*Not recommended at all* For your safety- pls don’t come !!! Absolutely terrifying experience. On 31/8/26, an hotel staff member entered my room without waiting for an answer or receiving my permission, while I was sleeping in my room in the afternoon clothless. At first, I genuinely wasn’t sure whether it had been a dream or reality. Later, I saw the incident on camera and realized that it had actually happened. The incident was extremely frightening and triggered a prolonged panic attack which I have never had before. After contacting the embassy, I was advised to seek an urgent psychiatric consultation and medical assistance in order to arrange my return home. I am still shocked. I have never experienced such a serious violation of my privacy and sense of safety in a hotel. After speaking with the management, I was left with the impression that they did not fully understand the seriousness of what had happened. Unfortunately, this experience has reached a point where I feel I have no choice but to cut my vacation short — a vacation I had only just begun — and return to my country to recover my mental health in expensive therapist (180USD for 1 session of 45min) from the impact this experience has left on me. An hotel room should be a place where you feel safe and protected. After this incident, I Ask u pls don’t come 🙏🏾 if u wish safety vacation

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An exceptional stay at Aloft New Delhi Aerocity! The rooms were spotless, modern and exceptionally clean. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout my stay. The staff was highly professional, courteous and always ready to assist. The ambience of the hotel is vibrant and the location is perfect for both business and leisure travelers. While the food was average, everything else made up for it. Highly recommended for business travelers and families. The pictures truly speak for themselves!

I recently stayed at Aloft New Delhi Aerocity and could not be more impressed by the entire experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The room was beautiful, the property was immaculate, and the overall atmosphere was wonderful. Room service was one of the best I have had in any hotels as of yet! They go above and beyond to care for you and make you feel special. A special thank you to Pawandeep for his professionalism and genuine care throughout my stay. When a billing issue arose, he handled it with patience, understanding and integrity until it was fully resolved. This is exactly the kind of hospitality that makes you want to return. I will absolutely be back and would recommend Aloft New Delhi Aerocity without hesitation!

Stayed here for two nights as part of a large group. The location near Delhi Airport is a major plus — very convenient for business travelers. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere is modern and pleasant. The main drawback was a disorganized check-in process, despite the hotel knowing over 100 guests would arrive within a short window. Food was tasty with decent variety, though many dishes were on the oilier side — lighter options would be welcome. The key card-controlled elevator, which only stops at your assigned floor, can be a bit inconvenient when visiting guests on other floors. Staff were courteous and helpful throughout. Overall, a solid hotel with a great location. A smoother check-in experience and some tweaks to the menu would make it even better. Would consider returning on my next visit to Delhi.
