We easily found our driver as soon as we walked out of the airport exit doors. He took our luggage and led us out to the car. Traffic was particularly bad because it was graduation day on the island, but he kept the car cool and comfortable and did the best he could. On our return trip, our driver was waiting when we checked out of the hotel. We were driven in a 10+ passenger van, but with no other passengers. Traffic was fine as it was a Tuesday morning, so we made it to the airport in record time. No complaints and we definitely recommend this company and will use them again.

Vernon was our driver from the airport to our resort in Green Island, Jamaica, and he did an excellent job. He was prompt, professional, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. His driving was safe and comfortable, and he shared a lot of helpful information about the area during the trip. Communication was good, especially when TripAdvisor site wouldn't accept edits to my booking. Andre provided details and was prompt and professional in responding. Our driver, Orville, was waiting for us with a clean, comfortable car. Orville provided information along the drive, stopped to take a photo of us at the Negril sign and provided restaurant recommendations without feeling the need to talk constantly.
This was our first time booking a private transfer (or at least not directly through the hotel) and what a pleasant surprise! Andre was amazing at communicating prices and even followed up a few days after my initial email. Prices were very reasonable and pick up and drop off were a breeze. We followed Andre's instructions and were met by our driver at the airport. A nice, air conditioned car swept us to our resort. I emailed the day before leaving to confirm our pick up, and once again - Andre responded within a few hours. Both drivers were very courteous and friend - pointing out local landmarks and telling us a bit about their lives on the island. Will definitely use Luxurious Carib Tours when we come back to Jamaica!

We used this service to take us from Montego Bay Airport to the Princess Grand Jamaica in Negril. Our driver, Orville, drove us both ways. The van was spacious, clean and well maintained. Orville was a very friendly person and we had an excellent conversation that I found very informative about Jamaican culture. 5/5 recommend for anyone looking for airport transportation.

We have been using Andre for many years now. Andre is ALWAYS very quick to respond ahead of time and has been great with last minute alterations due to flight changes. From start to finish. The luxurious caribe tours was excellent. We used them as a private transfer to our resort in Jamaica. There were seven of us, including one that had mobility issues. The van was spacious and the ride was excellent. The driver was very knowledgable and answered any questions that we had. It was raining at the time we arrived and the person who met us at the airport, made sure to keep our bags under the cover, and then when the van arrived to bring us to the resort, he helped load all of our bags in there and made sure that we got into the van safely. I would definitely recommend, and we will book with them again.

Our experience with Luxurious Carib Tours & Taxi Service was amazing! We paid for round trip taxi service to our hotel in Negril. Their vehicles were very clean and they were quick! Andre was exceptional to work with. He called us the day before to confirm everything and give us easy directions on how to meet them at the airport. It made our life so much easier! Our drivers, both to and from were great! Very friendly! In fact, we accidentally gave our driver too much money when tipping on the way home and realized it once we got home! It was a significant amount of cash and the driver contacted Andre right away to let him know. He contacted us as soon as he could to let us know and he was able to get the money back to us!! This is our 3rd year using Andre and his service for our private transfer to Negril from MBJ. The cost is reasonable for a private transfer, and the drivers are always courteous and punctual. We are always asked if we need to make any stops along the way before we reach our hotel, and the drivers always point out items of interest along our journey. Andre’s communication is excellent, timely, with great follow up while on the island to ensure things are on track for our trip back. We ended up booking our latest trip Christmas Day and I reached out to Andre that day and he returned my email promptly. Would highly recommend for your next trip to Jamaica, tours on the island, or airport transfers.
I researched transfer options and although Sandals provides a complimentary shuttle, decided we wanted a private transfer at the optimum times for us. I chose Luxurious Carib Taxi based on their excellent reviews and Andre’s drivers did not disappoint. They were there on time (early) both ways and made the longish ride to Negril and back very nice/ relaxing. I would use this service again when in Jamaica.

THE BEST, from the 1st email to dropping us off at Cocolapalm ,Andre came thru again. Emails were returned by Andre within minutes his staff at the Airport took us right to the car . Luxurious was super easy to organize our private ride transfer to/from the Montego Bay airport to/from our Negril hotel! I shopped around for a bit and they were easily the most communicative, organized, and with competitive pricing. Our driver arrived on time and helped load everything into the air conditioned car. The ride was about 1.5 hours and he was kind enough to ask if we needed to make any stops along the way to Negril. We had some great conversation, took photos along the way, and arrived quickly and safely. The ride back to the airport was just as efficient. They have a sense of traffic and arrived early enough to give us plenty of time to go through security. We highly recommend Andre and his team! They will take good care of you.
We used Luxurious for 3 different private transfers this trip. Everything went smoothly, no issues whatsoever and most importantly- on time! HANDS DOWN THE BEST! Andre was very involved in open communication when I first inquired for transport! He is very friendly and dependable! The vehicle was very clean and comfortable. Very affordable for the distance from airport to resort. We used them for our arrival and departure. On our departure, we added two people and luggage from our party (they had arrived earlier initially), we used the same vehicle and still had plenty of room. Andre allowed for a couple of stops enroute to the airport as well. I highly recommend Luxurious Caribbean Tours for any adventures in Jamaica!!

Excellent ride to Negril. The roads in Negril have many rough spots and potholes, my driver navigated them expertly and kept me feeling safe and comfortable even as an afternoon thunderstorm rolled in to reduce visibility and slow traffic.
Both of our drivers as well as the young man who greeted us at the airport were incredibly kind and made sure that we arrived safely but also took the time to chat with us. We found this transportation after we were having trouble connecting with resort transportation. They were very quick at responding via email and were very good price. We were very pleased with their service and hospitality.
We have used them since 2019 with over a dozen trips and they are excellent. Their drivers are friendly, courteous and reliable. They are always on time or even a little early. We will continue to use them and will be booking another trip with them in October. To Andre and his team keep up the good work.

Great service! Our plane was late arriving but our driver was right there when we exited. We had 5 people and the van was perfectly air conditioned. We felt safe on our ride to Negril, and our driver was happy to make 2 stops along the way. We also did a trip to Benta River one day, and again, on time and safely got us to our destination. Great communication as well, highly recommend.
we had this excellent service known by friends, and even when our airplane was 3 hrs delayed, our personal driver was standing outside the airport to pick us immediately up to bring us comfortable to our hotel. Very nice service and friendly staff.

I booked Luxurious Carib after seeing so many positive reviews on Reddit, Google etc. It was an easy set up booking with my boy Andre who had amazing communication. They were there waiting at the Montego Bay airport and took us to our boutique hotel in the Negril Cliffs. For the return we were at an airbnb in the Negril City Centre and they were on time to take us to the Montego Bay airport with time to spare. I would definitely recommend Luxurious Carib to all Canadians travelling to Jamaica!
Where do I begin…. Airport pickup was very smooth… my wife was struggling with her walking and the driver was very helpful… about halfway to Negril, traffic was slow due to road issues up ahead. We were rear ended by a car that was behind us. Thank goodness nobody was hurt. Within 20 minutes they had another taxi at accident site to take us to our destination in Negril. Two weeks later for the ride back to the airport was NO CHARGE..!! The driver received a very nice tip!!! Highly recommend…this is the second year in row we used luxurious taxi..!!,
