Jamwest: Zipline, Cultural Ride, And Atv Off-road Adventure

Had a fantastic time. Staff was great. Not allowed to take cell phone on zipline or atv ride so no pictures since the power flickering caused us not to be able to see photos and purchase. Very disappointing.

Great day out would recommend this activity did ATV and horse riding in the sea 10/10 and zipline if you come to Jamaica this company jam west is the company to choose 05/08/26

The pickup time 2 hours before my tour from a Hanover hotel close to Negril was ridiculous and discouraging. They said they only offered 7:45am and noon pickup. This tour is considered 3 tours, not one synchronous tour.

Our first transportation driver was Ricardo and he gave us a brief history of Jamaica, and the towns as we travelled through while pointing out key landmarks. Lockers are available for purchase. Our ATV guide was Ricardo and we had a great experience with him as he guided us around. He didn’t drive too fast and we had time to stop and check the scenery. The zipline is great! You are able to zipline 7 times, going post to post in straight line. You do climb several stairs to get to the stop of each post. At the end is a mineral bath that you can go back to. The cultural tour is a ride through out the property with a guide providing a bit of Jamaica’s history and culture. You stop along to view some animals (tortoise, alligator, and aviary etc). Best part was the ATV and Zipline. A gift shop and photos are available to purchase items. Photos were unable to be printed when we went but they emailed us the photos we selected same day!

We had a great time. So much fun was way past what we expected. The scenery was the best part. The vibe was great nothing but love we were there two hours, possibly three but in those three hours we had a blast.

We had the best time at Jamwest! Everyone was so kind and it was such a fun experience with my family. We did ATV, horse back riding and zip-lining and loved every activity! Fireee and his colleague Odesha were so much fun for the zip lining experience. I had TJ for horse back riding and he was so great! We went with the horses in the ocean and it was truly such a cool experience!! The ATV experience was also so much fun, we saw so many wild cows and goats and got to drive a long distance with two stops. Overall it was a great experience for my family and I and we highly recommend!! Everyone was so welcoming and kind!

Toughest, scariest fun. I'm afraid of horses, heights, & crazy driving. I experienced all 3 on the pouring rain and checked them off my bucket list.

All the workers are super sweet and make sure you are safe as they guide you through the tours. Loved the zipline, horseback riding and atvs. Make sure to wear closed/water shoes and clothes you dont mind getting wet when going horse riding. Awesome experience, me and my brother enjoyed it all. Also it says no phones, but they allow it, so take it and take some picturesss! Just be careful with them, get a waterproof case that can hang on your neck

Ok so let's talk about the culture tour so mad at myself that I forgot out tour guides name but he worked with Kay . They were both so informative . We learned so much about the turtles ,iguana,snakes,crocodiles and of course the delicious local drink and desserts. We had beetroot with carrot juice and also plum juice,😋 delicious. My son who is a lover of animals was very impressed. He has a bird as a pet and was in awe to feed the birds at the bird sanctuary. Experience is everything .We had an amazing day at Jamwest ,it's perfect for the entire family. Lunch was great we had burgers and fries ,the prices were good too. Lastly how could I forget the waterpark. Water is warm and lots for the kids to enjoy .

Zip lining with Extra Fire and Renaldo was the best! Horseback riding was great as well. The long ride in was worth it from Montego Bay.

Fantastic experience. I recommend you bring a swimsuit even if you don't sign up for water activities as there is a small water park there which is great to cool off in between or after activities. The entire Jamwest grounds was amazing with so many activities that weren't even related to our excursion at no charge.

Did zip line for the first time and was very great experience. The zip line guides were very great and made the experience fun and memorable. Highly recommend this.

Zip lined for the first time it was so fun Kemar and all the guys were so nice and fun and very knowledgeable they were the BEST !Jungle trip was good,ATV’s so fun everyone was knowledgeable snd nice!

Excellent! First time ever zip lining! The staff were very nice! On the ATV tour the one guide realized we wanted to get muddy as we were hitting all the puddles and the guy in front of us wanted no parts of getting dirt so he took us on different routes when possible to go through mud puddles! Also wearing water shoes was clutch!

It was Great!!! The adventure, the guides, the facility, and most of all everyone that works there, they were GREAT!!!!!! Take your family and friends on this one.

ATV, zip line and culture tour was amazing! The team was kind and very humerous. We felt safe and supported. These three adventurers were worth the time. The distance is far but it allows for a more cultured experience. Jamwest: The food is delicious BUT overpriced for the quantity. Serving staff at the bar, gift store and arrival are not friendly. They are unwelcoming with a chip on their shoulder despite giving tips throughout the day. The lady at the bar was horrible and extremely rude when we asked her questions. The server was also very rude. I don’t think we will return to Jam west not because of the ATV, zip line or culture tour but because of the other staff.

The three tours were amazing! Between beautiful views, new experiences and the personalities of the employees, I couldn’t think of a better way to enjoy the island!

We were expecting a better day. It seemed to be rush rush going through the activities. Although the staff was good, the push cart was a disappointment. It wasn’t very exciting. Once you get speed it was over. But like I said the staff did their best to make it exciting. The ziplining was great. Chester and the other staff were fun and made it a great experience. Unfortunately we couldn't give them a tip at the end because we weren’t allowed anything on us like a wallet and by the time we got our money out, they had to rush back for the next group. They were not permitted in the main area which we felt was not right. We ended up giving the tip to another staff member so hopefully the right men will get the tip. We were excited to head to the mineral pool and relax and cool off. We got there and got in the water and within 10-15 minutes the lifeguard said we had to get out and go back to the main building. We were not given a reason or an opportunity to stay at the mineral pool longer. Lastly, there was a bus schedule for going back to the resort to leave at 3:30,4:30,5:30. They rushed us around to get on the 3:30 bus on time but did we leave at 3:30? No, we didn’t leave until 4:00pm because they were waiting for more people. The next bus was at 4:30 so they could have waited and we could have been on our way. Jamwest needs to get organized !!

This was an amazing excursion and I highly recommend you go and experience all the amazing tours they have! We did the zip line, horseback and culture ride! So glad we had the opportunity to fit this in well worth the price! Our bus tour guide Mario was hilarious! What a great guy with an incredible sense of humor! 😂🙌

They give you a bracelet for each activity you book. They have signs posted saying no cameras or phones which I found out is because they have photographers to capture. It's $10/picture or $200 for a thumb drive of all pictures. ATV tour while fun was slow, even with that someone still managed to tip over. Horses were lead to water where you sit in the water and get lead back. The zipline is a tough climb up a tower where you ride tower to tower and they move very easily so not recommended for people with a fear of heights.

It will be hot and muggy. You will most likely feel uncomfortable given that conditions alone. It will be somewhat disorganized - you will have to be proactive and constantly seek answers to find out where you belong. Do not expect them to be punctual - things just move with a little less urgency. However, you will get to do everything you signed up for, just maybe not in the fashion you envision. The ATV riding was fun, just very limited latitude were given. We didn't get the freedom one would want. We're basically told to follow a leader and not do anything outside of that for safety reasons. Which I get. The cultural ride was done by a very knowledgeable host; actually learned a lot from him. However, it's basically just visiting a run down zoo. We skipped the Zipline because we were waiting too long and couldn't take the lack of organization or clarity on when we'd get to go.

The entire zipline was wonderful. We had so much fun. This was the best exclusions of all. This is a must do. The guys Grayson and his crew made the entire adventure awesome. They had ys laughing the entire time. Loved the jokes at the end. If you don't do this zipline you are missing out. Remember to tip. They deserve it. They went way above all expectations.

The actual experience was fantastic, I went with a large group and it was well worth the money we paid as we had a great day. The problem was with our tour guide Johni. He took pictures with us which we were happy to so as we thought he was just being friendly. He asked us to send it to him so we exchanged numbers FOR THIS PURPOSE ONLY. Once he had my number he repeatedly messaged me inappropriately, tellIing me I was cute and he wanted me to leave my hotel and take a taxi to come and see him st his place. He even came back to our hotel at the grand palladium on my last day to try and see me which I thought was ridiculous and I felt unsafe. He harassed me throughout my trip which was not wanted and extremely unprofessional. When I came back to the states he continued this. Be very weary of the tour guides, they just want to hit on tourists so we can buy then stuff and sleep with them. They clearly have had zero training of how to be around women whilst at work.

Great experience at Jamwest ! Loved the zip lining through the jungle and Tristan and Glen took great care of us and were so fun and patient .. even went with our daughter the first time to ease her nerves. They were great! Also loved the horseback at the beach — great guides!!!

Jamwest is awesome! My mom did Push Kart while my sisters and I had a blast with Michael, Odesha and crew on Zipline. We all laughed and sped off on ATV with Joseph, Adam(Trouble), Romeo, and Puppy. Enjoyed our Jeep Safari tour of all the snakes and crocodiles with Jessica and Metro. Afterwards, Akee helped us soak our tired bodies in the Mineral Bath. A lot of check marks in boxes on our bucket lists!

Extra and “Spidey” were amazing on our zip line tour! I was terrified and they helped me get started, were so friendly, and made it an overall great experience. ATVs and the safari were fine, but zip line left the impression! I was ready to skip it, then thought it was over after 1 line, but these guys (and the enthusiasm of my boyfriend) kept me going. I made it through the course and would consider it again!

FIYAHHHH! My cousin & I did this excursion August 3rd . It was beyond fun! I loved the ATV ride, the Safari ride & the zip line (my favorite). You get to run & jump from 380+ ft in the air and go to the next zip line. 7 ziplines & 8 towers (or vice versa ). Fire himself was amazingly energetic. The other guys (I forgot y’all’s names & I’m so sorry) we’re great as well! You must go & visit!!! Take mosquito spray. Also, if you are scared of birds… don’t go into the bird cage to feed them. They are completely harmless and it’s a wonderful opportunity to really connect with them. Do it all, do it scared. Have fun! Also, if you WANT/need to take your phone, you better have a water proof case or some kind of case that won’t have it falling off of you. The lockers are 5.00 if you need to lock your stuff up, but it’s at your own risk if you take your phone. Sidebar: the beef Patties & coco bread are AHMAZING!

The overall experience was not worth the money we spent. The zip line tour was fun and the guides were top notch. The safari was a COMPLETE waste of time. First “animal” on the tour was a termite. This was followed by crocodiles, snakes, turtles, chickens, parrots, and a bull. Then came the wait. From the time we finished our safari until we started the atv ride was 2.5 hours…..of sitting around doing nothing. The atv ride itself was ok but it just followed along a dirt road, turn around and come back. I would not recommend this excursion to anybody

Anyone visiting Negril in the near future and is looking for some fun excursions should DEFINITELY book this awesome deal…It was an amazing experience and well worth the money… Ryan and Xtra had a very cool vibe on the Ziplines, our tour guide on the safari was very nice and knowledgeable, and we had so much fun on the ATVs… I would highly recommend

It is all memorable. The Safari was both interesting and informative. ATV ride was dirtier than expected making it a far more authentic experience. The Zip Line guides kept it exciting and humorous. All put together it was the best bang for your bucks by far. I recommend

So we did the ATV, Zip Line, Safari, & Push Kart. Family had a blast, but for what it was, it was on the EXPENSIVE side. ATV: if your looking for that back country ATV ride, that goes for a hour or so, with stops this is not it. Jam West is a private park, so they have a small trail to drive around and everyone must stay 1 behind each other. (Follow the leader) and there is no passing. Zip line: 8 platforms 7 Lines. They felt safe, nothing really fancy about them. Basic zip lines. Nothing exotic, like views or what you fly over. SAFARI: now the safari was pretty interesting. If you have small kids that’s into to animals then I’d recommend doing the safari. They take you deep in the jungle and you see all kinds of animals, reptiles, & insects. Kids will love it. PUSH KART: ok this was the BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY. We passed by the push karts on the way to the safari. At first glance they looked fun. So when we got back to the counter we added it to our package. $60/adult $40/Kid = $300 for my family. Total waste of money. I do not recommend this at all. It takes about 4 mins total and 2 mins of that is the guides pushing you up the hills. Think of it as a bootleg bobsled attraction similar to the one in ocho Rios at Mystic Mountain. OVERALL the kids had a great time, the food was good, and they actually have the best patties we had the whole week. So I’d recommend this place as a full day excursion, you can get multiple things to do at one spot. And all of the guides work extremely hard, and they actually make the experience better for you. So they lost a star for them Push Carts and the small trail for ATV. Other than that, it’s a good spot to kill some time.

Our tour guide at jamwest by the name of Extra made ziplining so much and exciting. The atv tour was also fun. I wi definitely take these tours again, when I come back to Jamaica.

Had a group of 8. Was VERY rushed through zip lining! ATV was fun but nothing special. Safari was ridiculous! Caged animals besides the bull that had been human raised. Alligators had small pens and one didn't even have any water 🤬. Did have a good time horseback riding although instead of following horses in the truck back....should be able to ride them back. Mineral pool was amazing! Day was NOT worth $179/person!!!!

This was the best adventure park I’ve ever been to in any country! The staff, I went on 3/5, was AMAZING! Roger was extremely friendly, Leslie was super informative on the safari tour, and ORLANDO was the best! He even got into the mineral bath to teach me and my bf how to swim! Amazing time 10/10 would recommended.

Great great place. All of our guides were great, friendly and knowledgeable and fun. I apologize for not remembering everyone's name, blame it on my excitement 😘. I do remember Orlando 😉. Make this place one of your stops. You have to!!!

Had an awesome time with my other half. First time on an ATV and it was amazing and fun. Shout out to the lovely friendly staff who attended to us throughout the tours; Extra, Odeisha, George for the zipline. Kevin on the ATV, Kirk for the Aviary and Orlando at the mineral pool👍🤗 Was a bit thrown off by the attitude of Omar who was supposedly to be our ATV guide, lucky for us he sent someone else and we had fun. All in all a great experience and would definitely make the long drive again 😊

So first I want to thank the amazing guys at Jamwest in Negril!!! Extra was one of the dopest guys there who made sure my girls and I had a ball on the zipline. Steven on the camera took amazing pics and made sure he captured the wildest moments. Renardo was a great zipline guide and very informative along with his partner Shavoni. Ziplining was high energy and we felt super safe. The no hands stunt and race was Bomb!!! They are a great team. On to the ATVs... MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE EXCURSION!!! At first it appeared that everyone wouldn't receive a bike bcus it was so many people. Nope we all rode and had a BALL. This team was great as well. From the start, receiving our nets from MARVIN, to getting on the bikes with the older guy who had long dreads. I forgot his name.

We did the combination ATV, Zip Line and Safari tour. The ATV and Zipline were amazing, great fun and value for money. The safari was poor with little or nothing much to see. Reception was poor. I was asked to see the credit card I had booked with and then told it wasn't the correct card - it was! The reception girl was very abrupt and rude and she then insisted on seeing my ID (which I had not been told to bring along). After a protracted discussion, eventually a lady with some sense spoke to me and quickly realised we had booked online and had confirmed our booking the day previous via Sandals Negril Club Lounge, so we were allowed to join the activities. I then found my booking confirmation paperwork in my bag, and guess what...it confirmed that I had indeed used the same credit card I'd shown to the girl for the booking. When I showed the confirmation email (from Jam West) to them, no apology was offered. So a poor start to what was a really enjoyable trip. We loved the fun, the ATV trip was awesome followed by 7 ziplines across the park --- all great fun! As I said, the Safari was a bit disappointing but we had a really great day of activities. The lunch I had chosen (Jerk Chicken) was very expensive, dry burned chicken which was truly disgusting and uneatable. We were sitting with some other guests who also had a similar experience with the food. The barman charged $4 for a small beer which I had on arrival. When I ordered two at lunch I asked for a small dash of lemonade in my wife's glass. The Barman then tried to charge me $14 dollars! I challenged this and asked why...he said the small dash of lemonade was $6 which I refused to pay. He then said I could 'have it free'....I expect the proposed $6 was his tip!! A great Park with some fun activities, spoilt by the 'money grabbing attitude of the food and beverage staff with a poor return. If they sort this out, Jamwest would be a perfect day out. The final disappointment was that I purchased two photos digitally to be sent by email....yes, you guessed it, the girl uploaded the wrong one! The admin staff need some training and the activity staff are great! Sorry, but I'm just being honest.
