⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An outstanding stay at Beresheet by Isrotel in Mitzpe Ramon. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism. Every member of the team made us feel valued, and the level of service throughout our stay was truly exceptional. A very special thank you to Shirley from the Guest Relations team. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Her kindness, attention to detail, and sincere hospitality made our stay even more memorable. She is a true asset to the hotel. The hotel itself is stunning. It is beautifully maintained, incredibly peaceful, and offers breathtaking views of the Ramon Crater. The rooms, facilities, and public areas are immaculate, creating a luxurious yet relaxing atmosphere. If there is one small area for improvement, it would be the dinner buffet, which did not quite match the outstanding standard of the rest of the hotel. Fortunately, this was only a minor detail and certainly did not affect the overall experience. Overall, Beresheet is an exceptional property with an amazing team that genuinely cares about its guests. A heartfelt thank you to everyone, especially Shirley, for making our stay so enjoyable. We are already looking forward to coming back.

Beresheet’s most striking feature is its position on the edge of the Ramon Crater in the Negev Desert. The stone architecture feels integrated into the surrounding landscape, creating a polished retreat without diminishing the scale or stillness of the setting. As a stop while traveling south from Tel Aviv toward Timna Park and southern Israel, it felt remote and well placed. We stayed in a second-floor crater-view room and enjoyed the perspective it gave us across the desert. At one point, what appeared to be an ibex wandered within roughly 20 feet of our room. Seeing an animal that close against the stark desert landscape made the setting feel even more unusual. It was not pool season during our visit, so we did not experience the celebrated pool, but the property itself felt exceptionally fresh, peaceful, and well-maintained. Our short stay included dinner at the hotel, followed by an enormous breakfast buffet the next morning before we continued farther south. The breakfast was especially memorable, making the visit feel complete. Beresheet appeared to be the finest place to stay in the area, and I would strongly recommend it to anyone building a desert stop into a trip through Israel.
It was our second visit to the hotel after a wonderful vacation some years ago ago. Everything was ok this time, but nothing was really great. Some of the issues were not the hotel's fault. The weather was the worst imaginable for this time of year. However, the rooms were extremely expensive, featuring a private pool, which was not heated and was unusable. The room was far from the main building, and the floor was slippery due to the rain, which made the walk uncomfortable. The hotel offered free cart service that drives guests around, but they're open on the sides, making the drive in the cold weather uncomfortable as well. The food was also disappointing. The steaks we had one evening were overcooked and salted too heavily. The steamed dumplings were actually fried. Again, it wasn't bad, just not worth the exorbitant price. We saw families that seemed to enjoy, but as a romantic gateway, a 4-star review is generous. It's a good hotel, but I think it's our last visit.
We were a group traveling in the area of מצפה רימון when we suddenly started having car trouble out of nowhere came a guy his name was labil one of your staff members and helped us it took a while he was kind patient and super helpful you guys are lucky to have him we were amazed by the staff of מלון ברשת in מצפה רימון if you have him as a staff member you should be proud with your staff
The architecture and the view is incredible, other then that the hotel is mediocre and in some parts even worse. The maintenance of the rooms need more attention, some thing just not working properly. The worst experience of m6 stay was the sauna. Personally I think that the spa in general and the sauna in particular are one of the most important part in a luxurious hotel. The sauna is shameful. It's like who ever was in charge of it just chose the cheapest one he could find just to mark "check, we have a sauna". The hotel has about a 100 rooms and the sauna can barely fit 5 persons. The door can swing inside and outside and can't be closed properly, everytime someone get in or out, so much cold wind is getting in. This hotel should be one of israel finest, if this is israel finest....
