Reviews
Average stay, room got no windows, suffocating and too small. Tea/coffee sachets not given, toiletries not available except 1 pack of very low quality soap. Hot water supply was perfect and linens were good. Service given to those requested items, usually basic things must have in place without asking. Overall just average stay for the overly priced package.
The Hotel Bricks is very good , As the location and services are warmly polite and our stay is full of joiness .
In my Opinion it is the best hotel in karol bagh area. Also all staff is very good manners & behaviours. Thanks.
This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve encountered. It did not feel safe for female guests, and the staff’s behavior was rude and unprofessional. The hospitality was extremely poor.
SCAM! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! I have been travelling around India for over a month now and have never had an experience this bad, I have also never been asked to make any prepayment. This hotel made us process a prepayment and overcharged us for two extra nights and said we would be refunded at the end of our booking then at checkout refused to refund us. The hotel manager told us that the accounts department won’t allow for a refund and then put us on the phone with someone who was definitely not the accounts department. I think the accounts department doesn’t exist to be honest and was just an excuse to not refund us for the two nights that we did not book for. Do not stay here under any circumstances you will be scammed and overcharged.
This is so disheartening because I was only ever met with kindness and honesty at all other hotels/accomodation around India but my experience at Hotel Bricks has been so traumatic and dishonest. If I can give any advice to any other travellers; please do not stay here! It is unnecessary stress for such an otherwise beautiful country.
