The price was actually cheaper than my family of three taking a shuttle bus. Ricardo communicated with me before our trip and throughout to ensure we left early enough to avoid the traffic delays from construction…vehicles and staff were excellent - overall phenomenal experience.
We were met by Ricardo Taxi and Tours after picking our luggage up at the Airport in Montego Bay, Jamaica. He gave us a red stripe beer and water then drove us to our destination. The ride was smooth and driver very friendly and knowledgeable.
Ricardo is awesome! Very easy to find at the airport, picked at the agreed upon time for departure. Even stopped at a little shop to let us buy some rum and coffee on the way back. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Overall great experience for our first trip to Negril! Will definitely use Ricardo again!

Ricardo met us outside the airport with my name ready to go! His air conditioned van and rum punch was a pleasant touch after a long trip. Ricardo was so kind and amazing to us, through our transfer to Negril he made sure to point out the beauty of Jamaica along the way and told us all about each city we drove through. He also stopped off for us to use the bathroom and pick up snacks along the way, making sure we were safe and comfortable everywhere we went. He also out of the kindness of his own heart, dropped off fresh patties at our resort after we talked about wanting to try them from a local place. I call him every year and now my friends use him! He is polite, respectful and kind. When we want to be picked up at a certain time, he is there 15 minutes early everytime! He is knowledgeable about the whole Jamaica and refers us to places to go that are beautiful outside of the hotels we stay àt. I trust Ricardo when I go to Jamaica and I go every year! Ricardo was fantastic. I booked round trip airport transfers for my family of 5 from the Montego Bay airport to the Princess Grand Redort which is at least an hour and 15 minute drive. He was punctual, professional, friendly, and made us feel safe. His vehicle was clean. We felt very comfortable with him and actually booked an excursion with him directly a few days later. He personally picked us up, planned a day to take us shopping, then to our parasailing excursion in Negril, followed by lunch at Margaritaville and finally to Rick’s Cafe. He stayed with us the entire time and provided cultural history and insight along the way. His communication via WhatsApp was consistent and up-to-date. Ricardo made the transport from the airport to our hotel smooth and stress free. We found him waiting for us as soon as we exited the airport as planned . On the way to our hotel, he shared Information about the areas we were passing as we drove along , like history and interesting facts and recommended several things to do and visit while on the island . It was a pleasure speaking with him and he set the tone for a great rest of the trip!
We were picked up on time from MoBay Airport. However we didn't initially see the driver. Thankfully I had the driver's phone number and another driver called our driver. My phone didn't worl right away in Jamaica. Our driver was nice and showed us various sites aling the way. On return the driver was on time and picked us up from our hotel.

It Was a Very Pleasant Experience, Driver was Already There waiting for us, easy to identify because he had a Big Sign with our Name on it, Stopped along the Way to Get Food and Take Pictures. After our Stay ended, They Picked us up from The Resort and Got us To The Airport an Hour Earlier than Expected!!
