There is a 225 lb weight limit!! 30 minute Drone Photography in a clear kayak that’s stationary and anchored to the most beautiful part of the entrance into the Caribbean Sea. We have an individual weight limit of 225 lbs and couple weight limit of 380 lbs total. You will be instructed and assisted into poses while we shoot 30 plus photos and 1 short video.
Brandy was great from the very 1st call on Whatsapp! Communication was constant. They were so accomodating because we had many mishaps on the way to Jamaica. The driver service was phenomenal, vehicals were clean, cool and driver pleasant. We felt safe and not rushed the whole time. The photographer was great. We had a group shoot that was wonderful as well!

All 9 of us arrived on time upon our arrival the instructor was not there we waited for 15 minutes upon her arrival she proceeded to to cancel our excursion ver nonchalantly. We paid $80 round trip for a driver to escort there. It was my 50th bday celebration the clear bioat experience photo shoot was the icing on the cake I was very disappointed I was with my daughters this would have been a great experience for all of us. This instructor never reached out before hand to cancel we wasted time and the $80 spent
The supplier canceled on us. Stating due to our safety. Not sure what was the issue but that’s all she said. Plus we had to pay for transportation to get there. No courtesy call to let us know not to come since it was canceled. I will never book with that vendor again
No show , wasn’t able do it she stated that for our safety she had to cancel she should have told us before we booked Transportation, to get to the site. I t go no that was unprofessional!
She canceled on us when we arrived. She stated “For my safety and your safety k have to cancel.” She said she was going to process our refund but didn’t.
This was a rather unpleasant experience and a great waste of time. The photoshoot was confirmed for 12:30pm and I arrived at the photoshoot location early. A few minutes before the shoot, the photographer sent a message via the app that she was delayed by 1.5 hours. I rescheduled the shoot for later that day. 15 minutes into the rescheduled shoot it started to rain and the photographer ended the shoot. She said she had captured all the photos/poses she had planned to take. She informed me that before transferring the photos she had taken to me, she needed to take a copy of my ID for her business purposes and that the ID needed to match the name on the Viator booking. I did not have ID on me. I showed the photographer my ticket in the Viator app but that was insufficient for her. She cancelled the shoot and issued a refund. Professionalism and customer service need improvement.

The weather was perfect—a beautiful, sunny morning—and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. One of the best parts? They had a posing instructor to help guide you through how to look your best in the kayak (which is a total game-changer if you’re not sure what to do). I also felt completely at ease knowing that all my personal belongings were safely secured while I was out on the water. Pro tip: Wear secured sunglasses—when I laid down for a pose, my regular sunglasses kept sliding up! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I definitely would. Big shout-out to Roy—he was awesome!

I enjoyed this excursion. I booked less than 24 hours before and still had a great experience. I received a message the night before with the time of my reservation. They also offered transportation for an additional price which was helpful as a tourist. The day of the excursion was windy and the waters were rough so we waited around to make sure it was safe to be in the water with such strong tides. Because of that, the excursion took longer than initially planned. But the photos came out amazing. Brandy and Deborah were so kind and helpful throughout. Would definitely book again.

Headline: Legit Offering, Reasonable Pricing, Good Work Product—but Be Prepared to Do Your Own Diligence I booked an appointment with this company the night before, and the booking process was smooth and straightforward. Everything was handled online and automated, with clear instructions provided during booking. There were no issues there, although there were no live-person confirmations. However, my photographer arrived late, and there was no communication beforehand unless I initiated it. Once she arrived, we briefly discussed the water and weather conditions, which are critical as they change rapidly and significantly impact the shoot. Shortly after, the equipment arrived with an assistant. Following about 45 minutes of discussion and preparation, we headed out, only for the rain to start, forcing us to postpone. I returned about an hour later, and we finally got started. When the shoot resumed, things moved quickly. The assistant provided posing instructions, and we got to work. Despite getting wet from some waves, I was happy with the process and eager to see the results. The photos were excellent and were transferred to me immediately without issue. The Issue with the Assistant Here’s where things took a turn. The assistant, Deborah (from the UK), who mentioned she was also a professional photographer, offered to take photos of me and my group at our resort for an hourly rate. I agreed and specified that we could select a few photos together for her marketing purposes. She showed up for the shoot, and we completed the session in about an hour. I paid her as agreed and even offered to share a finished photo with the hotel, recommending her services. However, while I was briefly changing, she started mingling with my group around the resort. After she left, she sent a gallery of photos for my review. Shortly after, she changed her approach. She refused to release the photos unless I agreed to let her use a wide selection of them for her business. When I offered to pay her according to her stated “standard booking prices” or any reasonable fee, she refused. Instead, she essentially held the photos hostage to force me into giving her broader rights to use my image for her business. This behavior was extremely shady and unethical. Concerns with Clear Kayak When I reached out to Clear Kayak to address the incident, I was shocked by their response. They admitted they didn’t know much about the assistant—they hadn’t done a background check, didn’t even know her last name, and said she’d only been working there for a few weeks. She was paid in cash, and they appeared to have no formal vetting process. While the photos I received from Clear Kayak were great and I think the business has potential, this lack of oversight is concerning. I cannot recommend a company that fails to properly vet the people they allow to represent them. Unfortunately, I have had to escalate the matter to seek a resolution. #BuyerBeware
