Great service. The van was big and comfortable. The driver was a cool guy to have on the trip. He was making great conversation with the family during the 1.5 hour journey and we got there without any incident.

I am giving this a 2 star and that's because the driver who did pick us up from the airport was very nice. But to start off the driver came over a hour late. We waited at the airport and the experience of waiting while constant taxis harassed us to book another ride. After finally getting through to the company we were picked and told the driver was given the wrong pick up time. He was nice and did make any stops we wanted. Now when it was time to get picked up from our resort and dropped off at the airport omg what an experience. We waited outside and did not know our taxi was a tour van. While we waited we had no idea he had arrived and when 10 minutes had passed he yelled at us for being late. Than he had made a pit stop during our drop off to purchase marijuana and was completely rude the entire drive to the airport. He almost crashed the van several times and yelled at other drivers and people who were walking. This was a horrible experience.

Really good and punctual. The drivers were nice and the sign from the airport was easy to follow. Would recommend.

Jerome was amazing. Our flight was delayed and he kept a look out, was waiting for us outside the airport with name on sign. He made stops for us for whatever we wanted / needed. When he picked us up from our resort back to the airport he on time, he made another stop for us it was just a great experience with Jerome.

Henry was nice and we were able to stop and get food from the locals and red stripes!!!! He got us there in less than two hours !!! Highly recommend

We arrived early 12:50 arrival expected 1:05..shop in duty free..went to locate transportation company/by my name around 1:20..located NO ONE INSIDE/ OUTSIDE. No one answing contact number..AFTER SPENDING TIME TRYING asking around someone spotted another person from company the company waiting for someone else.. ignored until I became VERY UPSET and looking for another way to resort......he called someone found out OMAR didnt know he was to pick us up.. they swapped picks up and one at airport took us..they was not until..2pm.. I never experienced this other reservation I received communication the day before and once I arrived until meet up time..this was unexceptable for private transportation..I will start doing my on.

My experience r was great. From the moment I booked i received step by step instructions on where to look for my ride . When I exited airport there was the driver holding a sign with my name. The driver had a up to date taxi and the ride was pleasant. The driver even allowed a stop which was in the package. I was happy with the service .

This was the worst travel service that I’ve ever booked and the most expensive. The customer service was extremely poor and the owner takes no accountability. It’s easy to book because it is the first one that shows up on the list, but if you keep scrolling there’s plenty more cheaper options that will make your trips worthwhile. I wish they had a zero star rating.

Booking was easy through the viator site. The instructions on where to meet the driver were easy to understand. Driver Henry was very personable and eager to share about his country and his family. Made the two hour drive go quick. Pricing is very reasonable.

I have used viator before in Jamaica but this time was totally different. We arrived in Jamaica at appx. noon and we were told in our reservation they would be outside and holding signs for us with ur names on. Not so, no one was there, and further more not until appx. 2 hours later after we had to jump through hoops to get a driver that one finally arrived. Very disappointed that we lost most of our day getting to Negril. So therefore, the $140.00 I paid I won't again.
