Jamwest Reggae Zipline Tour From Negril

I had a great time from the transfer to the venue as well as the tour guides who were very patient with me because of my anxiety.

I had an amazing experience at JamWest Motorsport & Adventure Park! From start to finish, everything was great. The customer service was excellent the staff were friendly, welcoming, helpful, and made sure we felt comfortable and safe throughout each activity. I did the zipline, mineral bath, and go-karting, and honestly, I enjoyed every single one! The zipline was exciting, the mineral bath was relaxing and a perfect way to unwind, and the go-karting was definitely one of my favourite parts. There’s something for everyone, whether you’re looking for adventure, relaxation, or just a fun day out. The atmosphere was also really nice. The property is beautiful, the environment felt lively and welcoming, and the staff really helped make the experience even better. Everything was well organized, and I never felt rushed. Overall, JamWest is definitely worth visiting if you’re looking for a fun and memorable experience in Jamaica. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Little London/Westmoreland, and I would definitely come back again! 10/10 experience. 🌴🏎️✨

Great experience, definitely get my money's worth and I will be going back for sure. Customer service was on point as well from all the tour guides and I want to give a big shout out to the Zipline guide extra fire🔥. He ensured we all had a wonderful experience doing the ziplines and he guided my 6 year old throughout the entire excursion to ensure he was safe. Big up brother!

This is only for the zip lining nothing else, the zipline is dangerous!!!! out of 4 of that went on 3 of us got off injured, one with severe groin bruising and 2 of us with leg injury! There are no brakes on the system, you go full pelt at the end it's a very violent stop. It's so bad you are advised that if you don't lift your legs high you will break both legs and they're not wrong. I can't describe the fear of hurtling down the wire and not even being slowed down a little bit until you hit the stops, and one of the staff tries to stop you going backwards. Seriously think about this before doing it unless they have upgraded the safety aspect

Micheal was the absolute best excursion tour guide ever for those afraid of heights he explains everything so well and makes you feel confident and comfortable

It was well worth the price. They pick you up and take you back to your hotel. There are many activities to do there. We only did zip lining. Backpack and Reshaud were our guides and they were amazing. They made it both fun and safe. Just remember closed-toed shoes when you go, or you will find yourself with an unplanned souvenir. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

You have to be careful if you have an attractive significant other. The lady zip line guide Odesha, broke the order in which we were going to send my fiancé across the zip line first. Only to give the guy lip guide, that they call Backpack a chance to be alone with my fiancé so he could ask her what her name was, and what her situation was with me. She didn’t tell me until after the fact because she knows I don’t play when it comes to her. She knew I would have shut the park down for the rest of the day. My fiancé told me, she thought it was very inappropriate and it made her feel some type of way. But she is non confrontational unlike me. She said, she just made the best out of it and was glad it was over. We will not be going back. I am her protector and she protected me by not telling me until we were gone, because she knew that I would have SET IT OFF!

I’m an American, an Oklahoman born and raised to be exact, and at that, a female in my 20s. I did the zipline tour in Sept of 25. Even though I traveled to the park accompanied by my husband, we were separated at some point due to him not partaking in the spline with me. Now being what I am, and additionally having a pretty significant pre-existing anxiety condition you could say my nerves could be chalked up to something like “all pistons firing” at this point in time. My cargo van/bus (full experience if you ask me) dropped me off shortly after with a group of guides at the zip lines. This is where I met my guide, Mikal; and my photographer, Daniel. Now these labels don’t really mean much when we actually got up to about the 6th staircase level on the first platform because at that point you consider them closed to ‘Sherpa/Savior/Truly the only thing preventing you from meeting your Maker’ But these guys remained calm, cool, and collected throughout, and somehow managed to get several decent photos of me when I thought I was is in absolute mortal peril. So the way this one is set up it’s a set of 7 connecting zip lines, each with their own respective platforms for diving off and landing below. Personally I have such a deep love for the adrenaline and freedom the Zipline brings to me when I’m actually in the act of doing it-but the pre-zip jump off the platform is going to be the leading cause for my eventual stroke in my 50s… kidding! But I would assume this is the worst part for most. So to help me, both Mikal and Daniel sortve took turns letting me sit down while still on the platform and they would push me off , following the first guide that went, and then one of them would follow shortly behind me. So the whole process is very acclimating and can be paced accordingly. I felt very safe the whole time with my guides and if my legs started to shake or I got quiet they would poke and prod just enough to get me back into a laughing spirit. By platform 3 I was having a blast and by 6 I knew I would dedicate the time it would take to write an in-depth review because this is truly what I would want to see before making the trip here and my guides earned the respect I hope I can earn for them. Fair warning, the name Daniel is not pronounced how we pronounce it here in the states, but they should recognize it by the phrase “like the guy from the Bible” and with that-Happy Trails!!

We had the best time! I’m afraid of heights and I honestly couldn’t have done this without the incredible support from our guides Shivon & Renardo! They were incredibly kind and helpful which made the experience that much easier. The views were breathtaking and it feels amazing to conquer something I never thought I could do! I will never forget the look of joy on my husband’s face as I watched him glide through the course. Definitely worth it! Do it!

Went in tour with my 10 year old son.Our tour guide Kemar was amazing . He was professional with a good sense of humour. There was a young boy living with autism in our group and he was so patient and caring ,he was great with him . Tour was perfect

Best experience. Was there with my mother and wife and zip lining with BackPack and Michael (Ras) was exceptional. Backpack was the man with the pictures we just took them all And Michael was so patient and understanding with my mom. He did the entire zip line with her and then scammed her and let her go on her own for the last stretch… took her from a crying baby to having fun and letting go for great pics and memories. Backpack and Michael big up everytime…

We had a blast, my sister and I was 1st timers at ziplining an our guide on the course was nothing short of amazing. We laughed, screamed, and joked with adventures ahead of us

ExtraFire and Ryan were absolutely amazing tour guys. They were fun, made you feel safe, comfortable and made the experience well worth it!! I absolutely recommend anyone who is interested or facing fears of high sky views to join these two guys on Zip lining! They bring Jamaica right to you above the sky lines.. My husband and I had an amazing time and I would come back again.

We took our family to the Zipline tour and it was excellent!!! The tour guides Ryan and ExtraFire were the best. They spent time ensuring that everyone had an amazing time. Our daughter was deathly afraid of heights but by the end ExtraFire was sending her on her own!!! 11 out of 10!

The zipline experience itself was great! Our guides were amazing! We loved it! However we then waited for 2 hours for our shuttle back. No water included despite the ride or the wait. If you go get a private driver to take you. If I knew better that is what I would have done for sure!

Being afraid of heights I wasn’t too sure about doing this but went along to keep my partner company. Actually found it a great and enjoyable experience and overcame my fears. This was entirely due to the wonderful instructors who made the event fun. They were thoroughly professional but at the same time friendly and helpful. Thank you guys.

This was a 10/10 I would highly recommend doing zip lining I’ve done zip lining in other countries but the experience wasn’t like this one. Shavaun & Fiyahhhh were amazing tour guides they made sure we were safe and having fun . They make a great team if you are a little fearful of the experience they will definitely make you feel comfortable and confident both men have amazing spirits will keep you laughing and having fun the whole time .

We had the BEST time at Jamwest during our honeymoon in Jamaica! From start to finish, everything was organized, fun, and full of great energy. We went ziplining for the first time, and it was unforgettable! Huge shoutout to our incredible guides—Fire, Backpack, and **Shavon—who made the experience both safe and exciting. They were funny, professional, and really helped ease any nerves. Their positive energy made the adventure even more thrilling! We also did horseback riding, and it was such a beautiful and peaceful ride. The horses were well cared for and the staff made sure everyone felt comfortable and confident. The ride through the trails and into the water was something we’ll never forget. Jamwest gave us memories to last a lifetime—perfect for a honeymoon adventure. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Negril!

I had a great time. The people who run it are friendly and personable. Ryan and exxtra fiyyaaa are the employees who did ziplining with us and they were hilarious. They made our experience fun and one to remember. We also did the atv ride which was also well worth it.

My sister absolutely loved this excursion! I’m usually the thrill seeker, and this terrified me. But it was an amazing experience now that I’ve made it to the other side, I would definitely do it again. It was our first time zip lining and it definitely won’t be our last. If you go to Jam West, your tour guides need to be Ryan and Fiya Because they are amazing. Amazing is even an understatement. They did so well with us and made us feel As though we Were experienced zip liners. And no point did we feel unsafe, I feel as though we felt very safe and very confident because they were intentional about making sure we were comfortable

The views were absolutely amazing and Xtra Fiyahhh and Michael made the whole process an absolute dream. There was not a point where I didn’t feel safe and they also made us laugh. They Zip with you so don’t worry about getting stuck or being alone. My friend was scared of heights and still managed to complete all 7 zips. We genuinely felt comfortable up there. Also there was no walking in between different attractions a bus drops you off and picks you off from each location.

our Jamwest experience was superlative,everyone was very professional and welcoming,starting from the security at the entrance, to the front desk personell, Odesha at the Zipline was very attentive along with her coworker and took very good care of my daughter, the ATV tour was an adrenaline rush and fun, the restaurant service was up to par, everyone was armed with information about the entire property, my family and I had an amazing experience and will definitely return and tell our friends about Jamwest, thank you all

Ziplining made for a fun afternoon on our honeymoon! The bus picked us up at the front door of our resort right on time and we traveled to Jamwest. Everything was organized to get us set for our tour. I was disappointed to spend $5 to use a locker when that should be included in the overall price as everyone brings something with them (phones, keys, purse, etc.) that can't go on the tour so basically it's just another way to make money after you have already spent over $100/person. Our tour guides were great! Felt very safe the whole time. I wish we had been able to go a few more times. 7 ropes didn't feel like enough to me for the money you pay for. Getting a ride back to our resort took a long time and was very disorganized. No one was around to help us know if we were in the right spot to wait or when we would be leaving. Safe drivers. Overall fun experience!

Michael and Shavon were great! We were the first tour of the day and my daughter and I got the whole experience to ourselves. Michael and Shavon assisted and kept it fun. Absolutely recommend the zipline.

Our Tour guides Michael and Shavaun were great and interactive! I was timid at first and Michael was reassuring and very patient. I am happy I did the zipline and I will return to do the ATV and go-carts. You can see that they are big on safety; and friendly staff! The park is huge and naturistic and there’s lots of stuff to do.

We did the zipline at Jamwest. I just wanted to say...OMG! Tristan was great! I was absolutely terrified and he was my "uber" the entire time, well, until the last run lol. He made me feel safe and I absolutely enjoyed it! Thank you Tristan for taking such good care of me and making it a great experience!

Everyone was extremely nice and made the excursion we did one to remember! We also did the ATV as well. The food was the best I had at this location. The oxtail was amazing!

At first i was kinda skeptical about doing the zipline because i am scared of heights.. but believe michael and mulla made this tour extremely fun .. i forgot all about my fears.. big up michael and mulla !

Trip took under 20 minutes. Six zips. We were rushed through, told we couldn't take any pictures and then waited over an hour for our return trip.

Amazing experience! Entertaining staff. We were a little nervous but they made us feel comfortable and it was so much fun.

The guides were phenomenal, Odeisha was one of our guides and made the experience so enjoyable! Can't wait to do this again

Great staff that was very helping. Enjoyed our time with zip line staff. Beautiful views from the tours and the zip line. Wife and I finally celebrating my retirement, our birthdays and our 40th anniversary. I would highly recommend. Normal road was closed so bounced down a one lane road to get there and come back to riu palace tropical bay.

Ziplining over a glassy field...not nice scenery.. Climbing towers...very violent stops at the end... staff was rude...

Xtreme and his tag team partner was awesome! It started to rain, but they still completed the zipline tour with us as long as we wanted to continue. They made us feel safe and had a blast despite the weather!

Fun,Thrilling experience. Orlando at the mineral bath was fantastic & goes above & beyond. He taught me how to float and taught some kids how to swim. The guys that operate the zipline were not only safe & professional, they made the experience so much fun! The ATV operators were also phenomenal. An overall great experience and offers value & enjoyment for money. Oh, mineral bath is the real deal. My feet were swollen before i went in and after less than an hour in the water the swelling was gone.

The Zipline crew provided an exhilarating experience! This is a must have excursion at Jamwest Adventure Park & Tours. The Fab Four crew was Extreme, Extra, Moulah & more did an absolutely phenomenal job teaching us & including the fun for 7 Ziplines across the forest above & through the trees. Amazing view. Well worth the experience & fun. We have Ziplined before many years ago but never like the wonderful experience with the Fab Four crew.

I love to Zipline! The course is a basic one so It was not my favorite. But the guides made the course fun and were extremely entertaining!
