We actually used the service to go from a resort in Montego Bay to a resort in Negril then again from the resort in Negril back to the airport. First it was VERY easy to book. I think the communication from the company impressed me most. I was constantly given reminders and times for pick up . The drivers were exceptional - very professional and friendly. would definitely recommend.

We actually did a transfer from a Montego Bay area Hotel and a Negril hotel. The driver was very nice and professional. He drove very well and avoided the bumps along the way. He also shared some of his knowledge and experiences as we went. It was a very nice ride to Negril

The service was super easy to use. The drivers to and from the resort were friendly and on time for both trips. The trip from the resort to the airport is about 2 hours and service helps you plan accordingly.

On a recent trip to Jamaica's west end (Negril) we didn't want to endure the multi stop hotel tour typical of the resort airport transfer scene and so we chartered a private transfer using Reggae Tours. They are located in the central court which can be a little chaotic but we were found them after a few minutes. The associate at the desk made a call and walked us outside and over to the location our transport was waiting. She provided us with 2 bottles of water, introduced us to our driver and we were on our way. The drive is typical for most Caribbean islands with narrow pot hole filled roads, impatient drivers, and motor cycles passing in-between traffic lanes. It can be a little overwhelming if you are not accustomed to it. Our driver was competent and patient and we felt safe during our trip. We had many conversations about the islands culture, food, beaches, and pretty much what ever we wanted to know. The time drifted by between picturesque views of bays and hill-scapes and before we knew it we were turning into our property. I would use them again with confidence.

We used the transportation services to and from the airport to our resort. Both drivers were there waiting for our arrival and got us to our destinations safely. We will definitely be using this company again for travel needs!

I was very pleased with Reggae Tours. Used them for private roundtrip transfers for me and my family, MBJ to Azul Beach Resort in Negril. I emailed for a quote and received a quick and professional response. Once I confirmed, they were very thorough with pick up details, policy and etc. When I arrived, the lady at the corner/desk of Reggae Tours at MBJ, was very friendly and helpful in physically showing my husband where to grab a bite before heading to resort and me a restroom for my toddler. The driver from the airport was very nice and shared a lot about Jamaica during our drive (I wish I could remember his name.) Coming back I was more impressed with the vehicle, very clean, spacious and seemed newer. I am a travel agent and will certainly be doing business with Reggae Tours in the future. I highly recommend them!

We hired Reggae Tours for private transfer in both directions between Montego Bay Sangster Airport and RIU Palace Tropical Bay in Negril. We had a family of five grown adults and plenty of luggage. The shuttle they used in both directions was plenty big enough that we could spread out a little and not be all squashed together like sardines. The vehicle was clean and had good, working air conditioning. Both drivers were friendly and arrived on time. At times we saw some crazy driving displays on the roads, but our driver's drove safe and kept us happy. The office staff we communicated with when making the reservations and confirming just before we left, were all great and responded quickly. Would highly recommend them.

Our family of three had a private transfer from Montego Bay airport to Beaches Negril on Saturday, May 14, 2022. We had Club Mobay and made it through security quickly. Our Club MoBay representive took us to the Reggae desk. The gentleman at the desk welcomed us and asked us to follow him to the pick-up area. It was very crowded and the Reggae rep was having a hard time finding our driver. He found us a taxi after about 10 mintues and we thought we were on our way. The driver said that we had to circle around the airport again to drop something off to original representative. There was so much traffic that it took over 15 minutes to circle back. It turns out, our taxi driver was dropping off Red Stripe Beer in a cooler to the our original desk representative. I was not happy, but we were finally leaving the airport. It was raining hard at this point and our driver was slamming on his brakes though all of the standing water on the road. Our driver talked on the phone to multiple people during our drive and would swerve when dialing. About halfway through the drive to Negril, our driver received a phone call. Our driver asked me our last name and told the person on the phone that we were in his car. This is our fifth trip to Jamaica and I haven't ever had a transfer like this one. I will not be using Reggae ever again.

Very accommodating. Had to do a very last minute change for pick up day early due to flight cancellation and had no issues at all. Very prompt pick up at airport and at hotel to return us to airport. Courteous, informative driver. Clean vehicle. Driver wore a mask at all times, which we were very thankful for. Have used this service before and would again. Davell is awesome, he took us to the hotel and back 1.5 hrs each way. Very friendly, safe and comfortable private trip in a Toyota Royal Saloon black car and they put a nice happy anniversary sign in the window! Would definitely book again. Check Facebook for a discount code.

The most memorable part was the tour and stories that were told along our ride to our hotel. We learned a lot on our over an hour journey including the language.

My husband and I recently went to Sandals, Negril. We were concerned about traveling during the COVID pandemic so opted to use a Private transfer. Our driver Davell picked us up from Negril to take us back to the airport. This man was such a joy to listen to about the island of Jamaica that it made the normal long trip feel so much shorter. We used Raggae Tours to transport us to and from the Grand Palladium Hotel which is a ways away from the Montego Bay Airport we flew into. Our drivers Havian and Dadell were both excellent drivers and shows us a lot of things and gave us a lot of tips about things to do and try in Jamaica. Both of them offered to stop and detour to places if we wanted. I cannot say enough good things about how well we were treated. Our flight was delayed several hours and they waited patiently for us to get there. The check-in lady at the airport, the reservation people, and everyone were beyond wonderful to work with. The cars were nice. I would definitely recommend them, and I will use them again next time I go back to Jamaica! Also - they, along with everywhere we went in Jamaica, followed Covid safety measures.

My husband and I recently used Reggae Tours for private transportation from Montego Bay to our hotel in Negril. We were nervous about Covid safety and protocols but Reggae Tours had it all going on. Our driver Davell Aidan Vassell was excellent. He wore a mask the entire time from pick up to drop , and was professional yet very friendly. The car was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely use Reggae Tours again for Airport Transfers - and request Davell as our driver.
