Jamwest Negril Zipline And Jamculture Combo

My spouse and I did the Big Flex Package which included Zipline (9/10), Go Kart (9/10), Mineral Bath 🤷🏽‍♀️, Water 💧 Park 🤷🏽‍♀️ and Petting Zoo/ Bird Aviary (10/10). Our biggest issue was the wait in between each activity. The day wasn’t extremely full for us to constantly be waiting so long for us to be allowed to do another activity. The wait was about 90 minutes each time. We only did the Zip Line, Go Kart and Petting Zoo/ Bird Aviary. The main guy for the zip line seemed to be in quite a hurry. He constantly called over the next person to the other side by saying “Fiiyah” even when he wasn’t finished disconnecting the current person from the line. That drove anxiety in persons and that’s not safe because even he accidentally got hit by someone in the process. The Go Kart track had several pot holes 🕳️. The Mineral water looked dirty so we didn’t go into that and the Water Park seemed it’s more for children. The Zoo had a very pleasant disabled guy which was very knowledgeable about his department. The staff here are overall pleasant and respectful. Of course, the price for the food and beverage are that of “tourist prices” and everything is quoted in USD.

We had an absolute splendid time! Zip line was fantastic. IF YOU GO. You have to ask for Ryan and SUPER FYRE!!!! Made the entire experience so much more comfortable and exciting. We also did the jam culture safari! Great experience. Saw crocodiles, had a rum tasting and had birds land on us and eat out of our hands. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE experience the mineral bath. Also. The pina coladas were perfect!

I only did the zipline portion and it was a great experience. Not just the adrenaline rush of stepping off into space but the two guides, Shauvaun and Xtra[sp] who were there for my safety and security made it fun. These are , in my opinion, the best zip line guides in the business. Should you decide to try zip lining go to Jam West and request Shavaun and Xtra, you won't regret it.

My mother and I chose the ziplining and Jam Culture tours at Jam West where we received lessons in Jamaican history and adventure. Jessica, our Jam Culture tour guide was very knowledgeable about the flora and fauna of Jamaica, animal life, food and revolutionary figures that comprise the country that promotes the “one love, one people” mantra. Our ziplining guides, Xxxtra Fiyah and Reynardo were very supportive and encouraging, ensuring safety and comfort were top of mind. We closed out our trip at Rick’s Cafe in Negril and we thank our drivers for getting us to and from safely. We had an irie time and highly recommend Jam West Tours!

My wife and I took the zipline tour and it was a blast. The two young men who took us were hilarious. They made it fantastic.

Did zip lining for the first time and our guides were Kemar and Ryan were excellent with helping with the equipment, the explanation of the rules and making us feel safe. They cheered us on the whole way. This is definitely a must do again when I visit Jamaica again. 🇯🇲

The experience of atv and zip line was nice. The push kart is a joke. The team members that came along with the zip line made the experience fun. With the atv, the course was long and they even had a pit stop where drinks and be purchased and you can write your name on the hut, which I thought was really cute. I dislike that the excursion was 2 hours away from my hotel, which we were not told until we were on the bus. My family was so exhausted from the 2 hour ride and excursion we had to cancel the next day’s excursion because we were beat!!!!! Walking up the stairs and the heat to do the different lines was not an easy task. So be warned. Also, be careful with booking excursions that you are not sure you going to do because to cancel they charged me 50%, stating I was not within the 48 hour time period to get a full refund. I felt that was wrong because we booked less than 48 hours, they had no problem selling me the ticket and didn’t warn me of any penalties upfront but they would rather sell me the ticket and penalize. We stayed in the Iberostar Suites in Montego Bay.. my advise who be to ask questions! How far? What’s the penalty to cancel? Lesson learned.

We only did the zip line adventure though the drop down menu did not offer that for us to click for the review. Our family of five (3 children 12, 10, and 8) had an amazing time on the zip line tour! Siobhan (Sorry if not spelled correctly) and Max were the best. They made sure we all were safe and comfortable and had fun. We would recommend the zip line to anyone looking for adventure in the area.

I went on the zipline and if it wasn't for Michael aka backpack. I wouldn't have overcome my fears. MICHAEL YOU WILL ALWAYS BE IN MY ❤️ 💙. Thank you so much. Continue doing what your doing. ❤️💙

I was so afraid to Zipline, but Kadija and Kemar were the perfect instructors! They were very patient and assuring and I was able to jump the 7 lines with ease!! If this is your first time, please be sure to go with this dynamic duo!! OneLove, Patti from DC

The people were really nice. It's a bit of a mess and confusing as you try to figure out when you can do your tour. That was annoying. It felt rushed. The Safari was a complete waste of time and money. It was absolutely not worth seeing. The Zipline was probably the best thing there. There are 7 lines. Jace and Greg were very professional. I felt safe while jumping. I did hurt my knee. Greg promised to help me take care of it and he didn't leave my side until the medic on site took care of me. I am so appreciative if that. Orlando in the mineral springs was very nice as well. My sisters enjoyed ATV and my mom enjoyed horseback riding. I didn't experience them.

Zip lines were amazing and the Zip line guides were very personable. A jasmine, extra, and one other person. Tour guide for safari was very knowledgeable and answered any of our questions.

Zipping was so fun I loved it !! The Safari was also every amazing. The staff was great very helpful and funny!

This is my first time in Jamaica am being at jam west was theeee best I was greeted by a good hunny fella XTRA he was so amazing and took his time to show me the zip line am he did awesome tricks an made sure we was safe an had a good time. He also had amazing crew members jimmy ,odesha ,renardo they Sooo much fun . Me and my friends set told ppl on put eaaoet to check this place it was amazing. I took pics with everything. I definitely will give this place a five star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Jamaica is my second home .

I had the most amazing time here. The zip line and crew really took my breath away. Extra Almightieeeeeeee gets 5 stars for enhancing the overall experience on the zip line. Omg. I knew better when I pulled in. The Safari was the most pathetic thing I have ever done. It started with a lifeless Brama bull tied up in a field, then a snapping turtle and a couple crocodiles, all in cement pools just big enough to hold them surrounded by chicken wire. It ended with feeding the "exotic" birds in aviary. Chickens, ducks and doves. $89 @. DONT GO!!!

We had an awesome time a full day of fun and adventure. Metro was a great guide on safari. Steven and shavaun made the zip line the best part of the day! Mineral bath was cold but refreshing, props to Orlando for that! This is a great excursion I highly recommend this place!

I truly recommend going to Jamwest for your excursions! Special Thank you to Extreme and Ronaldo who took me and my boyfriend on our Ziplining excursion. I really appreciated the way they made us ( the eldest of the group) and the other preteens in our group extremely comfortable! Our safety came first from telling us to stand back and not proceeding until they made sure everyone was safe to open the gate that allowed us to soar. I would do this again and again and again ! The safari was extremely informative and great for kids and adults whose first time it is going on a safari. Animals are caged so everyone remains safe!

The grounds and staff are amazing! Truly enjoyed the zip line, mineral bath and safari! Top notch service!
