The hotel is fantastic, the views and facilities are amazing, and the staff were all excellent. We were there for our honeymoon last year in July. It was the off-season, but we enjoyed every moment. Totally relaxed and friendly atmosphere all around. Very helpful folks at the desk, but we got just as much help, as many great recommendations, and lots of fantastic conversation (and drinks) from the awesome bartender, Richmond, who truly made our trip memorable. Can't wait to find an excuse to go back. 5/5
Ocean Cliff Hotel Negril is a beautiful, peaceful boutique escape on the West End. The cliffside views are stunning, the staff is warm and attentive, and the entire property feels thoughtfully designed. It’s perfect for relaxing, watching sunsets, and enjoying a quiet, romantic atmosphere. There’s no beach on-site, but the scenery and serenity more than make up for it. A great choice if you want calm luxury and unforgettable views.
Peace and quiet. No loud music or hustling to get a cabana every morning. The ocean was the soundtrack for our visit. You get to see a beautiful West End sunset every evening and just relax. We stayed in a treetop room that had a wonderful balcony with an exquisite view. This is the place to go for R & R.
Ocean Cliff Resort is a truly unique boutique hotel. It honestly reminded me of Turkey or Greece. The feeling of staying in a private cabin with your own romantic, safe ocean view is unmatched. You can watch the sunset right from your room without needing to be around crowds, it’s peaceful, intimate, and very authentic.
The food at the restaurant was amazing, and the highlight for me was the beautiful spa right on the ocean. So serene, so calming. This is the perfect place to rest, reset, and reconnect with yourself.
They even give you a shoulder massage at check-in, which was such a thoughtful and welcoming touch.

Ocean Cliff Resort is so amazing 👏 🤩 it is a gem 💎The rooms are beautiful, the beds are like sleeping in heaven and the staff is wonderful. Also the salt water pool is perfect, it has a bench in it as well with areas of shade so you can sit and just relax while staring at the sea 🌊 I have been to Negril over 40 times and trust me Ocean Cliff is perfect. I can't wait to return! Treat yourself and book this place! Also Heather the General Manager is always around and ready to help you if you need anything! I will be back soon!
