotel management's attitude was appalling; what they served as breakfast was rubbish—just terrible tea and two items: aloo paratha and upma. It was a pathetic breakfast and a pathetic response. It is not worth paying ₹6,900 per night—not even by mistake. It was a huge disappointment; the hotel might look good on paper, but the service is zero
Good place to stay. Good space. Clean. Hygienic. Service available quickly. They upgraded us to good rooms, since they had space available. Very nice of their team and management. Mirror and cupboard great. Toilet not very big but good enough.
Close to US embassy, doesn’t have lift service and a dedicated parking area. But the area is quite and peaceful. Allows Swiggy and Zomato food inside rooms so I didn’t choose breakfast option along with the room. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Also it is close to India Gate, Rashtrapati Bhavan if someone is travelling for tourism.
Had a really nice and comfortable stay at Hotel Diplomat in Delhi. The hotel is well located and easily accessible, making it convenient for travel around the city. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was polite and helpful throughout the stay.
The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained. The bed was comfortable and the overall ambiance of the room felt calm and relaxing after a long day of travel. Housekeeping was prompt and ensured everything was in order. Basic amenities were available and the stay felt hassle-free.
