Perfect from start to finish with multiple transfers. Drivers on time each time. Used to get from Airport to Colombo and from Colombo to Tangelle.

From start to finish it was seamless experience dealing with Lakpura and their staff members, especially Ms Rupuni Hansika who coordinated my car service from the Airport to the Hilton in Colombo. After a long day of travel from Sydney, Australia it was wonderful to have someone assist us near midnight with easy collection. The airport was very chaotic and they made it easy to meet and take us to the hotel. Thanks to the amazing driver and I recommend this to anyone flying into Sri Lanka.

Upon arrival, our driver was already waiting, the car was spotless, and the ride was smooth and friendly. Due to Raveesha’s outstanding customer service, we decided to book the Colombo City tour with them as well. Everything was seamless. We were traveling from the airport to the city center of Colombo and also booked a transfer from Colombo to tangalle and the service was amazing. The driver already waited for us both times, the cars were very clean and climatized and the drivers were so kind and English speaking. We had a full service experience with our agent Mewan Madhuranga who were available for us at all times and helped us with any question. For example: we needed a baby seat for our little infant traveling with us and he picked up a store for us and called there to make sure that they have the right babyseat. Thanks to him we felt very welcomed in Sri Lanka and always safe with traveling around despite the challenging situation with the fuel and everything.

I booked my airport transfer with Jayride and their local partner executed it smoothly. Transfer was to The Kingsbury, Colombo.

No one met us and as promised & no one answered the provided phone numbers. When we went to the Ayubowan Tour desk as instructed, the nice gentleman knew nothing about our reservation or what to do with out prepaid voucher. He kindly arranged for a taxi without charge and took a photo of the voucher in hopes that he would somehow get paid. We still had to pay 250 Rs for the toll road. There is no need to book in advance. There are tons of providers at the airport.

transfer went well, had a name card upon arrival. We transitioned to the car for drop off at the hotel in Colombo. I would recommend, safe and easy and very affordable.

<p>My driver stayed with me , very helpful over several hours as we discovered we had been given a wrong hotel address in Colombo<br/> by the tour company that I was joining. My transfer driver drove me an hour back towards the airport to where the hotel was actually located. He felt like a caring friend when I needed one ! So reassuring.</p>

<p>My friendly driver was waiting when I came out of the arrivals hall. He knew exactly the location of the hotel and we went straight there, which I really appreciated as I had a late night arrival. The car was clean and there was no stale smoke odor. </p> <p>I would welcome a transfer with this careful driver again if the opportunity presented itself.</p>
