This was a first encounter with real life pigs and to travel on a boat to another island was a first for me as well. The tour was great and the staff was amazing along with the amazing lunch. J&s transportation was a just as amazing driver picked up on time very friendly and boy did he make us carry our own kee on our ride back to our hotel. Great way to end an amazing adventure.

What a good day. Enjoyed the pigs and had so much fun.
It was worth it, I was skeptical at first but it was a good experience. Booked through Royal Carribean. Waters not gross and plenty of pigs to go around
We had a blast !! From the picked up , going to the island and swimming with the pigs was amazing!! The pig’s guys were hilarious and shows so safeting tips ! The pigs don’t bother you a lot but they know you are carrying food lol food was good and they had amazing music !! I will definitely go back
We had a great time and we love the package touring and had great memories to cruising in the sand island and feed the pigs and seen the big turtles and we love to come back again and the costs it worthier and won’t regret so much love the place and beautiful everything, the people too and clean and great to recommend for people love to travel thank so much.
We were picked up from our hotel and transported to a house type of a place where there was no air conditioner or fresh and had to wait in the heat for more then 30 mins. Excursion was good and as described but transportation at the end HORRIBLE. THE PERSON IN CHARGE HAD NO CLUE WHERE WE WERE PICKED UP. WE NEVER REACHED TO OUR ORIGINAL PICK UP PLACE (our hotel). In the heat we were dropped off in a random place had no idea where we were in a different country. Had to ask and walk long way in the heat to find some kind of transportation to reach our hotel. VERY UNHAPPY WHEN WE PAID FOR THIS EXCURSION SPECIFICALLY TO HAVE SAFE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM OUR HOTEL.
I scheduled this excursion on my birthday (July 4th). From start to end I had a fabulous time. From pick up to drop off. Gabriel (my driver) was the consummate professional. He made sure the delicious drinks flowed on my ride to and from the boat. The staff on the boat were fun and courteous. The staff on the beach were really nice. Feeding the pigs really put a smile on my face. They were so cute. The staff ensured that everything was clean. I appreciated the birthday serenade and the lovely video they made for me. The lunch was the best thing ive had since landing. On our way back we were given an additional tour and we got to see some sea turtles. Seeing Gilligans Island was dope. I would absolutely book again!!! Cheers to a great and organized team.
It was the best experience! The boat ride to the island was fun and wasnt very bumpy. People are very nice in the island. They have all kind of activities and the best part was the pigs! Feeding the pigs little treats and having them swim a round you was amazing! I recommend doing this on your next vacation here!
Swimming with the pigs was a great experience would recommend it to anyone
Fun time, first time. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Explained what to expect and how to behave to stay safe. Definitely would check it out if you are in the area.
Although a good friend recommended "Swimming with Pigs," I remained a bit skeptical. After all, the main attraction is swimming with a bunch of crazy pigs! However, the excursion exceeded all possible expectations. The primary operator (Kel) was fantastic: He is welcoming, hilarious, kind... and a simple joy to be around. The pigs were a blast to feed, pet and engage with philosophical questions; they're more like pets than your regular domestic pigs, though their communication skills are rather limited. After all, they're pigs! In the greater paradigm, the pigs know the deal: They want the food we're offering them and they seem to like all of the attention. And for those seeking a sense of aesthetic wonderment, the pigs come in a variety of colors, shapes and sizes. But to be clear, it was the overall atmospherics that made the excursion the picture of perfection: Kel's humor, the boat ride over, the water toys, the dancing, the absurdity of the entire event, and even the snorkeling on the way back. In fact, the quality of the snorkeling was absolutely top shelf; I've snorkeled many times and the variety and volume of fish and other sea creatures was unbeatable. After the mesmerizing snorkeling, our hosts took us back to our ship in grand fashion. There we were... feeling fully refreshed and totally immersed in warm and funny memories. In fact, I can no longer think of "Swimming with Pigs" without smiling. Many thanks to Kel... and to all of the hosts of this most excellent adventure!
Worth it. Good crew. Good food. Everyone had fun feeding the pigs in the water. Probably a good idea to take some dramamine (non drowsy) if you get seasick.
I'm so glad I did this tour. When I got lost going to the pickup point, our guide A1 was able to give me directions by phone. It took over an hour for us to pick up the other passengers and get to Rose Island, but we stopped to see sea turtles on the way which was amazing! We also saw some puffer fish near the dock (rare sighting). When we got to the beach my friend and I went paddleboarding until the pigs were ready to swim. I had so much fun feeding and petting them. They let me hold the baby pig too! Panda (the biggest pig) lounged on the beach with us. The included lunch was delicious, make sure you bring a credit card or cash for drinks at the bar. We made it back to our ship around 2pm. Def recommend Da'PigBeach crew!
The time with the pigs lasted about 15/20 minutes. As soon as they were fed, they went back to where they came from.
We weren't able to swim with the pigs due to strong wind and strong current & for everyone's safety and the pigs as well. But we were able to feed those cute & adorable pigs. We were given enough time to feed and play with them including the piglets. The lunch is also great and the staff are superb!
We had the best day out here! The pigs were interactive and didn't mind us petting them. Staff were helpful and friendly. Swift boat taxi's so no waiting around. A day we will never forget.
Bring your own towel. Make sure you waist deep in the water before the pigs get there. But overall it was a great experience!
We loved this trip! Everyone was very friendly, the drinks at the bar were delicious and the pigs were so cute! Panda was a big, sweet ham! We also enjoyed the lunch provided, the chicken was so tender and tasty. Incredible excursion, we even got to see some turtles on the trip back!
Paying $179 for a 20 min 'pig show' was by far the worst waste of money ever. The boat ride was 2.5 hours and the pig encounter was 20 min. We did not get to see any of the island we were on - as they were running behind. There were 30 people in our group and other groups had 10-15. The boat was picking up and dropping off non-customers (island taxi if you will). The crew was nice but very limited in any engagement or fun. There was nothing on boat to drink; no water; no beverages to purchase - and you are again on the boat 80% of the excursion, Do not do this - or if you do it - PAY outside of the port. RIP OFF!
The tour was so family friendly. We travelled with a two year old with ease. The transportation, the activities, the food, everything was so amazing!
Great excursion! The island was beautiful, the lunch was tasty and the pigs were adorable! Definitely an experience to remember.
Great experience taxi service to door, boat ride across and pig encounter all good, would definitely recommend. Lunch was also nice It was also nice to see pigs roaming on the foreat on the Ireland foraging
We were staying at the Royal Atlantis, but for some reason our pick up point was Atlantis Harborside one Marina Drive at 9 AM. It was confusing because Atlantis harbor side is on one side of the street and one marina Drive is a blocked down on the other side of the street so we weren’t sure where we should be. We tried calling, but no one answered and we tried again and again and finally, somebody answered after 9:30 and told us someone will be there five or six minutes to pick us up, they picked us up at 9:52 and then proceeded to Atlantis Royal to pick other people up. Why couldn’t we have just been given that as our pick up point to begin with since that’s where we were staying? The pigs were cute but I thought I was going to where the wild pigs were actually kept, not some piece of beach where they basically have farm raised pigs kept in a pen and they let out for 15-20 minutes to take pictures with you and let you feed Them. The staff was friendly. The food wasn’t bad. experience was totally unorganized and cheesy. I’ve used Viator for excursions many times before, I’m not sure if I would use you guys again, it was that bad. we had for an hour wondering if anybody was gonna come get us or if we were in the right place. Stress it caused us wasn’t worth it
Great experience! Bus ride to a boat ride, we stopped to see sea turtles. Made our way to Rose beach. Boat ride was not full, beautiful scenery. Lunch was good and the pig activity was organized.
Funniest 15 mins of my life loved it and will never forget it ! Talk about this experience over and over x
Loved that we were picked up, had welcome shots on the bus, the beach being cleaned by staff from the piggies excitement annnnd having lunch on the beach. I would do this tour again with my family
We had a group of 25 people not 50 like some people here complaining about, we were picked up on time beautiful boat ride to rose island, the island and the beach absolutely stunning, the pigs interacting was also super nice and fun we really enjoyed this trip on the way back we even stopped and looked for turtles and we were lucky we saw one swimming in the water as well, thank you for this amazing day.
This is a must do, I mean where else can you swim with the pigs? My friend was a little scared as she’d never been around a pig and this ended up being her favorite part of the trip! It’s so beautiful and it’s not the pigs’ first rodeo! 😂😂😂 they know what they’re doing.
We’ve had an amazing time today. Booked with Aquashores, boat Dodger. Super clean and new boat. Captan Adam and Dia were so awesome and fun. Pigs were too cute, snorkeling was fun, boat ride was super cool. Awesome lunch too.
This was on my bucket list than it did not disappoint. It was so much fun from the time we got on the boat to the time we were swimming with the pigs. All of the people were so helpful and so good. My only disappointment was that they ran out of the men’s pig shirts to buy
This was a fun excursion for part of our day, but several things they need to fix. We spent the first 90 minutes at the port standing and waiting, seemingly for more people to arrive. The listing says this will be a maximum of 30 people but there were about 63 passengers on our boat. Furthermore, when we got to the island, there was already another whole group of 50-60+. When we got to the island we had maybe 30 minutes to get settled before we got our 30 min turn with the pigs. (Side note, the listing says they provide towels but they definitely do NOT) Pig experience was definitely unique and fun. The pigs were way bigger than expected. Only 1 baby pig. When that was over we then were told it was our turn for lunch. The food was good and they provided several comfortable shaded tables to eat. After lunch, we had maybe a hour to enjoy the beach which did not feel nearly long enough. There was tons of coral and reef creatures to snorkel and see. Lastly, unless you have callused feet, I would bring flip flops or water shoes as there are a few spots with several rocks.
We had an absolutely perfect day!!! The transportation drivers were phenomenal and one became or local driver for the week and we absolutely had the best time. Everyone was so fun and made us feel like we were with family. We will definitely be back next year to do it again ❤️❤️
I’m so glad I booked this! The staff was wonderful and very well organized. The pigs were so amazing! I had the best day!
Pickup was 1hour late. Tour indicated that 30 people max, instead were put part of a tour of 60+ people. People lined up in a line to feed pigs, like a circus.
Definitely not worth the money. You didn't swim with pigs They have a pen of pigs which they let out and you feed them on a small beach. This is just a petting zoo for pigs, don't waste your time
It was super fun and all the employees were great! The pigs were super friendly and well trained. Very kid friendly
We had a good time because we were together. However things to note: We didn’t know exactly where to meet once off the ship! The location they sent us was confusing! Thankfully some locals called them for us. They take you on a van ride while giving you some hard to understand info. This is considered your driving tour. Then you get on a boat, which was fine. You’re taken to rose island and you’re given a 15 minute time frame to feed the pigs. Otherwise you can sit on the shore line as it’s too rough to go “swimming” and you can’t swim out because of boat traffic. They give you a ticket for lunch and a soda. One serving of lunch (not enough for my 20 somethings). I asked for 2 drumsticks and was told no. We paid ALOT of money for this excursion…too much for what it was imo.
This was amazing, Tour guide could have been a little more engaged with us. However Jungle the transport guy was amazing! He ended our very enjoyable tour perfectly!
Amazing experience we loved it from start to finish! Had plenty time with the pigs I thought I’d be scared but they were cute got lots of pictures and videos! And the dinner provided was gorgeous, I’m really fussy but had a plate full! Definitely a trip to remember!
Seeing the cute piggies. The staff Gigi was the sweetest the rest of the staff was very kind. The water was too rough to get in that was only thing that was sad but obviously not the staffs fault of course.
We had a great time. It was a slow start but definitely worth the wait. The food was good and experience was great- definitely worth the money.
Deserve the highest rating all around! Kudos to Gabriel the Angel our van driver to catch the boat to Rose Island! So hilarious and so informative! Great ride on boat and on way back they stopped to let us see turtles! When I told them how great it was playing with the pigs, they brought a baby back out for me to hold and love on for pictures! Fantastic burger and fries! I would be thrilled to get to do this excursion again!
The experience started out a bit late due to weather conditions. The encounter with the pigs was great however the boat malfunctioned on the return and we were stranded in the middle of the ocean for almost an hour. That was pretty nerve wracking but another boat came and picked us up. Needless to say I was not impressed
Glad we got to experience swimming with the pigs. It was definitely something fun and enjoyable to do.
In general all went well. We should have more information about the history of the pigs. We didn't get any information about it until we asked & got few details about it. Your description says: we will provide towel however when we arrive on the Island, towel was for sale $20. Boat ride was nice, the day in the island was nice. Thanks much!
Amazing trip. The food was ok . The pi’s was so funny . I recommend it for anyone that want to enjoy a beautiful beach an espectacular experience.
Had an extra wonderful time with Lauren and her crew. This was actually our second Bahamas pig swim and it was significantly more fun than the last! Book it - you won’t regret it!
Cool idea and reviews were great, but I was disappointed that pigs weren't swimming out in the water. People on the island before us were feeding them on land so there wasn't an incentive to swim out. Our group did the same thing. Also, snorkel was really short the the equipment wasn't very good. My snorkel had one side of the mouthpiece nearly chewed away and the other side totally missing. Hard time to keep it in my mouth with nothing to bite. Operators ignored my request for another snorkel.
Only issue I had was the bus driver did not know what people was in the bus and got the wrong people.
This was an amazing experience for our family! The crew and staff were knowledgeable, attentive, and made sure each of us had a great experience! Even the taxi driver gave us a great experience with local information and made sure we were well taken care of. Food was great! Rose Island is a must! Swimming with the pigs, seeing turtles, and enjoying all the excursion has to offer…not sure what part was the best..ALL OF IT! Don’t miss out! Best excursion experience!!
