Delta By Marriott Saint John

Had a lovely stay at this hotel in the middle of August. This was my 2nd time here, previously I had stayed in 2020 and my room looked like it had been renovated since I was last there. The room was nice and spacious. The bathroom had not been renovated though and the shower head is pretty low, probably at about 5'10, so I had to crouch. The pool and hot tub were nice, and thankfully it was empty one afternoon so it was very peaceful in there. Having the hotel inside the mall is convenient, and made for getting around in the rain a breeze as the mall is connected by pedways to other buildings downtown. We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant and it was very reasonably priced. My room came with a partial view of the water which was nice as well Overall another great stay here and I'll definitely come back again.

Older rooms, low shower head but Comfortable. The breakfast buffet was 19.95 which is really cheap compared to even fast food. Valet parking 32 bucks a day! Regular 20 bucks a day! Robbery. Staff in the restaurant excellent and kind. Rachel and Nancy stood out. Front desk and housekeeping all friendly and great. Decent plug ins for phones and computers. Washer and dryer were a lifesaver as Air Canada allowed our luggage to get soaked while it rained on the tarmac so we had to do laundry make our clothes wearable. Quite a number of variety for food options within only a block away. Yokohama might be the name of the bubble tea place. My wife raved about it and went there everyday.

Tara at the desk is awesome and provides excellent customer service with a caring heart. Tanya is a wonderful waitress there who provides excellent service with a smile. Parking on the 6th floor of the parking garage was very convenient. The hotel offers a discount if you are staying there to go to the Saint John Hospital NB Heart Centre to see a cardiologist. Will definitely be returning.

I had a great stay at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Saint John while travelling for work. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and thoughtfully designed for business travellers. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a full day of meetings, and I appreciated having a functional workspace. The only reason I'm not giving five stars across the board is due to a small service issue. One morning, I stopped by the front desk and asked if a new box of facial tissues could be sent to my room, as mine was empty. Unfortunately, it never arrived. It certainly wasn't the end of the world, but it was a simple request that was overlooked and did affect my overall service rating. Overall, I would happily stay here again. It's a comfortable, business-friendly hotel with clean, modern rooms and just a little room for improvement when it comes to following through on guest requests.
