Lovely experience. Rayon for the ride was a gem. Ronaldo for the raft and massage was 10/10.

Ryon was an amazing driver. Entertaining and went above and beyond. Stopping for food, potty breaks, and even dropped some history. Our tour guide Ronaldo was also amazing. 10 out of ten all around.

Rayon was a blast and Dwayne lead our raft with so much enthusiasm! Beautiful river experience to wash away your troubles. If your lucky you can play dominos with the locals at their bars. Highly recommended

If you want to smile, if you want to laugh, if you want good music and informative stories, you simply must book this excursion. The BEST of the best was Rayon. He picked us up and made us feel super comfortable right away. Don’t have water shoes? Need rum? Want a souvenir? He will take you to the least expensive spot on the island. So far so good. And by that I mean excellent!!!

Absolutely the best river rafting on the Lethe River. The music and the colourful rafts are simply beautiful. Everyone passes you with huge smiles , you can see how happy these wonderful skilled raft men are , they clearly love what they do and make it such a great experience . Definitely have the limestone massage , it leaves your skin feeling like silk. Suitable for all ages and for those with walking difficulties.

It was a nice experience. Good vibes, drinks and hookah. We had an amazing time. It was very relaxing. Would definitely do it again. Ask for Soulja boy, he had my raft decorated for my birthday. Ronaldo was our captain for the raft, he did a good job, took great pictures, and was good host with good customer service.

The reviews made me think we'd get a good experience but customer service was horrible, driver was a scammer and rafting guide was rude. Not worth the money and don't recommend!

My Bestie and I took the tour with JaMazin Jerome!! He gave us so much cultural history and climbed a tree to get us a coconut !! Best experience ever !!!! He’s hands down the best tour guide !

It was a fun day. But definitely pros and cons to the excursion. The rafts were really neat, each driver decorates his raft- lots of cool flowers and leaves, fun! The “trip” down the river is very short. Your guide will help you onto the raft, then go a short ways you and stop to get drinks, including your free coconut. Then you go another short ways and stop to order food. Another short ways and you stop and get your legs massaged. Was really neat. At that point, you turn around and head back, stopping to pick up your food on the way back. I enjoyed the excursion - it was family run, and our guide gave us interesting information about Jamaica‘s history and the local area. There is a rope swing and a place to swim if you wish. But the trip down the river itself is very short.

This was a disappointing stop in our day. We didn't know we would be hustled for a massage and then hustled again to buy drinks on the river, and then hustled to buy weed. We only went maybe 300-400 yards down the river and then came back up. I support the people doing what they can to make some money but it was weird only going a very short distance down the river to beach to get a massage. I was kind of guilted into a massage, which WAS great mind you, just not what we were hoping for. Felt like a tourist trap and didn't feel comfortable. I would find something else to do for the time it takes to get here...

This experience was a happy place. We drank the rum punch, got mineral leg massages, and had a fun day. Highly recommend. Don't expect a real river though. It's more a drift and rum float.

The only thing I didn’t like was the length of the experience, wished it was longer/we could’ve continued further down the river. But Soulja Boy was our “raftor” and he was pleasant. Not overly showboating & talkative but also not super quiet. For me & my partner, it was perfect. Water refreshing. Weather was perfect. The bombarding of sales was a bit annoying but we understood. The lunch was chef’s kiss! 10/10 recommend. I forgot the lady’s stall that we stopped out but she was very sweet. As we were staying in negril, and the excursion was closer to Montevideo Bay, we’re relieved to have arranged the round trip transportation. Lord knows how much it would’ve cost.

The Driver/Captain Rayon took me to Lethe River rafting where I got a wonderful limestone massage on the water! Bring your swimsuit and water shoes and a towel, you wil let wet if you do a full body massage. If you're clumsy bring a waterproof phone case😛! Rayon is a very kind and divine soul, handsome😏🤫🤭 and has wonderful energy. He goes above and beyond! He makes you feel like you are the most important person and wants you to be as comfortable as possible! He is very knowledgeable about his country. When I come back I will not ask for anyone else but him. He made my 1st experience the best! There should be more like minded people as him. They don't get no better than Rayon, His music playlists/choices are on point . 🥰🤗 Raft Captain Souljah Boy, he was very kind and gave a wonderful massage. I recommend the limestone massage, you feel so clean and rejuvenated afterwards. Souljah Boy is a little quiet in the beginning but once you start talking to him, he opens up. He is more in the mellow side so you can relax. The experience as a whole was beautiful and internally rewarding. 🤗 Aloha Tours has it going on! *One love*

Bamboo rafting was going smoothly until the rain started pouring down. Although they provided umbrellas, they were too small to shield us from the downpour, and we got soaked. However, the rain eventually stopped, and we managed to enjoy ourselves for the rest of the day.

This was definitely a fun experience, the limestone massage and the fresh coconut was everything lol. Our instructor was great so professional but what topped it off was our driver rayon he was amazing .

The drive was extremely beautiful. Negril to Great River was my favourite car ride in Jamaica. The driver was very chilled and there were no problems on the road. He even let us make stops wherever we asked which was great. I wish we could've taken more stops instead of two. The drive was more interesting than the rafting. However, the rafting experience wasn’t perfect. When we got out of the car, we were approached by a guy who was not our tour guide. He took us on the river on a raft with lots of creepy crawlers. The raft was not decorated nicely as in the photos. We had 1 coconut between us, not one each. And we were not offered lunch or sugar cane juice. The river ride was very short. At the end, we were asked payment questions by our “tour guide” because he had no idea about our all-inclusive pre-paid booking. He seemed annoyed and asked for the company’s contact number. He took the number and called them. Then walked off and left us with the driver. We all assumed it was time to go. We told the driver we were supposed to have lunch. The driver was confused and so were we. I messaged the company and they replied quickly then spoke to the driver. the driver had to now find a place for us to eat which was unfair on all of us. we had no idea where we were so we couldn’t help him to tell him where to eat. Out of nowhere, a man comes to the car before we’re about to drive off. Our real tour guide had found us, he took us back on the rafts to get food on the water. The chef was very friendly and the raft was decorated nicely with no insects to disturb us. We wished this was our first impression of the rafts. We’re glad our genuine tour guide heard the commotion and came over to save us and fix the mess. Soulja Boy was the real hero of the day. It was all a big misunderstanding but with the price that we paid, there should have not been. I'm conflicted. I want to recommend booking this because it was difficult to find a tour from Negril to Lethe at this price with stops. I would say have all proof ready for anything because there are strong communication issues and double check the plan of the tour with the guide you meet too just to be safe. The limestone & olive oil made my skin so soft. It’s fascinating to see and learn how the rafts stay afloat. The scenery there is beautiful and I would love to drive there again to see the countryside but rafting there was a one-time thing.

This was a very relaxing experience. Our driver was great and gave us a lot of history along the way. He also made sure that lunch was ready for us when we were done with the rafting.

I liked the bamboo raft and our driver Gordon was great. If you order the trip with the lunch the food is very good. However I wish we knew how far from Negril this was because we looked up things to do in Negril and this came up. Thank goodness Gordon was a good driver because we spent 3 hours in the car. Be careful when you order the drinks though. They charged $17 a drink for us which was ridiculous.

Our driver picked us up from Negril and took us to Montego Bay for the adventure. He was great and gave us knowledge about Jamaica. The best takeaway from the river is the food. We had jerk chicken, rice, and cabbage and I want to go back for the food. The river adventure just a fun place to take pictures and mingle with their culture. The foot massage was nice esp with the natural products they use.

Our captain Orville "Souljah Boy" was the best! He took great care of my cousin and I. He was funny, entertaining, played great music, and had us hype the whole time. The limestone massage was great and he took a lot of pics for us. Only thing I will say is, if you use your own transportation to this excursion make sure you contact the tour operator to let them know when you're arriving so someone from the company will be waiting for you. I didn't know who was who when I arrived. Other than that, this was a great excursion for a great price. The tour operator got back to me very fast when I contacted them.

This was such a cool and unique experience! Aloha Jamaica Tours made the whole experience smooth for us. Our driver was Wayne and he showed up right on time to pick us up from our resort in Negril. It was a 1.5 hr drive so a bit of a hike but it was worth it! The entire experience on the raft + the massage is about an hour and it’s very relaxing. Our guide was Soulja Boy and he was very nice and knowledgeable, even answered any questions we had about Jamaica and its rich culture! The only criticism I had is that since I went with my husband, it seems they needed to have a woman come and do his massage as I guess men are not allowed to do massages for men. We weren’t prepared for this with cash to provide tips but they were understanding of the situation. Perhaps if we knew beforehand we would have been prepared for this, other than that I’d def recc this experience!

By far the worst excursion I have ever booked with this Viator. The location was listed as Negril Jamaica but it was actually in Montego Bay. The tour operator was extremely rude and condescending not to mention forceful. During our Whatsapp conversation I heard kids screaming in the background. I asked for a refund because we were unable to get to the far location and he refused. Contacted Viator and recieved horrible customer service. Very disappointing!

We had a wonderful experience. The business owner/tourist guide went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction even when things beyond his control didn't go according to plan. We thoroughly enjoyed the massage, coconut, and sugar cane. We also had food from a local restaurant that was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable about the country's history and brought our experience to life with conversation we shared along the journey.

Amazing Tour! Me and my wife booked this tour while in Jamaica. Our driver was on time to pick us up from the hotel. On the way to the location, he went over some history with us about the country. He also went above and beyond to make sure we got extra time to make additional stops. I will definitely book this again when we come back to Negril.

Ryan our driver was absolutely amazing, he is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and a great person. He made sure my friend and I received the best experience. Our raft guide Souja Boy was amazing as well. He also made sure we had a great experience. Food was included on our raft excurison and I had the best oxtails, rice and cabbage ever made and it was alot of food. I didn't want to leave but when I come back I will definitely go with Aloha! It was very busy the day we went so time spent waiting around. The whole experience from start to finish 45-60 minutes. Pleasant experience having a limestone massage (both legs from the knee down). Bottle of bubbly, sugar cane and fresh coconut water also included in the pice Unfortunately, my husband wasn’t able to get his massage as the men don’t do massages on men so he was required to pay an additional fee for a female to do his massage to which he declined. You have the option of paying an additional charge for a full body massage. Would definitely recommend.

I had such a fantastic time with Aloha Jamaica Taxi tours, they go above and beyond to give you a great experience and are extremely reliable. I didn't have to worry, everything was taken care of. The bamboo rafting was fun and it was a pleasure meeting the locals.

It was my birthday weekend and my booked my tour last minute the evening before. I was confused about directions for pick up and sent a message to the tour guide expecting to hear from him the next day. He responded right away confirming my pickup location and time. He arrived on time and called me before arrival. Rayan was extremely professional and friendly. I let him know that the tour I really wanted to do was booked and he immediately got on the phone coordinating with his team to make it happen for me. Not only did I get to do both tours but the ride was full of extras like history of the island and information on local herbs and fruits, not to mention the laughs! Rayan spared no expense consistently coordinating birthday surprises throughout the day! I was blown away by his attention to detail and his willingness to cater to the guests on his tour! I am so thankful that I found this tour. Next time I’m in Jamaica, I’m calling Rayan directly to coordinate my entire itinerary from airport pick up to tours, food, everything! He really is a one stop shop! Thank you for making my birthday spectacular!

We were picked up promptly by Ryan who was kind, professional and courteous. He is very knowledgeable and friendly and taught us many things about Jamaican culture. The raft ride itself was fun, the limestone massage was amazing and the Jamaican food was delicious. On the ride back we were able to sample Jamaican fruits and patty which was also delicious. My kids and I enjoyed ourselves. I would definitely recommend this company.

My wife and I went to Negril for our 40th wedding anniversary. We picked this trip for Aug 6th. and we are very happy we did. We were treated almost like royalty and enjoyed all the trimmings of the excursion. My wife particularly loved the limestone foot massage but everything else was great as well. Ryan, the owner of Aloha Tours, is a true gentleman and a consummate professional. He went out of his way to help us out with some challenges we were having to make sure we enjoyed our special day. Kudos to him and his team. We will be back!

was an excellent excursion. The owner was our driver and guide. He was fun, professional, and warm. The rafting was so cool and the massage was very nice. The trip from Negril was 1.5 hours. The government and large companies getting major money from these excursions need to repair the roads to the excursion, which at one point was so bad, with deep, wide, enormous holes in the road. The driver was patient and knew the roads. The excursion was top notch. Date of experience: August 2023

Drivers are quite hungry for tips constantly letting you know you can leave a tip. Other than that it was an excellent excursion.

I did not like the music that was played during the rafting. Loud and ratchet. Too many rafts bumping into each other and no where to go. We only had lunch and got her feet massaged, and that was it no more rafting back to the beginning. It was definitely not worth the money! Home.

Viator has little to no understanding of the method in which the locals organize transportation to the places where the excursions are happening. They scheduled us for a 12:30 pick up when the Lethe river shuttle only picks up @ 8:30 & 9:30. By the time me and my wife found this out, the last shuttle had already left, thus ruining our plans for the day. Luckily a local worker rearranged some things for us to have an opportunity to do it the next day, but I still had to pay another $200 (which is still cheaper than what viator charged me). On top of Viator's incompetence they have refused to refund me, even though the fault is none but their own
