We had a wonderful 13 day trip around Sri Lanka with our guide Mr Sidath. He was very organised and flexible. Everything ran smoothly under his guidance.He was always punctual and ensured guides and services at each of our stops were prepared to greet us. As a guide himself, he was very informative. Sanju at BKLanka organised the tour and was very helpful with changes I requested. She provided good advice on what to include and had everything ready to go on Day 1. We had an amazing experience of the tour we did in Sri Lanka with our fabulous guide Sakun. We experienced a lot on our tour and Sakun was so friendly, accommodating and always punctual. He helped us understand their culture and had much knowledge of the history of each place we visited... I can’t praise enough how friendly Sri Lankans are.. They are a beautiful culture, love their cricket and always greet you with a smile. I was always saying hello to people we pass and they give you their warmest smile and say hello back.. This tour was an incredible experience for our first time in Sri Lanka.. I’d love to come back and see more with more time in each village for relaxation between the amazing sightseeing. We couldn’t have asked for a more considerate and attentive guide than Sakun. He went above and beyond to make sure our small group tour suited everyone, even accommodating our extra requests for coffee stops! Sakun shared wonderful insights into Sri Lanka’s culture, traditions and history, while also embracing a little Aussie culture along the way — “Aussie, Aussie, Aussie, oi, oi, oi!” He always asked what we preferred and made sure everyone’s individual needs were accommodated. A fantastic guide who genuinely cared about making our trip enjoyable. Highly recommended!

My wife Kathleen and I had a great time for our 15 days in Sri Lanka. Information supplied before the trip was easy to understand, and our requests for changes were accepted and handled quickly. Airport pickup on day one was easy, and the BH Lanka driver managed it very well. The itinerary was spot on, with a very good range of experiences, and we were especially lucky to see a leopard at the last minute in Yala Park. The selection of good hotels was just right and we appreciated this office work by BH Lanka and the tour guide. Our guide was very personable and flexible, and handled the few difficulties (caused by us) with ease and good humour. He was invaluable in assisting us with the accommodations at all hotels with the staff. Our especial thanks go to Chalani from BH Lanka office, and Udara Deshapriya our fantastic guide, fearless driver and good friend, who we can never thank enough for a beautiful experience in Sri Lanka.

From July 13th to July 23rd, our family of six (two adults and four children aged 16 to 20) experienced the Glamour Tour, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. Sri Lanka is an incredible country, but what made this trip so special was the excellent organization and the wonderful people who guided us. The itinerary was packed with amazing experiences, yet everything was so well planned that we could simply relax and enjoy every single day. Our family (group of 2 adults and 2 kids 5 and 9 (12 days glamours of Sri Lanka tour ) had a truly unforgettable experience on this trip and we couldn’t have asked for a better tour guide in Heshan . This is the 1st time we have travelled with kids in a booked tour arrangement as all previous overseas trips have been self guided and we were little nervous how things would go with kids and type of tour guide we would get . A huge part of what made this trip special was Heshan- He was very easy going and talk to- easily interacted with the kids and kept their needs in mind especially on the long drive days . Heshan was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and always went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had an amazing time . We always felt safe, well looked after, and relaxed throughout the tour . His warm personality and attention to detail truly made our holiday exceptional. Heshan”s vehicle was always clean and bottled water readily available , whilst driving in Sri Lanka can be at times little scary , he didn’t use the horn too much and handled the situations very well - a very safe and professional driver . Overall I Would highly recommend Heshan as a tour guide and we wish him all the very best in all his future trips. I would also like to call out Hiruni from BH Lanka tours - I contacted BH Lanka tours directly after seeing amazing reviews on both tour radar and trip advisor- from day 1 she was exceptional to deal with, very professional and patient and provided clear and prompt Communication with the many changes we made to our itinerary - the tour couldn’t have been this amazing without her amazing customer service from our 1st enquiry- thanks Hiruni for organising an unforgettable trip for our family. Sri Lanka has so much to offer from the rich culture/ history to the amazing landscapes, The people are genuinely so warm and welcoming. Finally a couple of suggestions for BH Lanka tours to consider- I would have liked to spend an extra day in Nuwara Eliya . I also recommend not having an overnight stop at wasakuda on last day as there nothing to do , it would be better to have 2 days in Colombo as having less than 1 day in Sri Lanka”s capital does not allow sufficient time to explore what it has to offer.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An unforgettable family adventure — Sri Lanka at its very best Where do we even begin? Sri Lanka is simply a breathtaking country — vibrant, welcoming, and packed with spectacular scenery and an abundance of incredible wildlife. From the moment we arrived, we knew this was going to be something special, and BH Lanka Tours delivered an experience that will live long in our family’s memory. The real star of the show was our driver and guide, Rohan. He genuinely couldn’t do enough for us. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and his warmth and knowledge made the whole trip feel effortless. What we particularly appreciated was that Rohan always took the time to explain each site and experience before we arrived, so we felt informed and excited rather than just turning up blind. He also gave us complete flexibility throughout — there was never any time pressure, and we always felt like the itinerary worked around us, not the other way around. Most of the sites are unescorted, which was actually a highlight for us. It gave our family the freedom to explore at our own pace, soak everything in, and make each place our own. The people of Sri Lanka made every stop even more memorable — genuinely some of the friendliest and most welcoming people we’ve ever encountered anywhere in the world. The tour itself was wonderfully varied, covering fantastic places and experiences across the country. Two moments stand out above everything else. Climbing Sigiriya Rock was an awe-inspiring experience — the views from the top are simply unforgettable and well worth every step of the climb. And then there was Yala National Park, where we were lucky enough to spot leopards in the wild — an absolutely magical moment that left the whole family speechless and one we will treasure forever. A few honest caveats worth mentioning for fellow travellers: the accommodation is mostly half-board and while we thoroughly enjoyed the majority of the hotels, the Araliya Red in Nuwara Eliya was the one exception for us. Some of the properties across the tour are a little tired, and the buffet food can be hit and miss. But hand on heart, these are minor points that barely dented what was an overall five-star experience. If you’re considering Sri Lanka as a family destination, stop deliberating and book it. And make sure you ask for Rohan.

We travel the world, and it is far from often that when you every day for 13 days get into the car in the morning, you are happy to see your guide and driver. We had an incredible 9-day customized version of the glamour tour of Sri Lanka organized by BH Lanka Tours. The company worked closely with us to create a fully customized itinerary that suited exactly what we wanted to see and do. I recently completed a 10 day tour of Sri Lanka with BH Lanka Tours, and had a fantastic time. The pre trip planning comms with Sanju was always quick and efficient. He was extremely detailed when responding and provided suggestions and amendments to the itinerary numerous times to suit our needs and tastes. Our guide and driver, Sakun, was informative and knowledgeable about the local culture and history. He was polite, punctual and flexible, allowing us just the right amount of personal time whilst also being available to provide assistance as needed. One of the highlights of our trip was visiting Yala National Park, where I so wanted to see a leopard. Sakun was determined to make that happen, and thanks to him i did! One of the tour highlights along with climbing Sigariya and visiting the tea plantations by Nuwara Eliya. Overall I would recommend BH Lanka Tours and Sakun as your guide.

An unforgettable experience! I was told how much I would enjoy Sri Lanka and the scenery and the food but I wasn’t prepared for how many amazing historical and cultural sites there are, the jaw dropping wild life. I can’t wait to visit again.

The entire trip was well planned, comfortable and stress free.. Our guide Nalin was exceptional! Excellent tour hitting all the places we wanted to see, plus we added 3 extra days (14 total) so we could take a few down days to relax. The company was very flexible and changed hotels at our request - but all the suggested hotels were excellent & added in sites & tours we wanted to see that were not initially included. The main reason our tour was so fantastic & memorable was the detail our guide Nalin Dissanayake gave to us daily ( group of 10 friends) from ensuring we had anything we needed, stayed with us constantly to ensure our comfort & enjoyment of every aspect of the trip; with extra stops he felt we would enjoy. Nalin’s knowledge of the history, culture, nature, foods, animals & birds - added constant information as we traveled around the island. Our Driver was also fantastic getting us to our destinations safely with always extra added stops for personal shopping items to be picked up - or just shopping. We loved Sri Lanka; not having appreciated the depth of its history, or the range of sites, regions or habitats, we were blown away by how much it had to offer. BH Lanka were super helpful in the run up to the trip with timely communication and helpful advice and keen to hear feedback. Our guide, Nishantha Rathnayaka, was really helpful and accommodating and took all the stress out of a multi-site tour. He has great knowledge which he shares freely, but equally he knows when you just want your own quiet time. All in all, we’d recommend BH Lanka yours wholeheartedly; the market is brimming with tour companies out there, but we know this one delivers.

Just finished a fantastic tour with our excellent guide Nalin. We were pleasantly surprised that the country restored operations after cyclone ditwah so quickly. While we decided not to tour the high hill country, the trip was still exciting and satisfying. Sigirya to Mirissa everywhere we went the hospitality was top notch, the hotels sparkling clean, and the food delicious. But what really distinguished this trip was the care and attention our guide put into making sure our every need and expectation were met. He was full of information, but his contacts, flexibility and thinking ahead helped us personalize the tour and arrange great activities along the way such as scuba diving and Ayurvedic massages. We fell in love with Sri Lanka on this trip and hope to return soon.

We booked an 11 day tour with BH Lanka through Tour Radar. It was the most incredible experience! We zig-zagged across the country visiting majestic temples, historical cities, and natural wonders. And we were expertly taken care of from start to finish. The hotels were comfortable and they fed us so well with the included meals. The pools and beach sides locations gave us opportunity to relax in the sun after our daily adventuring. But most importantly, our guide Nalin Dissanayak made the trip what it was. From his expert driving dodging the busy traffic to sharing the history, culture and natural beauty of Sri Lanka, Nalin kept us engaged and entertained the whole time. His English was very easy to understand and he helped us communicate with the locals as needed. He made sure we had coffee breaks and secured us so many mangos! And he found us elephants!! We had the additional challenge of traveling just two weeks after the destruction of cyclone Ditwah. Nalin and BH Lanka went over and above to keep our itinerary as close to the original as possible. I'm incredibly impressed and would not hesitate to recommend them both to anyone wishing to visit beautiful Sri Lanka.

This was a dream holiday that BH Lanka helped make true by being so flexible with arranging an itinerary that was slightly different from their set tours. Our wonderful punctual driver Vip (Vipula) met us on our first morning of this private tour for two and spent the next 10 days ensuring that we had a wonderful and safe holiday full of beautiful scenery and fun activities. Vip went out his way to suggest hidden treasures, from stopping for a roadside freshly made King Coconut drink each day, negotiating with vendors and tuk-tuk drivers on our behalf, buying us delicious fruit like Rambutan, Mangosteen and Durian to try, to taking us for a local Toddy to sip in hidden away locations that no tourist would find by themselves. Vip is amicable, knowledgeable and a great conversationalist who taught us a lot about Sri Lanka, its history and cultural highlights, making this an unforgettable experience. Highlights for me were Sigiriya Rock, the zip line at Ella and beautiful Galle, for Rik the highlight was definitely the Toddy drink and the beautiful fruit and seeing the elephants in Yala up so close….too many highlights to list…what a beautiful country.

My partner and I only decided to go to sri lanka within 3 weeks of actually going, and we only had 12 days to show my partner the best of sri lanka (her first time visiting)- so we picked this tour as it sounded perfect. Got in touch with the BH Lanka team, and our travel exec (Praveen) was super friendly and very efficient in organising a jam-packed tour on short notice. We arrived in Sri Lanka, and met up with our guide Udara who was also super friendly and easy going, not to mention the wealth of knowledge he had as well as his passion for anything lankan (plus he was a very entertaining bloke with amazing photography skills). The tour was outstanding!!! We hit all the major hot spots and all the musts you need to do in Sri Lanka, whether it be up on the marvellous mountains or the beautiful beaches! We were put up in quality accomodations and also had the chance to try all the tasty lankan cuisine (the legend Udara would go out of his way to find some quality street food)! My partner and I loved this tour. Thanks to Udara and Praveen and BH Lanka team for organising this awesome trip!!!!

I travelled around Sri Lanka for 11 days on my own since no one else joined on the same dates eventually so got a private tour upgrade. I was also lucky to have Ravi as my driver & guide, he was very kind and funny and was always looking out for my safety and comfort. Something I greatly valued in him as well was his honesty and generosity as he always tried to support the farmers and vilage people during the trip. Overall, the planned itinerary was very good and the quality of the hotels was excellent.

11 day Family Tour of Sri Lanka Incredible experience. We've had the best holiday and felt a bit like royalty throughout. The country and people are wonderful. Our guide was polite, attentive, thoughtful, friendly, adaptable, and nothing was ever too much trouble. He made us feel really welcome and we really felt like we could relax, knowing everything was in hand. We booked the 10 day tour for my girlfriend and myself to travel around Sri Lanka. Ruvin was our dedicated tour guide and it was amazing to have him with us. He would pick us up from the hotel and take us to our activities for the day while explaining the history and explaining local landmarks . Was helpful when helping us navigate around the tipping culture when buying or using a service as this was all new to us. We enjoyed seeing the villages and landscapes more than the museum type activities and in some cases we did ask Ruvin if we could skip some and he was more than accomodating. When we did want to do/see a specific thing Ruvin organised with the local people and made it happen so this I why I would recommend this tour. They know how to talk and manage your day to get the most out of it. When it came to the hotels they were incredible. They were huge places with swimming pools and were great to stay at, Not once did we worry about the security of our belongings. Glad we did the 10 day tour and not the 7 as I feel it would go to fast and miss out on some good sights The food was included as breakfast and dinner and we just filled the gaps in during the day. It was a good spread of either a traditional Sri Lankan breakfast or a buffet of the usual eggs toast etc. Ruvin helped us with money as we never knew how much to withdraw as cash is the main form of payment so he would drive us to the nearest ATM which made it easy. We liked feeding the street dogs and were constantly holding up Ruvin to go and feed them which he never complained about or tried to hurry us up The whole tour I felt was easy as we got picked up from the airport as soon as we landed and driven around and then dropped back off at the end without having to organise any transportation ourselves. Even down to the train ride they made sure we got on and had the right seats before jumping off and driving our bags to meet us at the destination. I would highly recommend this tour and would like to thank Ruvin for going over and above to accomodate what we liked to do

Me and my 12year old daughter had a really nice time on this tour. The guide took us to many nice places in Southern midpart of the country🤩 The guide/driver Nimantha have good aknownledge of Sri Lankan history. Also very service-minded. We stayed at really nice hotels all the way. It wasn’t too rushy on the tour, so we hade time to relax and enjoy the places😊 Thank you for a nice trip! Best regards from Bjorn, Norway

We had a blast, the organised tour is simply amazing and we truly recommend it. The various and well assembled programs gave us a comprehensive picture of the inland's culture, the visited places were spectacular. Our tour guide, Hishantha Bandara took into account our every wishes and arranged everything we asked for. Sri Lanka is a treasure with so many faces and is definitely the perfect destination to travel to.

This was the ultimate tour to learn all about Sri Lanka! My guide was Shehan and he did an excellent job showing me all the important sites in Sri Lanka. He was always on time, friendly, and a very good driver in the challenging roads of this country. The hotels were great. They were mostly small in size and had lots of character. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend this tour. Our driver and Tour Guide Udara was amazing!!! He was so warm, kind attentive and always ensured we were comfortable. The car was impeccably clean every day and Udaras excellent driving and time keeping meant we made the most of every day on the tour. He was very knowledgeable, guided us through Sri Lanka's customs and helped us make the most out of our trip. Each of the accommodations were lovely, all comfortable and clean with nice facilities and great staff. An amazing ride. 12 perfect days in Sri Lanka thanks to the guide Nalin together with Sandu. The BH Lanka agency all great too. The amazing hotels. A spectacular country with a wide variety of options for all types of travelers. For me the best of the trip the experience with turtles and both safaris but highly recommended the whole country.
