Villas Sur Mer

This place is not fit for visitors. I was fooled by the beautiful pictures too. The place was in disrepair when I went there.

This was an experience of a lifetime. We immersed ourselves and enjoyed the wonderful people, food, and beautiful scenery. Villas Sur Mer is well worth the cost of the stay. But….you need to know it is not ‘posh’ accommodations, but they are truly amazing island accommodations.

I recently stayed at Villa Sur Mer and the place is beautiful way beyond my expectations! The location was perfect. My villa was beautiful the area and quiet and relaxing. The pool area was so nice. My favorite part of it all was the cave that led to the ocean, I didn’t know about it prior to my stay so that was such and amazing birthday surprise. Ms. Carmen was so kind and I can’t wait to stay again.

Villa Sur Meh Overall NOT impressed with what we got for the price we paid. Won’t stay there again. Don’t be fooled by the photos. This place is NOT on the cliff looking at the water. (Unless you rent the 6BR house). It’s across the street by Ricks bus PARKING LOT. Note you will have to pass the local vendors outside of Ricks every time you walk in the direction of town. The hot tub did not work. Pool was nice but shady… We had to be moved as our first rooms electric failed. The couch in our second room was sinking in. Could benefit from better seating. Our bathroom smelled like a sewer so we kept the door shut and held our noses when we went in. I don’t need much and tried to step it up by staying here but honestly it was not worth the price. Meh……
