Great service . Drivers were both great ! Just be aware of a 75 dollar charge if your flight is delayed . We are use to other driving places that watch your flight and contact us and no fees for flights we can not control . Other wise , we would use them again for sure .

So far the ride was excellent , the limousine was clean and a great experience. My grandchildren loved it the most.

We weren't greeted with a sign - but this could be because I missed it- however the limo that picked us up was a banana colored YELLOW. Can't even male this up. We got dropped off in a yellow lemon banana car for a lot of money. If you don't want a yellow banana picking you up, choose another service.

Great way to get the 6 of us with luggage to the hotel from the airport and back again. It was only slightly more than 6 of us getting a shared bus but travelled in a lot more luxury and style. The driver was fantastic and couldn’t fault anything

We had a ball in Nassau, Bahamas. Our transportation services was on point. “J” was the lead driver along with another driver. I don’t remember his name. They took good care of our group. There was 32 guest from Florida, Panama and Canada. We was safe traveling with this bus company. Nice bus and van... clean, AC cold..Drivers were professional and Caring... I had a great experience working with Nassau Bus & Transportation Service. I used this company to do two types of roundtrip transfers from the airport to Atlantis Resort 1- Luxury Transfer 2- Private Transfer I used 9 round trip Luxury Transfers and 12 Private Transfers for a total of 150 people all together. All transfers were done on time and without any issues. Drivers were on time, well mannered and professional. Martina did an amazing job and was always available to answer my phone calls and managed to meet all my last minute request and changes due flight delays and cancellations throughout my stay. <p>We purchased a round trip limo service from and to the airport. The limo that picked us up from the airport was very old and kind of beat up, but the driver was nice. When I called to confirm that the driver would arrive on time to take us back to the airport I was told that the limo they were going to send had mechanical issues and they were sending a car, I asked if I would receive a refund because that's not what I agreed to or paid for, they said I needed to contact Viator for a refund, so when I contacted Viator they said they needed to contact the limo co. and had all 3 of us on the phone, the Limo co. representative Sophia, basically told me I should have refused the ride to the airport, and since I road in the car to the airport they fulfilled their part of the agreement and I wouldn't receive a refund. I told her that I asked for a refund as soon as I was told I wouldn't get the limo I requested and was told to contact Viator...to make a long story short, I had to argue with the Nassau Limousine services agent to get my refund, I didn't want to have to pay for what I didn't order. </p> <p>I would not recommend this company because their vehicles are old and in poor condition and obviously not reliable.</p>

<p>The limo that picked us up at the airport to take us to our hotel was totally ghetto. The interior was literally falling apart and this vehicle should have been junked a decade ago. On the other hand, the return limo was great and as expected. So a totally mixed bag.</p>

<p>Prompt, friendly courteous service both from airport to hotel and then return hotel to airport. We were a party of six, including children, traveling during the Thanksgiving holiday. Highly recommend this company.</p>

<p>Service was great the only thing I will say is due to the fact that our flight was delayed and then it took an hour to get through customs we were not picked up in the limo that we ordered we were told that we were late so we had an SUV .......</p>

<p>The limo was terrible,, ripped seats, no stereo, just a little portable one on top of the back seat , window would not go down, to take pics, he said to use the other one, no beverages offered, unlike the different company we rented from in 2015, was NOT worth the money we paid.</p>

<p>The ride from the airport to our hotel was just ok. The car was warm from sitting and waiting for us because our flight was delayed. We found our car driver easily. The ride back to the airport was much better. Our driver took her time because again our flight was delayed. The A/C was much better. The only thing I wish they offered was bottled water. For the length of ride and the Bahamas heat, we should've been offered a drink for the price we paid.</p>

She was most helpful with the luggage and as an attached photo will show, our teen nephew was enthralled with "the coolest limo i've ever seen. I could live in here".</p>

<p>Well worth the money. Family was blown away by the surprise limo after our long haul. Our driver graciously received us, gave us a splendidly informative drive and even took us to a liquor store (we stocked up on booze) before driving us to the hotel. I scored huge points with the family!</p>

Viator did the job. Our driver was at the airport when we arrived and was very friendly. However on our ride back to the airport our Mercedes trunk did not open and we struggled to place both pieces of large luggage into the front seat. A little disappointing considering how much this limousine service cost.

This was the start of a perfect week in Nassau. The driver was hip, had on great music, and drove slow to see the first great sights. The trip to the airport was on time, and we were ready to board our plane in plenty of time. My wife and kids loved the limo.

Our trip to Paradise Island was wonderful, and the limo rides to and from the airport were a great experience. Made the trip very relaxing. Our limo driver was very helpful and informative as well. Everything went smoothly and right on time.

This was a great way to start the vacation after a 6 hour flight. The driver was there and smiling and waiting for the 6 of us. The limousine was very clean and the driver was extremely helpful in getting my elderly mother-in-law and her husband in and out of the vehicle. The pickup at the end of the vacation was equally great and courteous. Make sure to reconfirm 24 hours ahead of the trips. We changed our departure time by 15 minutes, and she was there on perfect time. Tipping is standard practice in the Bahamas, it just seems right to be generous for such great service.

Recommended highly to others looking for a limo in Nassau. The driver was lovely and the experience was worth it!

Very courteous staff. The limo on the way to the hotel had issues with the air conditioner, and there was ongoing loud banging sound, off and on that was loud enough to force the driver to stop and investigate.
