I had an amazing stay at Jetwing Sea, Negombo. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making the entire stay very enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing, with a great variety of food and plenty of options to choose from. What really stood out for me, though, was the exceptional service. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help, always serving with a genuine smile. I especially appreciated the little extra touches helping with our luggage and even coming to the room to check if we needed anything such as water, tea, or coffee. These small gestures really made me feel valued as a guest. The staff are truly one of the biggest highlights of this hotel. The only small thing I would mention is that the pool looked a little dirty during my stay and could use some extra attention. Other than that, everything was amazing. From the cleanliness of the room to the food and especially the wonderful staff, I had a fantastic experience at Jetwing Sea. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!

Lovely place in Negombo for a stay. Location is fantastic. Service is excellent. Special mention and a thank you to Mr. Anton and Ms Aaditya from the front desk for the excellent service and hospitality. The breakfast spread and the beach front room on the ground floor floor is the highlight of the property. Enjoyed our stay at Jetwings Sea. Thank you. We hope to come back again.

I had a great stay overall. The location was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, with a clean bathroom and a very comfortable large bed. I especially loved that my room had an ocean view, which made the experience even better. The room also came with good amenities including A/C, a reliable Wi-Fi connection, a TV with some good channels, and even a French press coffee maker, which was a nice touch. The pool was enjoyable and I had a great time relaxing there. One of the best parts was that the beach is literally right in the backyard, making it super convenient and beautiful. Areas for improvement: the food was good overall, but the menu could perhaps be expanded or improved with more variety. The check-in process also took a bit of time, so making it faster and smoother would enhance the overall guest experience. Apart from that, I had a really enjoyable stay. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely love to come back again someday soon.
