Transportation

Our driver Devon was waiting for us when we exited the airport. The SUV was beyond our expectations and fit our group of four (with luggage) very comfortably. It was a terrific start to our vacation. The return trip to the airport was just as positive. Our driver was Trevor and he was actually early for the pick up. He got us to the airport in another clean and well kept SUV. I would highly recommend Platinum Limo and will definite use them when we return to the Bahamas! This is a top-notch company! Pleasant drivers AND reliable!

Our driver waited for us as it took a long time going though customs. The vehicle was clean and a friendly driver. Would highly recommend especially since we had 5 adults and 5 suitcases. Plenty of room

Trevor was amazing! He arrived to pick us up at the designated time and place, took us to our destination in Nassau and then was kind enough to wish the dark cloud away that was over the resort that we were going to spend our afternoon! He came back to pick us up at our agreed upon time and we honestly could not have asked for anything more. He was very friendly and engaged in small talk with our group for our 20-ish minute ride each way. I would definitely recommend this transportation service and Trevor!

Drivers (Dinero and Trevor) were on time and friendly. SUV was in excellent condition.

Dinero was great! We highly recommend. Booked with this company for a girls trip and felt very safe!

The driver was very friendly and polite. It was very easy to communicate with him through the app to let him know our flight was delayed.

Quick pickup at the airport and pleasant ride to our resort!

We were met at the door by a representative holding a sign with our name. He helped us with our luggage and took us to our vehicle. The car was clean and our driver Artha was delightful. We highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

They were awesome. We used them to and from the airport in Nassau. Good fortune to have Trevor as our driver both ways. They are responsive and on top of their business.

Great service! Professional, waited for us to get through a long line at immigration. Great car. Would book again! Thanks!

Liam and Holly were exceptional guides. We recommend this ghost tour as anyone visiting Charleston from out of town.

The service was excellent! He was waiting for us and shared great information about the beautiful island.

The experience was wonderful and They met us right as we got out of the door. The gentleman was wonderful

Trevor was excellent! Very friendly, courteous, and prompt. Will definitely use this service again!!

Great, reliable transportation! Was nice to have our roundtrip transportation booked and taken care of in advance!

Trevor was very professional, communicated well and was at the arrival area when we arrived. Our flight was delayed and it was not an issue.

Fast, easy, and professional. They transported my family to and from the Baha Mar seamlessly for our vacation. Will definitely use again!

Easy to find our driver! Very friendly service and super clean car. Our driver gave us great travel tips, too!

The driver named Donni, picked us up on time, was very professional, very friendly, chatted with my wife and I the whole ride. Would definitely recommend this company and if you are lucky enough to get Donni, makes it even better!

Ron was awesome he patiently waited for us even though our flight was delayed. Very professional and courteous.

It was a great experience! The drivers were really nice & helpful. I would definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

Trevor was a great, welcoming driver. Great suggestions for exploring Nassau! We had Trevor for the airport to hotel ride. He was very friendly and personable!

Traveled to and from the resort with Viator and both experiences were great. Very friendly drivers and nice clean vehicles. Donni brought us back to the airport and she answered all of the questions we had about the Bahamas and gave us some suggestions for when we return in the future.

Great overall experience. Responsive, friendly and professional. Offered suggestions for island highlights.

Excellent service and our driver was terrific. She shared some interesting facts about the island and we very much enjoyed our trip.

The driver was very professional and timely. Our communication with him and the company was easy. We were kept reminded to the transport which was helpful.

Excellent service!! Both Trevor and Donald were friendly, professional, and on-time! Highly recommend them.

Wonderful experience. The two men who drove me to and from the airport were friendly, professional, and informative. I highly recommend and will book again when I come back to the Bahamas!

Trevor was our driver for round-trip transportation between the airport and the Atlantis resort. He was punctual and friendly. His car was spotless, and there was plenty of bottled water available. He offered to take us to a grocery store on the way to the hotel, but we ultimately decided against it as we weren't sure if our room would be ready upon our arrival (we had an early flight). I felt very safe in Trevor's car and would absolutely book transportation with him again!

Trevor did a great job for me and my family. Reliable, timely and personable. Would use again. Typing something to fill min.

Never again!!! This was horrid.. Driver apparently was at airport however when we came through the was in the restroom. I asked many other drivers if they knew where my driver was.. they answered he always comes late.. I continued to wait. I sparatically walked over to all drivers looking for Name. No success. I then saw a driver appear I isn't see. I asked who he was.. he has no sign .. standing there.. it was my driver.. when he picked up to bring us back to airport. Picked up in a minivan. There was 7 of us with luggage.. I would never use again!

Flexible. Made a stop at grocery. Polite. A hotel rep took great care of us until he got there. Clean car.

I don’t often write reviews, however Trevor and his wife did an excellent job taking us to and from the airport. I would highly recommend Platinum Limo to anyone traveling to Nassau or Paradise Island.

My daughter had to travel a lone after missing a connecting flight. The driver was very understanding about my stress back home. After he dropped my daughter at hotel he called me to say she was at her destination safely. I really appreciate the considerate service..

Great way to get to your hotel! We plan on using them to explore more of the Bahamas. Would highly recommend. Very friendly!! AAAAAAA+++++++++

Very professional and nice. Great at planning ahead and they know the city well. We were never late to anything even when the traffic was insane.

It’s always a pleasure visiting the Nassau, Bahamas, and to have Trevor handle my transportation once I get there makes getting around the island an even more enjoyable experience. He has great tips on the best spots to eat and visit to get more immersed in the culture.

My driver Trevor was amazing. He was on time, he met me at the door, the vehicle was clean and gave a luxury feeling, he drove me pass some local gems here on the island before taking me to my hotel, and he was extremely courteous and well dressed. Highly recommend.

Trevor kindly stopped at the grocery and liquor outlet for us before we checked in. Saved us time and money.

Trevor was Awesome! He was waiting at the airport for me and my cousin. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the island.

The driver was waiting for us when we landed in Nassau. The car was clean and cool. He was very friendly. Highly recommend.

Was on time, and very nice and friendly. He is also a safe and courteous driver. A++++, van waa clean and comfortable. When I come back I will definitely book with him again

Trevor was great, friendly, helpful and more than on time. We were earlier than I had requested, having cleared customs much faster than I thought we would and Trevor was there waiting for us outside the terminal. Trevor gave us a ride to and from the airport and we used his service (he made sure another driver was there for us) for a ride to one of our tours. The prices are extremely fair and the vehicles were clean, very comfortable and well maintained. I would highly recommend this service.

Wonderful experience. Trevor was on time and most courteous on both trips to and from our destination. Would recommend this service to anyone! Thank you again Trevor.

Our driver was courteous and patient. He was polite and timely. His level.of professionalism is greatly appreciated.
