This has been one of our best hotel stays in the country without a doubt, the views and room standards aside, which are exceptional in itself, the hospitality is impeccable, to say the least, Gihan went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, and wired without expecting anything in return, we stayed here for 4 days and we loved it so much that we didn't feel like leaving after our stay. Would definitely recommend, also Chef Dickson's food was amazing as well, especially the Sri Lankan spread and the sea view rooms are to die for. So good.

I had secretly planned to surprise my wife birthday by cutting a birthday cake during our stay, and the Pledge Scape team went above and beyond to help me make it special. They arranged a delicious cake completely free of charge, and everything was perfectly organized without my wife knowing. 🎂✨
The food was absolutely delicious, the service was excellent, and the entire staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. Special thanks to the staff member who even took some really nice photos of us without us having to ask. 📸❤️
Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Everything was well organized from start to finish, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay.

It was a wonderful stay. Rooms have a broad Seaview of the beautiful Indian ocean. Food was amazing. Staff goes extra mile to ensure guests' comfort. We stayed here twice and were never disappointed. Special thanks to Mihirani at the Reception for looking after us well during our stay. ❤
Pledge Scape was the perfect way to end our Sri Lanka trip. We were given the corner room on the fifth floor, and the privacy, panoramic ocean views, and peaceful atmosphere were simply breathtaking. Watching the waves from the room was incredibly relaxing, and we truly enjoyed the calm and serene surroundings.
The room was spacious, clean, and fit perfectly with the hotel's beautiful nautical theme. We booked the half-board option, and both the breakfast buffet and set-course dinner were enjoyable. The complimentary airport transfer was another thoughtful touch that we really appreciated, and every staff member we interacted with was courteous and welcoming.
There are a few areas for improvement. The room only comes with one key card, so the power shuts off whenever you leave, meaning the AC and refrigerator stop working. The room takes a while to cool down after returning, and our refrigerator also had issues initially. The shower did not have hot water, although thankfully the bathtub did. The hotel could also consider offering sealed bottled drinking water instead of only refillable bottles. The elevator is quite small and gets very warm, and some common areas can feel humid.
Despite these minor issues, the incredible views, peaceful location, excellent food, and relaxing atmosphere made this one of our favorite stays in Sri Lanka.
I recently visited Pledge Scape in Negombo and had a very pleasant experience overall.
The reception staff welcomed us warmly, and from the moment I stepped inside, I felt a unique submarine-themed vibe. The interior design, furniture, and décor are beautifully matched to the theme, making the place very attractive and memorable.
The location is calm, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing with friends. There is a comfortable lobby area in front of the pool, as well as both air-conditioned indoor seating and an outdoor dining area, giving guests plenty of options.
For food and drinks, I ordered the Seafood Pizza and a Pineapple Piña Colada cocktail. The cocktail was excellent and very refreshing. However, the pizza was a bit disappointing as it was not soft, and the base was quite thick, which affected the taste and overall enjoyment.
The customer service was very friendly, attentive, and prompt throughout our visit.
Overall, Pledge Scape is a great place to chill out with friends, enjoy the atmosphere, and experience a unique dining environment. I would definitely recommend it for the ambiance and service.
