Very tastefully decorated room, so peaceful! Loved the river view. The hotel location is great—near the tidal bore viewing, close to downtown, super convenient. Staff members were polite, helpful. Parking was easy, and close in. Nice breakfast provided.

Our family had an excellent 4-night stay at Château Moncton Hotel. The location is exceptional, especially for viewing the tidal bore, and it is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and major attractions. The rooms are spacious and ideal for families, while the amenities are always clean and well maintained. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which offered a wide variety of options each morning. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. We loved our time here and will definitely choose Château Moncton Hotel again on future visits.

Our suite was spacious and immaculately clean. Everything was in place for us to have a great stay. The shower tower was nice with a rain head, waterfall and body spray and plenty of hot water. There was a fridge and microwave. The king bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked perfectly. The location was convenient with a Superstore across the street and a Classic Burger next door. Breakfast offered an omelet, bacon, sausages, hash browns, juice, yogurt, bagels and more! Something for everyone. We chose a suite with a view of the tidal bore. The staff were very polite and helpful.

Upon arrival, the staff was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel was extremely clean, and the two-bedroom suite we stayed in was spacious, with plenty of room to relax. The breakfast was absolutely excellent. The hot items were served cafeteria-style, which helps ensure that not everyone handles the food. The young lady serving us was outstanding, and everything ran smoothly. She certainly deserved a tip for her great service. Beyond the serving line, there were many additional self-serve options available, and everything we tried was delicious. There was also plenty of seating space in the breakfast area. The only place where space seemed somewhat limited was the parking lot. Fortunately, we stayed on a relatively quiet night, so it wasn't an issue for us. The hotel is also conveniently located near many businesses, including a grocery store, Dollarama, and several restaurants, all within walking distance. All in all, this hotel easily earns a 10 out of 10 from us.
