Nassau Private Airport & Cruise Port Transfer

The driver was so nice, pleasant and knowledgeable. He even stopped at a local store for a few things. We had the bus all to ourselves.

If Island Beach says it is private, it is. Only your party. It was only us in the small tour bus. Room for everything. Friendly personalized service. You can request a specific time, just let them know. When you exit the airport there are airport employees you can ask about your ride and they can call them to get the time and where to meet your Island Beach shuttle driver. That is very convenient. We were so impressed with our driver, service and price, we made sure to give him a good tip. I highly recommend them.

Requested a refund and didn’t like service arrived at airport at 1pm and they wanted me to wait 2 hours for transportation with kids and person who was emailing me wasn’t nice at all or understanding.

My flight was delayed by over two hours, but they were incredibly patient and polite. The van was also clean and comfy. Excellent service, I highly recommend them!

I errantly booked the wrong time based on military time (booked 1700 instead of 1900) and was so grateful the driver called to let me know and arrange his schedule to accomodate. Our flight was late and he waited. He also provided a wonderful history of the island en route. Book with this local company. It was 5 stars plus for us!

I can’t say enough good things about PAL and his service! He was right on time picking us up at the port (next to the Nassau police station) and at Atlantis for our day trip. He made sure we knew how to contact him if we needed to return to the ship earlier or later. The bus was very clean with good A/C as well as excellent markings for picking it out in the traffic.

Great transfer! Shuttle looked just like the picture and everything was as described. A very comfortable ride with lots of space, AC and helpful driver.

This company left us stranded at the bahama airport. They had our flight information.And once we arrived, I looked at that, they were running late and told us to take a cab.

Extremely disappointed with this transfer service booked through Viator. My flight was significantly delayed, which was completely beyond my control. Despite this, the driver left at the originally scheduled time without attempting to properly accommodate the delay. When I contacted the company, they refused any refund, even though the service was never actually used. This shows a complete lack of flexibility and customer understanding, especially in situations involving flight delays. Very poor customer service and unfair policy. I would strongly advise others to avoid this provider if your travel plans involve any risk of delays.

We did a private transport between Nassau airport and the Royal at Atlantis, roundtrip. They were on time and easy to communicate with. The transport was very spacious for our group of 4 adults, 2 toddlers and 1 infant and a large amount of luggage. It was very fairly priced and the shuttle was clean with great AC and a great driver. Highly recommend.

Thayo was professional, friendly, punctual, and safe. Seamless pickup and drop-off from the Cruise Port to our destination. We were very comfortable in the clean shuttle bus with 3 adults and 2 children. Will absolutely book with him again!

Our driver was more than just punctual, he actually waited almost an hour because the rest of our party was delayed at the airport. The driver even called after we arrived at our hotel to see how we were doing! Patient and caring!!!

We had to wait a long time for the shuttle – more than an hour after we arrived at the airport. The driver was there, but he mixed up who he was picking up when and we had to wait for other passengers.

The driver Thayo stole my money. And refuse to issue a refund. I arrived via cruise ship and informed the driver of my restored pickup location. He agreed and never showed up. I reached out to him while at the port waiting. And he lied and said he was 15 mins away. I was informed by a police officer that he’s being untruthful. And that based on where he said he was, he would be 45 mins away or more. Not only that. But he overbooked. While I was trying to contact him about my pickup. Another passenger was doing the same. He basically left 2 separate groups of people stranded. And then lied and said he didn’t know we were arriving via cruise ship. I reached out to him 2 days prior to pick up. Requesting a point of reference for pick up. I told him what time our cruise would be arriving and he agreed to meet at the dock. Upon arrival he was a no show. And lied that we’re not at the agreed port. He outright refused to refund our payment. Despite the fact that he did not provide the intended service or try to make any amends. If you value good service and clear communication. Avoid this company. Even the police officers at the port told us they’re no good.

Theyo was absolutely fantastic! Knowledgeable about the Island, and very warm/personable. Transportation was clean, air conditioned and Theyo was a great driver. Our flight was delayed and the new arrival time was accommodated with clear communication. Liked the experience so much, we booked him for our return trip back to the airport at the end of our stay!

Fully recommend this company. Thayo the driver and owner is a very reliable person. He called me and within 5 minutes I reached his car. He drives very carefully. He gave some hints about the activities in the city. He also runs tours in the city. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Great Price and overall an excellent experience. On our flight there we were significantly delayed taking off out of Newark, NJ but when we landed it was a relief to know we had transportation and did not have to wait. On the way back due to snow at home I asked to be picked up earlier which was no problem and he was even early to get us with our revised earlier time. Excellent experience.

Our experience with this shuttle service was outstanding. Thayo the owner/driver was friendly and very accommodating. He was on time for our pick up at the airport, and even made a stop at a grocery store before heading to our AB&B. We also used the shuttle service to take us to a restaurant for dinner and drinks and then called him 2 hours later for pick up. We highly recommend Thayo and his shuttle service, you will be glad you did.

Unfortunately the driver was unable to pick us up and suggested we get a taxi which we did. He also said I would receive a refund.

This was the absolute best. It was truly a private experience, bus all to myself and my luggage. The driver was so friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me set up the rest of my solo trip and also handled my return back to the airport. Couldn't recommend more. Great choice in transportation! The shuttle was extremely clean, air-conditioned, and even had wifi! Thayo, our driver, was fantastic!
