I can’t say enough good things about Desmond. What started as a simple airport transfer turned into one of the best parts of our entire Jamaica vacation. We enjoyed him so much that we actually hired him to spend an entire day with us, taking us all over Negril, showing us around, introducing us to places we never would have discovered on our own, and giving us a much better feel for Jamaica beyond the resorts. I can confidently say that Desmond completely changed the direction of our trip. Without him, we wouldn’t have experienced half of what we did, and the vacation wouldn’t have been nearly as much fun. He’s personable, dependable, knowledgeable, and genuinely enjoyable to spend time with. By the end of our trip, he felt more like a friend than someone we’d hired. We finally took a family vacation. I was so worried about getting around . I made a post on a Jamaican visitor Facebook group and Desmond reached out to me. I was so happy he did because he made our trip in Jamaica smooth and a real blessing. He took real good care of us. Eternal Tours did an amazing job of picking our group of 10 up from Sangster International AirPort and taking us to our hotel in Negril. They also was our transportation to and from excursions which included Rose Hall Great House, Cultural Center one day and Mystic Mountain another day. Very accommodating and professional. Our private transfer from the airport was the start of a wonderful holiday in Jamaica. The service from our guide/driver Desmond was exceptional, really professional and he took care of us whilst taking the time to give us a history lesson of the beautiful island of Jamaica. The experience we had was so good we even booked a days tour to Discovery Bay and St Anne’s to see the real Jamaica and see our families ancestral homeland, which we (9 adults) all thoroughly enjoyed and it will live in our memories for a long time. Thank you Desmond for going above and beyond to make the day special especially for my 91 year old father in law. The driver was excellent. He got us quickly and safely to our resort after a long wait for our luggage at the airport. He drove with expertise and managed to avoid an collision from a car driving ahead of our van.

Clarkie our driver was very friendly and knowledgeable. Had him stop by pharmacy on our way to Negril and at Green Island at Biggs jerk stand (a must). Desmond was absolutely AMAZING!!!! I’m so glad I was able to find him on Facebook. The way he organized our excursions was the highlight of our trip, we literally had nothing to worry about. I knew this year we would want to have Desmond and his company for our trip this March. He didn’t disappoint. We were greeted with the same enthusiasm and hospitality that we had last year. We booked the transfer for our group of 10 through the Eternal Tours website. The website is extremely well set up and easy to navigate.. The day before our scheduled arrival, Desmond made contact to let us know the he was excited and awaiting our arrival. Desmond is especially a great choice if you have a large group as he has a beautiful coaster bus that fit us all and our enormous load of luggage all very comfortably. When we arrived at the airport Desmond was waiting for us even though we arrived early and sailed through customs. We were greeted with a cooler full of cold drinks and a wonderful warm welcome. We requested to make a stop at MegaMart in Montego Bay before heading to Negril. Although it was a late evening flight , Desmond was more than happy to fulfill this request. Along with a few other special requests. We still had plenty of room for quite a few cases of drinks to last our 12 day vacation. Desmond did a great job navigating the roads and potholes in the dark on the 1 and a half hour ride to Negril. We made payment in cash for our round trip transfer when we arrived at our hotel. The price was extremely reasonable especially considering all the extras that Desmond provided us. The day before our departure, Desmond made contact to make sure of our requested pickup time. Our driver Ryan arrived promptly on our day of departure and gave us as pleasant of a ride as can be expected when you’re returning home from paradise. We tipped Ryan as we had already paid our return transfer in advance. We highly recommend Desmond and his crew for all of your transportation needs while travelling in Jamaica

We used Eternal Tours round trip from airport to Runaway Bay. Desmond was early to pick us up both ways and he was very entertaining during the car ride. We would recommend this service which was also much cheaper than booking through the resort.
