this is the 2nd time ive used Rockys in Jamaica . As before a fantastic service from booking through to collection. Roxann in the office is quick in responding to emails and all advice is clear Our driver was patrick on both journeys to and from the airport He was polite helpful and very knowledgeable also punctual the price quoted was very reasonable Highly recommended

Professional, on time , clean and safe . Used Rocky Tours to get us from Negril to the airport . Our first time not using the included all inclusive shuttle services. So glad we chose Rocky - were able to depart our hotel 2 hours later and enjoy our resort and breakfast . Just a 7 day vacation - why waist time on a bus.

We recently used Rocky’s service for airport transportation to Couples Swept Away in Negril. The service was excellent. Highly recommend them. As soon as went outside there was a clearly marked sign. The attendant promptly called the driver and we were on our way. The driver was informative and friendly. For our return trip we had great communication and the driver arrived right on time. This was not the first time that we have traveled to Jamaica and not the first time we have used Rocky's! We have used other transportation services for our airport transfer but once we found Rocky's we've never considered using any other. The price is right, the vehicles are always clean and well appointed. The drivers are friendly, courteous, and happy to engage in conversation. It's a wonderful way to start your vacation and likewise when it is time to return to normal life, your trip back to the airport is something that you won't need to worry about. Rocky made it easy to book our airport arrival and departures. We also booked Rocky's as our private taxi to take us to a few places in West End and back to our hotels. Patrick was our driver and he is very friendly and provided history of towns, buildings (a real guide) and most importantly a very good driver. Dain was an amazing driver during our transfer from the airport to our resort. It took us just over one hour to arrive at the resort in Negril, whereas others on our flight took large-bus transfer for three hours (due to multiple resort stops). We were greeted promptly, learned a bit about our driver and his life in Jamaica, a bit about the parishes and towns we drove through - it was a great experience. I made a mistake and deleted my confirmation letter (don't lose your letter) but Dain and Roxann were kind and patient while we found all the details together.

We used this service from the airport in Montego Bay to our hotel in Negil. From the time I researched and contacted the tour company the service was excellent. Response time to me messaging them via email first then switching to WhatsApp all communication was quick. The shuttle was waiting on our arrival, was private just for the 4 of us, and we requested some cold drinks (at our expense) to be waiting. This was all handled. Our driver from the airport Jack was welcoming, knowledgeable, and funny. We made good time. (About an hour and 20 mins). On the way back we had Dain who was also fantastic. He continued to share stories and interesting facts on local things on the drive, was again professional, trustworthy and helpful. He also arrived about 10 mins ahead of the pick up schedule which was great. Often transfers can arrive late. Not with Rocky's! If you are looking to book a private transfer service please use this company. They are number 1 in my opinion.

We recently got back from a week in Negril with a group of ten and used Rocky's for both airport transfers and an excursion and they're the best out there. Dain was our driver for all trips and he's always prompt, courteous, and entertaining. If you want simple, hassle-free private transfers look them up, you will not be disappointed!

We have used Rocky for many years for airport transfers and excursions from the resort. This year our daughter got married in Negril and Rocky handled many of our guests transportation to and from the airport as well as transporting guests between the wedding venue and resort. He and his drivers were all punctual and got us where we need to be on time and safely! We are grateful to Rocky and his team and look forward to seeing them on future trips!

We booked with Rocky's for our MBJ-to-Negril roundtrip trek, and the service and hospitality remains as great as it has for the 8 years that we've been clients! Always on-time, easy to communicate with, and personable... with a clean, comfortable, custom ride. Need to stop for a drink, some groceries, or a bathroom - it's always no problem! When in Jamaica, we wouldn't trust our vacation transfers with anyone else.

I have been using Rocky's for years and have never had an issue. A brief wait at the airport for the car to brought around and we were on our way. Driver was courteous in making sure i was comfortable with the temp and music. On the way back I even got Rocky as a driver. They used to include a cooler of beer and water but with inflation it is no longer standard. If you want some for your long trip just ask when booking or when you get in ask to stop at a store for some.

I recently utilized Rocky's taxi and tour service for a round trip airport transfer from Montego Bay to RIU Tropical Bay Negril. They were waiting upon arrival at the airport and arrived at the hotel at the scheduled time for the return trip. My driver was Jermaine for both the arrival and return trip and one could not ask for a more polite, professional and safe driver for the trip. I have been to Jamaica many times however this is the first time I have utilized Rocky"s service. I will not hesitate in the future to use this company.

Went to Jamaica on 11/9/24 and booked Rocky’s for car service from MBJ to Negril hotel. Rockys has provided me with this car service numerous times over the years and it’s always great, consistent and most importantly, safe service. I wouldnt use any other car service because of their reliability.

We have used Rocky's for our last 9 trips to Jamaica. They have been very prompt, courteous and professional every time. One time we overpaid (may have had too many Red Stripes!) And a week later on our transport back to the airport, Rocky let us know and tried to refund our money. We told him to keep it for his honesty. Excellent service every time!

We booked a private taxi with Rocky’s for a round trip for 2 people to a Negril hotel . When we arrived in Montego Bay at the airport, Rocky’s was there. There was another couple who had booked Rocky’s too. They only had one taxi available for all four of us so we shared the ride. Rocky’s did ask if we minded sharing a ride and we said that was fine as long s we got a break on the price. You are allowed up to four people for the price. We had prepaid $168 for our round trip. The other couple had not paid. When we arrived at our hotel, the other couple only paid $40. We had paid $84 for the same ride. Not fair. On our return ride to the airport, the driver said that we had to share a ride coming in because a taxi was coming broke down. We thought that Rocky’s would give us a bit of a credit due to the fact we shared a ride and paid for a private taxi, They would not do this. We definitely got the short end of the deal !! lesson learned - We would never pay in advance for the taxi because if you don’t get what you pay for, they do not make it right. You just get screwed !! We will not be using Rocky’s again when we come back in February. There are lots of better choices.

We have been using Rockys Tours for the past 3 trips to Negril. They have great comfortable vehicles. They are always punctual. Both Rocky and his other drivers are friendly and professional. Good service.

We have used Rockys private car taxi service for our last 4 trips to Jamaica. I will never use anyone else. Rockys service has been perfect each time. When we finish in customs we walk out the door of the airport and an agent of Rockys is standing to the right of the door with a sign. The person calls the car over to pick us up. Our experience has been that we are in the car within 5 mins of leaving the airport. All drivers have been very professional. Rockys gets an A+ from us.

This is our 3rd year going to Jamacia and using Rocky for transport and he has been amazing every time. Each year we’ve come with a big group (this year the biggest 35) and he has been able to accommodate all of us. With some of us coming and going on different days. Return to airport from resort also had no issues. Price was reasonable and seemed a little cheaper compared to other quotes I received. Would definitely use this service for private transport again.
