The agency was also respectful of our choices. We picked one of the hotels ourselves, and they left that decision to us. The hotel did not turn out as well as we hoped, and I would have appreciated a heads-up from them beforehand. That is the only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5. I had an amazing 7-day tour in Sri Lanka with a customized package, and I’m very happy with the service I received.
My tour operator, Ms. Sachi was absolutely amazing. I booked my trip at the last minute, but she did a great job customizing my tour and adjusting the itinerary according to my time and preferences. She was always helpful and made sure everything went smoothly throughout the trip. And I was also lucky to have a great driver, Mr. Sandu. He was very helpful, friendly, and made the journey comfortable and enjoyable.
I especially loved the hill country of Sri Lanka, mainly because of the beautiful scenery and cool climate. The beaches were also very beautiful and relaxing.
I had a little trouble with my visa at the beginning because I accidentally applied through a scam app with some missing details. Thankfully, the tour company helped me sort everything out and assisted me with getting the visa completely free of charge. I really appreciated their support during that stressful situation.
