The experience was amazing, the guides were patience, efficient, and job well done. I would return and encourage all visitors to visit.

My husband and I had a great experience, we had fun! The customer service rep., was such a great and kind guide. Raheem gave us good information about the adventure the ranch and all the different excursions the ranch has to offer. When you visit cash tip is recommended and look for Raheem. He comes very well recommended.

Experience was great! Our guides, Akim and Damian were very informative and took very good care of us. The trail was nice and Damian and Akim stopped multiple times to teach us about the plants, herbs, and foods growing all around us that we did not notice. Awesome experience.

I purchased the combo package with ATV Riding, Horseback Riding and Zip Lining. All of my tour guides were phenomenal. Ryon, JA, Adesha, Renardo. I can’t remember my ATV tour guide’s name, but he was very caring. We were told to lock all of our personal belongings in the locker for the ride. I didn’t know that they be selling drinks along the way. All of our money was in the locker. He purchased water for us! I’m happy that we had a positive experience. Ryon and JA took us horseback riding. This was our first time on a horse. They were knowledgeable telling us about the different trees and even the horses that we were on. They were patient! Adesha and Renardo helped us Zip Line. This was another first for us. My husband was terrified, but Adesha encouraged him and he concurred all 7 lines! Renardo was great at guiding me and providing instruction to ensure my safety. The people in the gift shop were helpful as well. Overall, I truly enjoyed the experience!

I want to highlight the excellent staff at the ATV tour and the horse riding experience (shoutout to Ian and Red Man!), who were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Sadly, the zipline team completely ruined the day. I was the only white guest in my group, and I was entirely ignored while the guides gave all their attention, conversation, and reassurance to the rest of the group. The experience made me feel highly uncomfortable and unwelcome. Furthermore, the staff made it clear that a $3,000 JMD tip was not enough. Management needs to address this unequal treatment, as it ruined what should have been a great day. I won't be back.

My experience at jamwest was so amazing and educational. Big thanks to your tour guides Mr kevanugh and Mr demario. The lady at the front desk miss ash she was so sweet and lovely. The lifeguard are on point each step of the way. They guys need a raise. I will definitely be back soon

This was the highlight of our trip to Jamaica. We were picked up from our hotel for a 40 minutes transfer. Once there we completed a waiver form and were asked to put all belongings including our phones in a locker ($7). I was worried as I had wanted to get photos and videos, but I shouldn't have worried. We were taken to the horse are on a truck and given safety advice, helmet and lifeband. We were introduced to our horses and guides. Each person had their own individual guide which we loved. Shout out to Jermaine. They were super helpful, friendly and fun! We walked off to the coastal route and the guides helped to make the horses canter and even gallop, it was slightly scary but so much fun! When the horses entered the ocean you could tell they loved it and we spent much longer than I had expected. They were moving in all directions and a man appeared to take some photos. We made our way back, again lots of galloping! Once back our guides asked for tips which we were more than happy to give. The photos were really good quality and were $10 each so take cash. I am so glad we could not take our phones as it made me live in the moment and enjoy it more, my teenage boys loved every minute! Highly recommended. Thank you Jamwest.

Great trip with lots of activities friendly and knowledgeable staff. We enjoyed ziplining, ATV riding, and horseback riding. It was definitely worth the money. Special thank you to Joseph with the ATVs, Ian was great and knowledgeable about the horses, and I forgot but both of our guides with Ziplining were great too. Great adventures and memories

This is actually a new location that’s open that’s call Jamwest braco in Trelawny home of Usain Bolt it’s was so beautiful there and so amazing, the guides where awesome this guide Hushane did both ATV and Zipline was amazing and friendly, the other guides was great also, if your in Jamaica you should try them you won’t forget it, the do ATV, ZipLine, Horse Back ride and swim, jam culture tour lots of fun I tell you, best vacation ever thank to the whole team to make my trip so amazing.

Jam west was a very nice experience. The staff was friendly and my two favorite things was the ATV course which was amazing! Very scenic and hills. The other is the horseback riding which was peaceful and we went in the water. Such a beautiful thing to do.

The activities were amazing! The ATV ride and horseback riding in the water were definitely highlights of the trip. Everyone was very friendly, informative, and welcoming. Our driver was fantastic — fun, energetic, and made the 3-hour drive from the resort feel like part of the experience itself. The only reason I would give a slightly lower rating is because when you have a private driver with a group of four, if some people finish their activities earlier, you still have to wait for everyone else before heading back to the resort. That can be frustrating, especially when you book an early 7:30 a.m. excursion hoping to return in time to enjoy the resort activities as well. Lastly, the food onsite was very good. I just wish the portions were a little bigger for the price. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely worth the money.

Jamwest was amazing!! I am so happy I went. However I expected horseback riding to be calm and a surreal experience one of the so called life guards kept encouraging the horses to go fast and jump in the water which made it scary for me… I just rather he did not do that he ruin that part for me.

Wonderful experience and I can't wait to return .

Flight from Charlotte NC a little over 2.5 hrs. Getting thru immigration and Customs was easy. They have automated kiosks to check your passport. No lines. Never even had to show my passport to anyone. Customs was also easy. Make sure you complete the C5 form available on the Jamaica Immigration site prior to your trip. We went thru the lane that said "nothing to declare." Nobody looked at our bags ( we 2 carry ons each). We used Jamaica Tours Ltd for a shared van ride to Negril and separate review for that service is available.

The ATV ride was magnificent. I had never driven an ATV and the guide was patient and showed me what to do. He also took his time, and patiently waited for all of the drivers. We did make a stop. He told me it was for pictures but he didn’t take any pictures and we waited for him to talk to his buddies. The horseback ride was the best I had ever taken and I use to guide tours. I was able to ride alone with the guide and since I owned horse we cantered and galloped. It was an amazing experience and the guide was super friendly and knowledgeable. Overall the workers were rude. I wanted to buy a Tshirt but the driver said I didn’t have time because he wanted to take me to horseback riding. When we got back I asked to go to the Mineral Bath and the Avery. He was visibly upset. He said he’d take us but we had to be ready in 6 minutes. I wanted to buy a Tshirt since I had just my swimsuit on. He took us to the Mineral Bath and quickly gave a history and we went in. Ten minutes later he told us to get out because we had to get back for our ride to the hotel. We got back and I asked if I could buy a Tshirt and pictures and they literally pushed us out and gave us a trip advisor card to purchase our pictures with. Don’t they want to make money? After we got to the van to take us back to the hotel the driver for the park ran on to the bus and demanded a tip??? Rude! We are good tippers but if the service is bad; you don’t get a tip!

A must stop while in Jamaica! 🇯🇲 First time horseback riding and it was a wonderful experience. My guide Backpack 🎒 was the best!

Great trip and fab horse guides! ATV was brilliant we all really enjoyed it thank you! The horses were well behaved and we had a wonderful time swimming in the sea with them. Highly recommended.

We were advised not to take our cameras because their would be a photographer with us, we got some photos on the ATV but not fantastic photos! Horse riding, the guys were great think one was Ian, the photographer did not turn up to take photos of us in the water which was very disappointing! We travelled from England, and as much we enjoyed this day, having no photos is very disappointing! So if people do this trip take your camera! Wasn’t even offered for them to take up back to the sea and take some photos!

Brick and Niko were great horses and the handler Niko was excellent. Chevron and Renardo were able to give clear instructions and we always felt safe doing the zip line and that says a lot since I hate heights. If you have not ridden an ATV or UTV before, this is a great ride.

We did the ATV tour as well as the Mineral Bath. Be prepared to spend at least half the day here! Lots to do, and the staff was phenomenal! Kirkland at the mineral baths was full of local knowledge and helped us make dinner plans. Great time!

My entire family agrees that we had a great time. There were 8 of us. Wear comfortable closed toe shoes that you don’t mind getting dirty.

Had a great time zip lining. Javon was amazing with my 8 yearold son, and I can’t remember the other zip guide’s name but he was great as well. My horse guide was Keith and my horse was lion. Such a cool experience and I especially liked that Keith serenaded us the whole way back :) he was a great guide and great with the horse. My son loved it as well.

Visited on Friday 10th October. We participated in the horseback riding in to the sea, I was fortunate to have the horse Star, a beautiful grey horse, and my guide was Brandon, Brandon was fabulous showing me all the local herbs that grow there, telling me all about the area and how the the horses are trained. The ride into the sea was just amazing, the horses were all so calm and chill!! I highly recommend this activity to anyone! And a special mention to Brandon who made my trip so memorable! There is a great little gift shop and good value. And you can buy patties off a lovely lady there. There are also mineral baths there, this was free to use and although very cold was an amazing experience. We were lucky to make use of it, our bus was due to take us back but a lovely lady called Samoy arranged for our bus driver to wait a little extra time so we could experience the mineral baths, she really went above and beyond for us!! There are many different adventures to enjoy here, so something to suit everyone. Highly recommended

Tour guides were amazing. The experience on the ATV’s & push karts were the best. So many things to do here. I will definitely be returning soon!

Loved my day at the Jam west motorsports and adventure park!! I chose a 3 pack combo and went horse riding, zip wire and the eco nature tour. I wasn’t as keen on the nature tour as I’m good with animals in cages despite this they’re all taken care of abd safe. The zip wire was totally awesome, 7 lines across the park over tree tops and fab sea views! The guys kept us very safe and were consistent with shutting the gates in each perch after each person jumped. They worked hard, encouraging us to enjoy the rides and getting us expertly at the landing pads Thank you Shavon and Rafael ( might not have heard that band correctly) The horse riding was awesome. My guide Ian and his horse Rednan were delightful. Ian picked various wild herbs along the route to the sea for me to smell and identify. Did horse each is lovely and the horses really healthy, well looked after . We went in the sea - it was gorgeous and the horses enjoyed getting cooler too!! Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Definitely do this!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Customer service was TRASH ! First, transportation picked us up late.. then when we got there , we were being rushed through the excursions & instead of trying to feed us after the 2nd excursions like they said we would , they tried to convince us to take our food to go because THEY were running behind & needed us to go ahead & do our next tour. We didn't get to experience any of the "complementary " attractions because of them running late, nor did we get to go to Rick's Cafe. The dispatcher lady had a bad attitude & acted like she couldn't answer our questions. On the other hand , the attraction tour guide instructors were awesome though. Greatly appreciate them!

The experience was great, the zip line workers odella, and her help. The ATV workers and the horse attendants were awesome. The director or whatever his title was, he was the worse!!!! My friends and I booked our experience together but because of him we were not able to do the excursions together His lack of communication, lack of compassion I would not recommend this place to anyone that goes there as a group.

Had a little trouble on the ATV so I went with a tour guide as the passenger ..was a little disappointed that I didn’t drive the thing myself..I saw other people struggling and they didn’t get assistance or had to ride as a passenger but I did. But I guess better safe than sorry

Would recommmend if traveling to Jamaica, lots of fun activities to do at jam west! My favorite was the atv riding & horseback

It was so much fun! The park had so many things to do, such as ATVs, horseback riding and ziplining.

I had a great time riding the Atvs and the doing ziplining m. The seevice was very neat and organized, the staff was very kind to me and my family as well.

My son and I loved this tour . We rode a Atv bike . It was super cool that he got to ride on a bike with mom. He's a lover of nature and enjoyed the ride through the woods to beautiful shoreline and back . Our Tour guide Jadway was great! Very kind and professional, he did not rush the tour but have us enough time to enjoy the experience. Would recommend this tour anytime .

Jamwest Motor Sport and Adventure Park never disappoints! My kids, friends, and I had an amazing time as always. The energy, the fun, and the hospitality are unmatched. Huge shout-out to the incredible ATV tour guides who kept the ride thrilling yet safe, and to the zipline crew who made sure every jump was filled with excitement. Special shout-out to Backpack, Onisha, Ras, and the rest of the team for bringing the vibes and making the whole experience unforgettable. Coming from the Browning that is always full of vibes, we appreciate the warm welcome every single time. Jamwest is definitely one of our favorite places to be, and we can’t wait to come back for more adventure and memories!

The ATV riding was great, the guy did a great job making sure we were ok and my horse back riding guide was extra careful when he noticed I was nervous

I had a blast everyone was very nice and welcoming I loved the vibe for sure will be going back.. from my taxi driver Mr LITE…horseback riding with fresh prince of JAMAICA and tony being my instructor…zip-lining with Alisha and I’m feel so bad I forgot his name he was hella dope though helping me zip-line with no hands fasho was an experience I would love to do again…lunch (pay before excursion)fried fish 10/10 bob Marley drink 10/10(really wanted oxtails only sad part) …to getting muddy with the Atv … I had soo much fun I was too tired to make it to ricks cafe definitely will be back to enjoy the sunset

I absolutely love the experience my tour guy for the horseback riding really really made me feel comfortable and told me a good time and then when I did the ATV the tour guy made me feel comfortable as well. I conquered my fear today thank you.

I went horseback riding July 30th and was told my pictures would be available. They aren't available I knew they weren't the service reps that assisted us seemed unconcerned and the excuse they gave me was online wasn't available. But in actuality they were closing and didn't care to provide proper customer service. One lady was so sarcastic and rolling her eyes and very rude. The only person that was ok was the manager who accommodated our excursion due to an issue that weren't disclosed prior to purchase. The guys went ATV and we did horseback riding, and we really wanted those photos

Loved it we did just about everything and had so much fun from the horses to the atv and zip lining so cool I can’t we to did this again

It was an amazing adventure... the Atvs was everything.. see beautiful black men with horses was the top of the cake. They could do a little better with transportation organization.
