Royalton Negril, An Autograph Collection All-inclusive Resort

Royalton Negril has a beautiful setting, maximizing ocean views. The water is beautiful. The staff is absolutely amazing! Specifically Justin, Kadeam & Natasha. Everyone is so accommodating and friendly. They did just reopen after the devastating hurricane so patience is needed when dining. Overall the food was good, drinks are flowing and there are plenty of activities day and night for adults and children. We went with a group of 17 and it was awesome. 🥰

Avoid this resort until they actually finish construction. Check-in took 8 hours and check-out took 3 hours. The room was dirty, there was no working TV or phone, and room service wasn't available. Maintenance workers were scattered everywhere trying to work on the unfinished property. The entertainment team was lovely, but that doesn't make up for an unlivable stay. A complete waste of money

Would do again. I really enjoyed my stay overall. The staff is really nice and cheerfull. The service is okay. The room cleaning is terrible tho. The two times they took our towels, they didn’t replace them and we had to tell them to replace them twice (both time twice). The food is enjoyable for the buffet. The reservation for the restaurants are terrible. They just opened so they overbooked us 2 two times and we had to wait 45min-1h to sit. They don’t plan well enough the food so certain food run out by the time of your reservation. One staff member from the vibe team was really nice with us. PUMBA has a great vibe and was nice!

What can I say Team Vibe are so entertaining and full of spark especially Taejah. She fully committed to involve as many of us in what ever the subject/game is. She is most excellent at her jod and a wonder young lady.
