Overall pretty smooth added bonus which I thought I was not included because it was not advertised was the snorkeling.

You feel completely comfortable and taken care of the moment you board the boat, the crew was absolutely amazing

The actual cruise was wonderful & staff was pleasant, energetic & entertaining however the transportation/logistics aspect is completely overshadowed the experience. If you’re staying in Montego Bay or above/north I would not recommend this excursion. It was never communicated that if you are picked up from the Montego Bay Area it will take 2-3 hours to get to the starting point of cruise. We spent more time on the bus than the actual cruise there wasn’t enough time to eat, relax & enjoy the stops at Margaritaville & Rick’s Cafe. Had the company disclosed the estimated travel time from pickup to starting point, I would have never booked this for my family, total day was this excursion 10am - 10pm! No customer is willingly going to sign up for a 6 hour bus round trip to only on be a boat for 2-2.5hours & 30mins-1hour at each stop. DO NOT BOOK IF YOU’RE STAYING IN MONTEGO BAY AREA!! Distances in Jamaica don't translate the same way they do in the U.S.—25 to 30 miles can easily take 2–3 hours depending on the route and number of pickups. Oh by the way you have to get on the boat via walking through the water (above waste high) so FYI

We had a great time! We traveled with 2 kids ages 3 and 10 and they had a blast! The drinks were good, snorkeling was fun, and there was endless music to dance to. The crew was great at keeping the party going! The only thing I wish was that we had more time to spend at Rick’s because it felt very rushed with the crowds there. Definitely would recommend though!!

Great, fun experience! We couldn’t go to Rick’s Café by boat because the waves were too strong, but the crew put our safety first and arranged for us to get there by bus instead. We really appreciated that they prioritized everyone’s safety. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I would definitely recommend it!

The pick up and transport no problem. We had to wade out to the boat which wasn’t ideal when your carrying towels etc. From the beginning the DJ played music that felt it was 200 decibels and it was like listening to one long tune. The stop half way to Ricks Cafe was brilliant for the snorkelling. Once at Ricks the sea was a lot rougher and to get to shore we had to be transported on a smaller boat. Getting from our boat to the smaller boat and again to shore was very hazardous and an accident waiting to happen. Hence, we stayed on our boat. Again the music at Ricks was extremely loud and basically it’s just a pub by the sea. Had we have been 30 years younger this would have been a very good trip. We did enjoy some aspects of it but this is very much a young person’s trip and for them I would highly recommend it.

Awful customer service. Paid for the trip in advanced. Was contacted 7:30p the evening before the excursion telling me that I had to pay an ADDITIONAL $60 via Zelle bank payment. I was contacted via text message and advised that If I did not pay the tour would be cancelled and as it’s was beyond the 24 hour cancellation window I would not be reimbursed. I felt pressured to pay and very uncomfortable being contacted via a text message to pay with an electronic payment. It was giving a scam vibe. A reputable company would give me the option to cancel without penalty. They should have known when I booked the excursion weeks prior was the correct price would be. Very disappointing and would not recommend. They try to get more money after payment via Viator. Beware.

The transportation and itinerary ran very smoothly. This excursion was the highlight of our vacation.

Good experience! Bar was nice just it was a lot of older people on the boat(which is fine) but this probably won’t be everyone’s experience when they book. Rick’s cafe was too crowded but I do think they give you enough time to order some food and come back to the boat. There’s also snorkeling which looked fun I didn’t read the description that this had snorkeling people had a good time

From the start to the end, nothing but fun, fun, fun... 1st off thanks to Captain Joe, Mama, and the rest of the crew. This crew knows how to party and keep everyone safe. We got to explore Jamaica and it's beautiful blue waters. Im not a swimmer but with a life jacket and the Life guard on the Catamaran coaching me into the water and carefully watching me so I don't drown, made this an amazing experience. I highly recommend this tour.

From arrival to departure the party never stopped. Our crew was incredible. Customer service and accommodations was top tier. I would book this again and again!!!!

This is a good activity if you are looking for a big group with fellow tourists. It wan't exactly our vibe but our hype guy tried really hard to get everyone on the boat dancing and singing. The DJ was great . Wish the drinks offered were a little more than rum and beer but, again, this is good for a typical tourist experience.

Great great experience , celebrated my birthday ! Met amazing people ! The tour information was engaging . I’m an extrovert hubby is an introvert and it was a perfect mix for both. We are also SOBER , once we told the captain he was so respectful and still kept us involved in the fun !

The catamaran was everything, the music , the vibes and the staff were very chill with how they provided drinks.

The staff was very lively and the drinks were strong! The patrons on the boat weren’t as enthusiastic, but the views on the way to the snorkeling area were stunning! When snorkeling you really don’t see much unless you go out to the rocks, which not everyone did, But while it wasn’t the most exciting snorkeling trip I had on my vacation, I still enjoyed seeing all the sea animals hiding around the rocks. After snorkeling the trip ends at Ricks Cafe for the sunset, with lots of music, rocks to jump off, and a dance floor! You’re not getting back on the boat, so make sure you grab everything you brought with you! We had lots of fun, Thank you to the staff for dancing and singing even if the other riders wouldn’t!

The employees were great and accommodating. It rained most of the time, but we made the most out of it and still had fun.

This is a must do. This cruise was so much fun. The MC was awesome and fun,he loves his job. He was getting everyone on the boat to dance,laugh and have fun. The DJ was amazing, he kept you dancing/nad BD shout outs. The life guards made sure we were safe.The bartender was on point amd rolling drinks out fast. The owner/manager made sure everyone was on the bus/van and safe.Noone was left behind. Margaritaville was so fun while waiting for cruise/food good.The DJ/MC at Margartaville was a whole vibe with BD shoutout. The group I was with had an amazing time. This cruise was an whole VIBE.❤️❤️❤️

I booked this activity last minute, but it turned into such a core memory—I had the best time ever! The people on the boat were so much fun, the snorkeling was one of the best I’ve ever done, and we danced all day. I’d highly recommend this to anyone passing through Jamaica!

It was great. We left from Jimmy Buffett Margaritaville cafe. We did an hour of snorkeling. After that we went to Rick's Cafe. I had the Big Fifty cocktail.

This cruise was amazing. The staff was amazing. The views were amazing. I definitely recommend. However, please be aware. There are tour guides out there like Shampoo Boss Tours that will overcharge you and not provide transportation. Don’t be like me and get fooled. Make sure you book directly to avoid that and stay away from Shampoo Boss Tours he over chances and doesn’t provide the services.

Everything was great the director CT keep the party going. Good energy, good fun, great atmosphere and beautiful water. We enjoyed this and would do it again.

Bring food because the wait times at margaritaville and ricks cafe are long, and you won’t have time to enjoy the places waiting on the food you order..

Nobody notified us that it was nomination day and that the streets were packed with both political parties. It was supposed to be an hour and a half ride which was over 3 hrs. Nothing shouldve been booked on this day and my family shouldn't have been put in this situation. There was also nothing to see on the snorkel part.

We did the family version of this cruise at 10 am. Family of four (9 and 11 year old). We boarded at Margaritaville and sailed to the West End of Negril. Stopped to snorkel, passed Ricks Cafe and swam in caves. Our cruise leader was Dex, along with Captain Joe, bartender Veronica and three lifeguards. Dex was fantastic at entertaining the kids and bringing the vines making sure everyone had a good time. We were kept safe and drinks were available including a lovely rum punch. The cafe swimming was beautiful and snorkel equipment was available to use free of charge. Would recommended - a great way to see the beautiful coastline/beaches of Negril and very family friendly.

Great time! Even though it started to rain really hard we all still had a lot of fun. Snorkeling was nice too.

This was an amazing boat ride. Despite it being a bit rainy on our day, the crew was so friendly and fun. We had an amazing time and there was never a dull moment. The cruise was beautiful, and Rick’s Cafe was amazing vibes. Definitely recommend booking this experience, it was 10/10!

The host for the cruise was good, really entertained us as much as he could. But the sound kept cutting out on the boat which was killing the little vibe we had. I went with 5 of my mates, the party vibes that we saw online weren’t the same when we done the cruise, maybe that was due to there being not a lot of people. The rum punch was nice. The snacks were rubbish. Vibe was okay. Good boat but too many technical issues on this cruise. As long as they fix it then you should be good. We went on Jamaica Independence Day so we thought it would be busy and have a lot of people but that weren’t the case at all so be mindful when picking your days. I’d just say overall, it was a nice ride, the snorkelling was alright. Probably better if you could breathe in the goggles. Ritz cafe was cool and margarita ville was nice. Just sound issues which interrupted the party vibes massively. But go at your own wish.

Not worth the money. We spent 1 hour at Margaritaville paying premium prices while waiting for the boat to come closer to shore so that we could stand in line in the water (chest high) to climb on the boat. The vibe was pretty fun on the boat but the drinks and snacks were pitiful. We anchored for about 20 minutes to snorkel. Nothing really to see. Got back on the boat to head over to Rick’s Cafe which was the main purpose I booked this trip. Once Rick’s was in sight the announcement of, “well people it’s too rough so we are going to have to head back now!” Are you kidding me?? No Rick’s, no cliff jumping, no sunset!! Absolutely disappointed.

The music, MC, DJ were all very entertaining and kept the party going. The drinks are ok. However, a 4-5 hour catamaran cruise with like 10 bags of chips is not light snacks. They must do better with snacks offering more and better. They ran out of chips within 5 minutes of the trip starting.

The entertainment was just over all amazing. The drinks was strong and flowing, had us dancing the whole time!

This was fun and a big party. Chocolate thunder (the MC) was awesome. Music was on point along with the drinks. Rick’s cafe was good and the jerk chicken sandwich was amazing.

Didn’t get to go to Ricks and jump - generic kind of party cat with what seemed like apt of locals and Bartender seemed very disgruntled.

There's not enough amazing things to say about this crew and the trip itself! We left from Margaritaville and from there it was non-stop music, shenanigan's and booze! I would call this the rated R version of the Booze Cruise Negril! Lol. So many enjoyed the snorkeling (I'm not a strong swimmer, so I didn't go), but the summary on the boat and at Rick's was amazing! We even got our picture taken ❤️

Dress to get wet as you are expected to walk in waste deep water to the catamaran. The tour guide was full of energy, the DJ was on fire and the Rim Punch was nice and strong.

That during inclement weather it should be canceled. It rained pretty hard and the boat was extremely packed leaving almost nowhere to sit.

I rarely give up one star reviews but it needs to be done. Boat: fine. DJ: fine. Bar: Mediocre but didn’t expect much from booze cruise. Hype man “Chocolate Thunder”: TERRIBLE! He spent the entire cruise screaming into the mic over the music in an effort to start the party. Normally I don’t mind this in small doses but it was excessive. The off key singing was so bad that we got off at Rick’s and took a taxi home. Get rid of Chocolate Thunder and they would get 4 stars.
