- Worst room service. If booked for 2 days. They will clean only once. - They say early checkin and checkout available and charge 400rs per hour can,t even use wash room afte staying there for a week. - Washroom is clean but flush dosent work.. and only one hole in shower works. For atleast room no 202. Food is good then send in the room as well. Cleaning is not good at all. They use one cloth for weeks i guess. All floor is always sticky. Only good thing is its 1.5 km walking distance away from aerocity metro station.

It’s has all the characteristics of 4 star but the maintenance is of only three star Suppose 1. Towels are old 2. Bedsheets are fine but old 3. Serving is moderate 4. Doors are not properly locked 5. Shower is not properly working 6. Commode is leaking constantly 7. There is a constant noise hearing into the rooms from corridor 8. Check-in and check out is not automated still using register I can list out many more things But it’s good for the budget they are offering

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I honestly don't understand why it is listed as a 4 star hotel. I am giving it 2 stars only because of the food. The non-vegetarian dishes were very good and well prepared. However, the vegetarian dishes were disappointing and need improvement. The bathroom was not cleaned properly, and the water quality was also poor. The bathroom fittings had noticeable discoloration. It may be due to the water quality in Mahipalpur, but it still made me question the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the hotel. Another disappointment was the buffet breakfast. The idlis were very hard, almost like stones, and had a sour taste, which was unexpected. Overall, I was left wondering why this hotel is rated as a 4 star property. Based on my experience, the cleanliness, maintenance, and breakfast quality did not meet the standards I would expect from a 4 star hotel.

I would strongly advise travellers to avoid this property. I had booked a 3-night stay through EaseMyTrip in a Deluxe Room with Work Desk after carefully reviewing the room photographs and amenities listed online. Since my existing hotel in Mahipalpur had no availability for the next three days, I needed an alternative close by due to my work commitments. As the hotel was in the same locality, I decided to visit before check-in to see the room and inform the hotel about my upcoming stay. At reception, Mr. Vipin confirmed that my booking was available and first showed me a room that was in a shabby condition and looked nothing like the room advertised on the booking platform. When I pointed out that this was not the room category I had booked, he showed me another slightly larger room, but it did not have the promised work desk either. Finally, he showed me a third room that actually matched the photographs and amenities displayed during booking. To my surprise, I was told that this was a "Premium Room" and that I would have to pay an additional 500 per night to get that room. When I questioned why I should pay extra for the room that matched my confirmed booking, I was asked to speak with someone named Manjeet. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, he was rude, dismissive, and simply told me to cancel the booking. He even admitted that the photographs uploaded on the booking platform were incorrect, but expected me to bear the consequences of that misleading listing. This was extremely disappointing. As a customer, I rely on the room photographs and amenities displayed while making a booking. It is unacceptable to advertise one type of room and then demand additional payment for providing it. I cancelled my booking immediately because I had completely lost confidence in the property's integrity and customer service. My advice: If you value honesty, transparency, and a hassle-free stay, there are far better and more trustworthy hotels available in the area. I would not recommend booking this property.
