From the moment we landed, this luxury transfer made everything effortless. The ride from Sangster International Airport to our resort was smooth, comfortable, and perfectly organized. The vehicle was spotless, the driver was professional, and the entire journey toward Negril felt relaxing and stress-free. Highly recommended.
Always on time and happy to help! Neville is fair and professional! Great person to give your business to!
Booking services online was incredibly convenient and fast, making the entire process seamless. Communication via WhatsApp afterward ensured that every detail was confirmed, and upon arrival, everything was perfectly arranged. The signs, champagne, local food, and anniversary balloon added such a special touch to our celebration. Our driver, Giovanni, was exceptional, being not only punctual but also incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He patiently answered all our questions and even went the extra mile by stopping for souvenirs on our way back to the hotel. We're truly grateful for such an amazing experience and want to extend our sincerest thanks to the team for making our anniversary celebration unforgettable.
Great service. Smooth ride and Giovanni was great to visit with on the ride to our resort! We will use their services again.
We have used Neville's services quite a few times and have never had anything less than a GREAT EXPERIENCE. On 10/24 we took the transfer from Mo Bay to Negril with a shopping stop at the Mega Mart! The driver waited patiently for us and we continued on our way. Our driver was excellent without any hair raising moments on his part!!! Having been to the island numerous times we are familiar with this route and the driver gave us just enough history to make the trip seem shorter than it actually was!!! I look forward to using Neville's company many times again in the future.
Giovanni was amazing! Had champagne, beer, and pattys waiting for us. The car was immaculate and he was so pleasant on our 2 hour ride. Highly recommend.
These guys are so nice and they take care of you! We had a birthday and they met us with champagne and a decked out and decorated luxury van! To top it off we were starving from the flight and they had beef Pattie’s for us. We used them going and coming and they were right on time.
Giovonni Jones was an amazing host and driver from the airport! Will recommend all of my family and friends.
Kenroy was amazing! He picked us up for MBJ airport in a beautiful BMW with champagne waiting for us. This was our first trip to Jamaica and we were so thankful for Island Dream Tours and Kenroy for our unforgettable welcome to Jamaica. Definitely recommend their services!
Neville had done an awesome job with this transportation business. I had a very large group of family and friends that all had to picked up at different times and he wa able to accommodate all of us with ease. We were fortunate enough to have one of his best drivers Dorondo- he was patient with the group, we felt safe because he waited the entire time in all of our adventures. This is a must use service of you are planning a trip to Mo Bay. I was celebrating my 50th Birthday and I was greeted with a birthday welcome. I was very thoughtful and kind and I was appreciative of this warm gesture.
Used this transport service for round trip service from Airport to Resort for 4 people. Drivers were professional and courteous. Vehicle was immaculately clean and had great air conditioning. I booked online via email and they called my cell phone the same day to confirm. We paid cash at our drop off at resort (for round trip). You will be REQUIRED to use the "WhatsApp" for communication in scheduling the trip back to the airport. This was a surprise to me since I had received an email confirmation to get from airport to resort; therefor I expected the same method of communication for the return trip. Not a big deal, just download the app and get familiar with it prior to save yourself the confusion.
Excellent service, made sure the long car rides we were good and driver was always friendly. He waited at ricks palace until he was was ready
My family and I just returned from a quick birthday trip to Jamaica! One of the best decisions I made was to book with Island Dream Transport and Tours. TEDDY our driver is the best! We feel like we met our long lost brother! Upon arrival we were greeted by a lovely lady, who called over our car service. Shawn gave us a warm welcome and blessed us with hot beef patties and champagne to enjoy on our ride to our hotel. On the drive to and from the hotel TEDDY shared information about the island, many of the resorts and also made recommendations of possible tours and attractions during our stay. The drive to our hotel was about 30 minutes and it felt like we minutes because we laughed and talked the entire time. I will always book with Island Dream Transport moving forward. Thanks again TEDDY, see you on our next trip back to Jamaica.
Neville and his crew was always on time! Kenroy is the best drive hand down! He treated us like family (precious cargo) as he called us. I really appreciate all the time he invested in us. Thank you Kenroy!
Driver was on time and easy to locate at airport. Van was clean and comfortable. Lots of interesting info about the island shared by drivers both ways. Called day before we left to confirm pick up for return to airport. All good. Driver was on time. Left 1 1/2 hrs after resort bus and arrived well before our flight. Highly recommend. Drivers were Tinisha and Norbert
