Fantastic experience. Sankalpa, our guide, was great. He was very patient with the fact that I needed some alternative options due to injury and was very patient and flexible. Having such a friendly guide meant we got a real insight into Sri Lanka, the people and customs and I couldn’t Tate him more highly!

I had a fantastic experience touring Sri Lanka thanks to my guide, Supun. He was professional, always on time, and truly went above and beyond to make the trip special. Whether we were in Sigiriya, Ella, or Yala, his local knowledge and friendly personality made every day better. He is a safe driver and a wonderful person who genuinely cares about his guests. Highly recommended ASY tours and Supun ad a guide!
Ref: Grand Tour Sri Lanka 14 days 7/03 - 20/03/2026 We are back home but still reflecting on our magical 14 days under the stewardship of our very thoughtful, knowledgeable and spiritual guide, Supun. I was unaware of the incredible history of the ancient city of Anuradhapura where with UNESCO funding the once ruins are undergoing major restoration and is an active worship site for Sri Lankans adding to it’s vibrancy and current significance for locals. We climbed Sigiriya and also nearby Pidurangala Rock and got a few pushes to assist us to reach the top. Different site guides were very kind, patient and of courses enthusiastic to show us their patch. We visited two National Parks, Minneriya and Yala National Park. If one is time pressed the Yala Park is far more organised and wildlife a plenty. Incredibly I saw three leopards, albeit from a distance along with elephants, buffalo and numerous birds. Nuwara Eliya, or "Little England," really is a charming hill station. And it was there we experienced one of the highlights, that was a very yummy lunch at the home of our guide Supun. Understanding how local people live is is exactly what we enjoy most. Supun was available and open to change our itinerary to accommodate us and couldn’t do enough for us. He helped us understand the way in which the Buddhist, Muslim and Hindu communities operate together. All our accommodations were comfortable and some captured the exotic. We’d like to return for another offering from ASY Tours. The price too is reasonable for the extensive experiences we enjoyed.
Part One (Colombo Airport to Nuwara Eliya) - My first five days of the tour was travelling solo with driver / guide Shanaka who made my trip so memorable. Shanaka has very good English and was able to change the itinerary to suit my needs and provide different experiences for me, such as a visit to the Negombo Botanical Gardens, a Sri Lankan cooking class, and a visit to the historic Nuwara Eliya Post Office (still waiting for the post cards to arrive ha ha). He is a wonderful guide and I enjoyed our time together so much. Please ask for him if you plan on an ASY Tour. The itinerary was jam packed with activities, especially liked the hiking (sunrise/sunset). Shanaka talked me into some activities on the itinerary that I wasn't keen on but I ended up having good fun including the tea factory (thanks to his selection of a newer and less crowded tea factory), and the village tour at Sigiriya (I drove a Tuk Tuk). Sigiriya was interesting and might be worth staying an extra night. The BEST experience was bathing an elephant at Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, AMAZING. The hotels were very good quality and the Sri Lankan breakfasts were great, especially if you like it spicy.
As a party of 6 retired people we have recently returned from a fabulous tour of Sri Lanka organised for us by ASY tours . They proved to be a thoroughly professional tour organisation and provided us with a fantastic itinerary including hotels , visits to places of interest, 2 safaris and a truly wonderful guide in Ishi . Thank you from all of us
Absolutely splendid time during our first trip to Sri Lanka. Tour was nicely paced, and driver/tour guide/new friend Max was so kind, caring, informative at all the historical sites. So much to see and experience in this beautiful land.
Our tour guide Max made sure all everything was perfect. Very nice man
We had the most incredible experience with ASY Tours Sri Lanka and genuinely couldn’t recommend them more highly. We booked a private tour, and from the very beginning the team personalised our itinerary to suit exactly what we were looking for. It never felt like a standard, cookie-cutter experience. They listened, adapted, and made sure the trip reflected our interests, pace and priorities, which made such a difference. Our guide, Dineth Rajapaksha, was absolutely outstanding. So thoughtful, professional and genuinely kind. He was always checking in on us without being overbearing, and it was the little things that really stood out, like making sure we always had water in the car, adjusting timings if we were tired, and sharing local insights along the way. We always felt safe, comfortable and incredibly well looked after. The safaris were an absolute highlight for me. Such an unforgettable experience. Everything ran seamlessly and we were able to simply enjoy the moment without worrying about logistics. Overall, we’re so happy with the trip. Sri Lanka is an incredible country, and Dineth, made it seamless, special and completely stress-free. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone considering a private tour.
Every day was, for us, a 'pinch me' moment as this was undoubtedly, the best holiday we have ever experienced! Sri Lanka is beautiful and so diverse. The itinerary was excellent (Discovery 12 day tour) and we were looked after by our guide Ishi: Nothing was too much trouble, he was fun to be around, an excellent driver on roads with the madness of tuk tuks, bikes and windy roads in the mountains and organised all our adventures and activities flawlessly. We experienced so much wildlife, both on safaris and during our road journeys. There was alot of driving on this tour but the activities on route to the next destination made it worthwhile. Hotels were excellent. Memories will last a lifetime from this tour and would highly recommend ASY. We hope to return!
An amazing 12 day journey through Sri Lanka! Well planned itinerary, great guide, comfortable transport, and a fantastic group of people. From culture and wildlife to tea hills and beaches, everything was perfectly balanced. Highly recommended for solo travelers looking to explore Sri Lanka and make new friends along the way.
What a wonderful time on our tour we were on a private tour with our driver guide mr Ishika he was great and very flexible as we did not want to see every thing listed on the itinerary , a special thank you for his encouragement to get up to the top of Sigirya rock fortress as i am a little scared of heights and would have turned back but it turned out to be one of the highlights of our tour thank you Ishika Very easy company to deal with prompt responses to emails .
The whole tour was magnificent, I had a fabulous time exploring new places with another traveler and our wonderful driver/guide Janith. The hotels and activities that were chosen for this tour gave us a real mixture of culture, free time, fun and exploring. The hotels and food were a varied mixture of 3 star to 4 star and were all comfortable places to stay with beautiful food. Janith was an exceptional driver with good English and a very caring nature, he went out of his way for us many times. He had a great insight into the cultural differences of different areas and good knowledge of all the towns, cities and villages we went to. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this tour as well as Janith. Just do it!!!!!
I planned for our family to tour Sri Lanka to show my wife, children and grandchildren where I was born and raised. I couldn't have selected a better operator for the tour. Ishika our guide, his driver and young helper couldn't have been more helpful to everyone and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. Finding the family tea estate was a challenge but with persistence even that was found. I have no reservations recommending Asy Tours to anyone.
Had the trip of a lifetime with Asky Tours, helping us discover the incredible beauty of Sri Lanka with my family. Our guide Ishika S Amunupura, and his team added an extra dimension to our experience that I was not expecting! They all went the extra distance to make sure that we discovered everything that this stunning island has to offer, and looked after every single one of us with care and attention to detail. My father was returning to the island to celebrate his 80th birthday, and Ishika made sure we visited all the places my Dad wanted to see from his childhood (he was born there), no matter how remote or inaccessible! The lengths that they went to were extraordinary. I had never travelled on a tour before (being sceptical of the experience), but this has completely changed my view. We got to see things that I would never have considered. I especially recommend Turtles at Mirissa Beach. If possible, spend as much time as you can at each location, as each has so much to see and discover. My only wish is that the trip was longer, and that I went on the Mangrove Safari tour, although Ishika made sure I got to see Monkeys. I am so grateful to have memories that I will treasure for the rest of my life with my family, and I know where I will be headed as soon as I can save up for another trip. This magical island changed me and he way I view life.❤
We cannot thank ASY Tours enough for delivering our fantastic holiday in Sri Lanka. As a British couple celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary we wanted a special holiday and from initial contact, through the booking process, to the actual tour, Asky and team were superb. We tweaked and added to the 12 day tour to make it 14 nights and personalised the trip to our interests (particularly wildlife) - we included an extra night at Negombo to recover after the long overnight flight from Heathrow, and added a two night trip to the Sinharaja Rainforest instead of going to Galle. Our driver and super friendly guide, Supun, was just brilliant at getting us from place to place on time (& the Sri Lankan way of driving is not for the fainthearted with numerous mopeds and tuk tuks, as well as cows and dogs competing for the road space!!) The tour was action packed including a visit to an elephant rescue centre; walks up Pidurangala Rock (to see the sunset) and Sigiriya Rock and Royal Palace the following morning; two jeep safaris where at Minneriya National Park we were extremely lucky to see a leopard as well as lots of elephants; visits to all the Buddha temples at Kandy and Dumbulla caves; and a particular highlight was the train journey from Nuwara Eliya to Ella with stunning views of all the tea plantations (but if you want the experience of leaning out of windows & doors then don't go first class - get second class tickets - we moved seats to get the experience). The whole holiday was brilliant - the hotels all beautiful and well located for the local sightseeing. We had just one hiccup with one of the hotels but it was sorted out quickly and efficiently by the team. Sri Lanka is a beautiful country full of friendly people. Supun made the holiday extra special, sharing all his knowledge, and he made our actual anniversary so special with such thoughtful surprises and gifts - we can't thank him enough - he feels like a friend now. Highly Recommend ASY Tours for an authentic experience of Sri Lanka that was reasonably priced compared to many other bigger companies.
ASY Tours made our family trip completely stress-free. They arranged hotels that were perfect for children, and the transport was comfortable and clean. Our guide was amazing with the kids and shared stories that kept them engaged during the long drives. We had the perfect balance of relaxation and sightseeing. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for my family.
Traveling with friends can be tricky when it comes to planning, but ASY Tours took away all the stress. They arranged our transport, hotels, and excursions perfectly. The vehicle was spacious and comfortable for our group, and our driver became more like a friend than a guide. We laughed, explored, and made memories that will last a lifetime. We’ll definitely book with them again!
My sister and myself went on this tour. Our guide was Supun Dilshan. We can truly recommend Asy Tours and what a great guide Supun was. We were fortunate that being just the two of us we were in a private airconditioned car with Supun for the duration of the tour. The accommodation was first class with breakfast included everyday and about 6 dinners. The sights were fantastic, what a beautiful country. People so friendly. What a lovely touch that when Supun picked us up he gave us a little basket of goodies then when the trip was over he had, to our surprise taken a few random photos of us and put them in a frame which had the map of Sri Lanka on it plus photo mugs for us. How special. Supun was always so willing to help and gave good commentary. He stopped if we requested to see a site and if we didn't want to go to a particular place, being only the two of us then Supun always obliged, nothing too much trouble for him. The many attractions we went to we thoroughly enjoyed, good choice for us. Amazing how it can be so cool up in the mountains area and then hot coastal but we enjoyed both climates. When we decide to go back to Sri Lanka we will definately look at another ASY Tour. Thank you also to Asky who kept me up to date via email. THOROUGHLY RECOMMEND. Lexie
We had a fantastic time on this 12 day tour. Sri Lanka is a beautiful country with so much to see and do and this round trip gave us a taste of most of the main attractions. It’s a pretty active tour with 3 hikes including sigiria rock climb and little Adam’s peak. There was also safaris, tea plantations, beautiful beaches, wildlife and much more. Sankalpa was our driver and he navigated the chaotic traffic well and we always felt safe. We arrived to all destinations on time. He also made sure he timed our arrivals to avoid busy periods or local traffic to maximise our relaxation time at hotels or time at the destination. The hotels were all very clean and comfortable with super friendly staff and all the meal inclusions were of a good standard with plenty of choices. Most had pools but not all, would have been good to have a pool at negombo to relax after a long flight on day 1 but the hotel was very comfortable with a spa where we got fantastic massages instead. Overall a fantastic trip.
From beginning to end our trip with ASY tours was brilliant, largely due to excellent Supun Dishlan our guide. He went over and above his call of duty, making sure we had all the information and details we needed. We are an older couple very capable but he definitely took extra care of us, nothing was too much trouble. The trip itself was fantastic , what a beautiful country Sri Lanka is . We highly recommend ASY tours , ask for Supun
We enjoyed every moment. After a trip to India we decided to visit Sri Lanka at the last minute. We are fairly independent travelers and require a good deal of flexibility along the way. Our tour guide Sanka went above and beyond to accommodate our whims and fancies with patience and understanding. He was even able to arrange for medical care ( a hospital visit, doctor, labs, and prescriptions) without a hiccup in our plans. Not only was he informative, patient, and responsible. He was a great travel companion and we feel we have a new friend. You can't put a price on that. Sri Lanka couldn't have a better ambassador. A Beautiful country, people, presented by a wonderful tour.
Great well planned tour. Asky who arranged our tour was very informed and kept us informed of all of our options. Our tour guide was Sanka he was just wonderful. Very informative, and understanding. He has great local knowledge and took us to some fantastic food stops. He was very friendly and helped us with local currencies and rituals. I would recommend the company and more specifically Sanka . We have wonderful memories of our trip
Spent nearly 2 weeks in Sri Lanka on a tour organised by ASY Tours. The tour covered a great cross section of Sri Lanka from the coast, up to the highlands then back to the coast. Our tour guide (Ishika) was terrific and ensured that we were very well looked after. The choice of accommodation was very good. Would highly recommend this company.
A well-organised tour that had a great combination of cultural and physical activities. The safari to Minneriya National Park and Yala National Park were scenic and very different. At Minneriya we were fortunate to see elephants at close range. Climbing Pidurangala and Sigiriya Rocks raised the heart rate however the views were stunning. Sigiriya Rock with its ancient ruins and paintings is amazing and awe inspiring. The beaches of Tangalle, Mirissa and Weligama are beautiful and relaxing. Our accommodation, breakfasts and dinners were top notch. Our tour guide Ishika Amunupura was helpful and always aimed to provide a good experience for our group. Would thoroughly recommend ASY Tours and Asky for planning a trip that covered a wide range of sights and activities. Our trip went smoothly without any problems.
We did the small group tour (Discover Sri Lanka Beauty) through ASY Tours. When I was organising the tour with Asky, his communication was excellent with fast and helpful information about the tour. I felt very confident to deal with this company. Our driver/guide was Ishika, who looked after us extremely well, giving many helpful tips and information. All our accommodation/meals were of a very high standard. Be prepared for some chaotic times on the roads which were very busy especially in the larger cities. We had a fabulous time and thoroughly recommend this tour from ASY tours. Sri Lanka is a great country to visit.
Asy Tours was organised from start to finish and responded quickly to our many enquiries both promptly and thoroughly. We added a day prior and at the end of the tour which Asky organised for us. Ishika, our guide, looked out for us like family by giving great recommendations and adjusting our itinerary to suit weather, road conditions and our feedback. The accommodation selection was excellent and well positioned. We loved our trip and would recommend Asy Tours.
We chose to have a small group tour in Sri Lanka, for more comfort and flexibility. ASY small group tour was actually a great choice. The welcome at our arrival at the Colombo airport was so warm and exciting. The highlights of the tour were the itineraries and accommodations... the design of the itineraries was great. Covered most of the "must see" parts of Sri Lanka.. The accommodations in this tour were rather satisfying.. the hotel named Morning Dew at Ella in particular, was our most favorite. Others also, no complaints at all.. As said, as the size of the tour group is rather smaller, so we could asked the tour guide Ushan "adjusting" the itineraries a bit, based on the group members' overall age and interest.. we really appreciated that! Eventually every body was happy. The final day, Ushan gave us a big surprise. The company gave us a framed photo as well as two special printed cups, with full of our pictures being taken in Sri Lanka in the 11 days... That was a really touching moment... Oh forgot mentioning the food. All breakfasts were included in the tour. More than likely buffet breakie, all with good quality. Also some dinners were included, no complaints at all. In general, the Sri Lankan people we have met were very nice and friendly.. Some young people, even school kids on the street would like to come to you and have a chat... they are just so cute! The only thing we could think of not be "up there" was the Yala National Park Animal Safari... The cost is nearly 90USD p.p. however the experience was not to our expectation. Too many customers and jeeps, limited animals... value wise, was not much.. Well ASY tour company couldn't do much about it I suppose. It's up to the Sri Lanka government, if they charge this amount of money, the experiences and services gotta to be better than the present... Overall, we've had some great time in Sri Lanka!
We booked our tour directly with ASY in Sri Lanka. Asky was very responsive via WhatsApp. He answered my questions promptly and gave advice regarding payment transfer information, which was very reassuring. We received all the information required. Ushan was our fantastic tour guide. We were extremely lucky to be on a virtually private tour with only 4 in our group, who connected immediately and got on brilliantly throughout our holiday. Ushan is a very competent driver, he drove us in his impeccable black Toyota Hiace, he is very proud of his vehicle which he kept nice and clean. It has a great aircon and he also provided us with bottled water continuously. Ushan coordinated our tour seamlessly, he is very organised and has vast local knowledgable of his beautiful country. He spoke English well enough for us to always understand him and made sure we knew what was happening at all times. Ushan learns from the tourists he is looking after and tailors the tour to their preferences whilst including everything and much more to make it feel like a wonderful personal experience. Ushan communicates anything important via WhatsApp for confirmation if necessary. He also sent us lots of memorable photos that he took of us all along the way. Ushan was always happy, polite and respectful, we also had quite a few laughs and feel like he is a good friend, we learnt about his own life and family and wish him well for his future. Even though he is a good 30 years younger than us, he always looked after and cared for us, assessed our fitness levels and knows to stop at the best toilets! Thanks Ushan and ASY
An excellent tour of the SW 'quarter' of Sri Lanka taking in so many sights and cultural experiences in such a short amount of time: from smelly fish markets, to tea plantations in the hills; fabulous train ride, wildlife spotting andxrelaxing beaches. Accommodation and food far exceeded my expectations for the price paid and Ishkia made the itinerary to be flexible to suit our small group of eight. The driver was exceptional too, always magically appeared on time to take us to the next location. I have been an independent traveller for the last 30 years but this was my first 'tour' due to time constraints and was very impressed with the itinerary - would definitely recommend and consider other similat tours with ASY.
We highly recommend Asy Tours. Right from the beginning Asky was amazing to deal with and answered my millions of questions promptly and clearly. He helped us by making adjustments to the tour to suit our needs and also checking in with us whilst we were travelling. We couldn't be happier with the end result. Our tour guide Supun was AMAZING! Always with a smile on his face and always happy to accommodate anything we needed (although we couldn't talk him into doing the zip line at Adams Peak with us 🤣). The hotels we stayed at were absolutely beautiful and having meals included on our tour made things so much easier after the busy days we were having. We climbed Sigirya Rock for Christmas morning sunrise and it was so special - in fact the whole town was just gorgeous and one of our favourite places. All the activities on the tour were fabulous, we added in the Minneriya Safari which I think is not to be missed! We have a million amazing photos and a million amazing memories of a country (and a tour) that should be on everyones agenda to do.
Our "Discover Sri Lanka Beauty Tour" with ASY Tours was unforgettable! From the stunning Sigiriya Rock to the lush tea plantations of Nuwara Eliya and an exciting wildlife safari, every moment was incredible. The itinerary was well-planned, the accommodations were great, and our guide ensured a smooth and enjoyable journey. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to explore Sri Lanka’s beauty!
ASY tours is a great tour operator. They answered all my questions before the tour and checked in with me on tour. I thought the itinerary was great- it was fast paced so you should be prepared for that. But it was a great mix of activities and sites with some down time. You got to see a lot of the country in only 12 days! The hotels were all excellent and I loved all of them. The breakfasts and dinners at the hotels were amazing and we were offered several courses. Ushan who was our guide/driver was such a kind person. He would go above and beyond to all of us- whether it was making sure we had enough water or running back to the van to get umbrellas for us. He really wanted us to have a great tour and made sure we were always comfortable. He was an amazing driver too! I can’t believe all the maneuvering that he had to do on the roads. He had to deal with traffic, cows on the road, downpours, muddy one lane roads and handled it like a professional. I was very impressed with his driving and felt very safe. I highly recommend this tour and tour company for your trip to Sri Lanka. You won’t regret it!
From the moment our guide Ushan met us at the airport with the pretty shell necklaces and his big smile, he made us feel so welcome in this beautiful country. He is a very good driver and we always felt safe with him. We so appreciated his kind and thoughtful manner, always checking with us that we were okay. It was so great how he took care of one of us when we felt sick and rearranged the safari for the following day so we didn’t miss out. He went out of his way to ensure we saw everything that was promised and yet was flexible to change the plans when needed. Ushan clearly loves what he does and that showed with his willingness and enthusiasm to give us the best travel experience possible. We loved having him as our guide around Sri Lanka. ASY Tours were really professional and planned a terrific itinerary. There was great variety and a good pace. They responded promptly whenever we had a query. I highly recommend the company and Ushan as a guide. The t
The perfect itinerary for getting a taste of what sri Lanka has to offer. Sigiriya, tea fields, safaris, beach, scenic train, temples, hikes with amazing views and much more. Excellent quality of accommodation each night. Our Guide Janith did an amazing job. Some days had rain but he kept the days flexible so we could still do everything in our itinerary, working around the weather and what we wanted to do. We are thankful for a wonderful tour in Sri Lanka and highly recommend this trip. During the planning process Asky from ASY was great to communicate with and always got back to me in 24hrs of any questions I had. THANK YOU
This was my first solo trip and I can't recommend it enough. The full itinerary was covered despite some rain in the north. My travel companions were similar-minded ladies & we all got on amazing. The hotels were all of a high standard, clean & comfortable. But most of all our tour Guide Sanjaka made it the most memorable & enjoyable two weeks of my life! I felt so safe as a solo female. I would recommend the tour to anybody.
The ASY guide was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and extremely kind. He went out of his way to ensure we a great experience, every step of the way. We loved being in Sri Lanka and hope to return to this amazing place someday.
A well organised tour covering all the things that are in the itinary. Good accommodation provided with a very experienced and safe driver. Traffic can be chaotic in Sri Lanka.l would definitely return . Group size was perfect.
The adventure started in Negomo meeting the other 3 people on my tour. Our driver Ushan made every day an adventure. Travelling through the mountain area was the best for me as the scenery was spectacular. Our hotels were a good mix, some with pools and some without. I totally enjoyed my trip and would tell people to give AZY Tours a go.
Our guide Supun met us at arrival with a shell lei. He was always attentive to our having a wonderful adventure, but I have to say that his limited English left many questions unanswered. We had a great itenarary and saw breathtaking landscapes. The elephants while on safari at the Minneriya National Park was our favorite as well as Dumbulla Caves, the train ride Nuwara Eliya to Ella and Galle Fort. Asky kept in touch often to make sure this trip was meeting our expectations. He and Supun even presented me with a special cake to honor my over 100 countries I have visited. Plus gifts of a coffee mug and photograph frame both with photos of this trip. Thank you Asky and Supun, I highly recommend you for travel throughout your beautiful country.
We had a wonderful time. The tour was very varied with a comfortable van, not too much during each day, lots of great experiences and plenty of sightseeing. Our guide/driver Ushan was the best. He was considerate, caring, well organized and a great photographer! We felt very safe and protected with him. If you want a 12 day tour in Sri Lanka I would highly recommend this one.
Absolutely amazing trip!!! Perfect trip so well planned from beginning to end. Supun our guide was very professional and very punctual. All activities are outstanding. Really recommend this trip!!
We have just returned from an incredible trip in Sri Lanka booked through ASY Tours. Asky, tour operator, was very helpful and responsive when booking. He checked in with us during our trip to ensure everything was going to plan. It went seamlessly; a perfectly paced and balanced itinerary allowing us to experience Sri Lankan culture, wildlife and see some of this beautiful country. All of the hotels were great and the food was delicious. Our guide, Arkam, was very professional, friendly and ensured we had the best holiday. I would highly recommend ASY tours and would not hesitate to book with them again.
Amazing trip. We really loved Sankaka as our guide, such a kind, thoughtful, caring person. He really went above and beyond for us, very flexible, professional. He was the perfect guide/driver we could hope for. A big thank you to him for taking care of us and of our 3 girls - he was really amazing with the kids also. Our itinerary was really great and we appreciated the rhythm. Great hotels and van. Thank you for everything !
I had an amazing experience with ASY Tours Sri Lanka! Asky, the tour operator, made everything so easy and seamless from the booking process to the end of our trip. Our guide, Sanjaka, was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about Sri Lanka's history and culture. He took us to some hidden gems that we would have never found on our own. The highlight of our trip was definitely the visit to the tea plantations in Nuwara Eliya. Sanjaka’s storytelling made the whole journey fascinating. Highly recommend ASY Tours for anyone looking to explore the beauty of Sri Lanka!
My friend and I loved our 12 day tour of Sri Lanka. Our guide Sanjayka was dynamic, energetic and passionate about showing us everything about his country. The itinerary was packed with amazing options and we chose to do a lot of hiking and sightseeing, and were able to add or remove things to the itinerary as we went. The vehicle was very clean and comfortable and we were constantly amazed by the gorgeous views. Our experience surpassed our expectations, and we would definitely recommend this tour company. It was so nice to have everything taken care of for us! Just make sure you’re clear on what’s included as we didn’t realize that the itinerary wasn’t a list of everything included, we still had to pay for everything on the list, but it was worth it as we didn’t have time to plan the trip ourselves. I recommend adding the Minneriya safari option as we absolutely loved both that one as well as the Yala safari. Thanks Sanjayka for being an amazing tour guide and ASY tours for the trip!
We had the most fantastic tour of Sri Lanka. Asy Tours arranged everything. We were kindly met at the airport by Ranni and had a wonderful two weeks on a private tour with him. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide. He was kind, helpful, had a great sense of humour and made our trip so special . Our two children 16 and 14 loved the whole trip which was quite an accomplishment in this day and age…keeping them off their phones. !! He was a wealth of information. We went to some beautiful places , saw amazing temples , had cultural experiences from driving the bullock train and getting a Sri Lankan cooking class to spotting elephants and leopards in Yala. The hotels we stayed in (we went for the four-star package ) were all excellent. We stayed in some amazing places. The Sigiriya hotel was beautiful and the staff are wonderful, we got upgraded in Kandy to the presidential suite and I’ve never been in such an enormous hotel suite in all my life. The Palmstone retreat ( Kithilgula) was truly beautiful. The rooms are set on the river overlooking the rapids and the staff were so so wonderful to us and kind. The food was beautiful. We all enjoyed the white water rafting adventure. We took the train to Ella. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Ranni, arranging the tours, checking that we were all enjoying ourselves , all at the same time relaxed and great company . Asy tours were amazing, they arranged all the hotels the entrance to the Parks we were interested in and all the breakfasts and dinners. Food was fantastic. At the very end of our trip Ranni presented us with thoughtful mementoes from Asy Tours and saw us off safely at the airport . What an unforgettable experience!
My June trip to Sri Lanka with ASY Tours was fantastic! Sanjaka, our guide, was friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist. The tour arrangements by Asky were top-notch, ensuring we had a hassle-free experience. The hotels selected were outstanding, providing a perfect blend of comfort and local charm. The itinerary was well-balanced, covering major attractions and hidden gems alike. Every detail was taken care of, making it a truly memorable vacation. I can’t wait to travel with ASY Tours again!
I had an unforgettable experience traveling with ASY Tours in June. Sanjaka, our guide, was fantastic, providing insightful commentary and ensuring we had a great time. ASKY's organization of the tour was flawless, covering all the must-see spots in Sri Lanka. I can’t wait to book with them again!
