The company was good with communication. I knew where to go once I got my bags and the name of my driver. The driver held a sign with my name on it which help with identify the correct driver in such a busy space. You have to be skilled to drive in Jamaica, and our drive got us there safe and sound. I knew what time my return pick up was in advance which helped me plan my departure.

We were over 45 minutes late coming out of the airport - I was sure our shuttle driver would be gone... But I was wrong. King Henry was there with a smile, holding up a sign with our name on it! That was a real relief in our end. Five days later, he was at our hotel right in time - ready to take us back King Henry was great - I would highly recommend this shuttle to anyone needing a ride from Montego Bay to Negril.

This was the second time we used Turner taxi and it was just as fine as the first time. Our driver Nico was waiting at the airport for our 30 minute delayed flight. Cliff our driver was excellent. He offered restroom and drink stops if we wanted. He was waiting for us patiently as we were slightly delayed,but greeted us with a smile and a "Welcome to Jamaica". All in all 5☆ service thank you

If all you want is car service this company is fine. There were there on time and delivered us in a timely manner. However, I selected them because they offered additional services, like drinks. Rum punch wasn't provided. (before you call that petty, that was the reason we selected them). They actually pulled over and hit up a store to buy drinks rather then having them at the ready. If they are going to charge a premium, they need to provide a premium service. I don't see a reason to pay a premium, if they are not going to provide a premium service.

The drivers were on time, courteous, helpful and professional. That being said, the vehicles pictured with this listing are NOT indicative of the type of vehicles that were provided. We were picked up at the airport in a compact car that was at least 10 years old. For our return trip we were provided a taxi, which was a vast improvement over the vehicle that picked us up at the airport. When I brought up the discrepancy in vehicle type to the owner of this car service, he was argumentative and rude and attempted to gaslight me. I will never use this this car service again solely because of the owner’s attitude.

After a mess up with our flight booking, the taxi was waiting for us when we landed. He waited as we went through Mobster and got drinks.
