This was my family's first time using Simon's Transport. Great overall experience. From initial prior to arrival to pick up from the airport, the communication was topnotch. Our chauffeur, Dwight, was very polite and efficient. Great customer service! The SUV that he picked us up in was very clean. Pricing was fair and within reason. I recommend that you use Simon's if traveling to Nassau.
Simon’s transportation was easy to set up and lovely. We needed a car for my family of 5 for a round trip airport transfer to and from The Reef. The car was there on time for our arrival and our departure. Communication wasn’t confirmation of our reservation was great. Don’t hesitate to book! FCC
This company was very perfectional and I had two wonderful driving taking me to my resort and taking me to the airport to travel back home. They were both on time.
We used Simon’s Transport several times during our trip. Civian was our driver two of those times and he was fantastic. He pointed out buildings to us and gave us some history of the country. I will use Simon’s Transport on my next trip.
We had the privilege of riding with Civian from our hotel to the airport and he was very informative on the history of the island. It was nice to ride through town and learn the history that he would point out. I would highly recommend reserving him for a ride either from or to the airport.
Great driver, timely pickup and felt safe entire time in very clean vehicle. Very much appreciated for smaller family of 5. Will definitely use them again.
Very easy to use drivers were great was able to make grocery stop and grab liquor around the corner driver carried out all of our groceries from the check out to the car Very nice experience
Civian was our driver to the airport on 6/9, he was on time, courteous and spent the ride to the airport telling us so much about the history of the Bahamas, We enjoyed the ride and getting to know Civian and we will be back and definitely ask for him again!!
Excellent communication from Simon's and driver. We had a comfortable ride back to the airport. Cillian knew how to get us around carnival traffic and we got to the airport in plenty of time. We will use this service again and we highly recommend Simon's transfers.
Another great transfer with our favorite Simon’s chauffeur, Roosevelt. We appreciate the professionalism and friendly conversation. Great job!
Outstanding service. Civian was very friendly and talkative, with a great knowledge of the island. It was a pleasure. Highly recommended!
Great experience with Simon Transports. Elvis was great and made the ride enjoyable. Recommend for anyone needing transportation from Atlantis to the airport and vice versa
Our driver Trevor was on time and communicated well. In fact he was ready and waiting a little early so we were able to leave early for the airport! He was very professionally dressed and very polite and helpful. He provided some friendly chat and pointed out some areas of interest and answered some questions about the area. He navigated traffic and we arrived at the airport on time with no issues. The car was clean, comfortable and beautiful. I would highly recommend the car service with Simons>
Great communication, clean cars and friendly drivers. Our flight was delayed, they immediately responded to note they received our new flight info, had both booster seats we asked for and made it easy and clear to find our driver. Highly recommend.
Prompt, Professional and Reliable Service!! Gerald was an excellent driver, even in rainy conditions. If you book with them, you’re guaranteed to be in GREAT hands!!
Had Chucky drive us from Atlantis to the airport. He was terrific. I wish he had been a guide for us throughout our time on the island. He was kind, positive, informative, and engaging. It's like he truly gets to know his clients. Car was spotless, comfortable, and had chargers, etc. Thank you Chucky!
Great service! The drivers were all courteous and always on time. Took a lot of worry out of getting around the island and being on time for flights.
Ashton, our chauffeur was very courteous and even arrived early. He was very personable and had great suggestions for when we return to the island. I would not travel with any other company!
Roosevelt picked us up from the airport and transported us to Margaritaville Resort. Roosevelt was very personable and he was very informative about the Island on our journey to our resort. I would definitely recommend him for future visits.
Chucky is always the best. These guys are first class. We have been using them for over 10 years now. They are always polite and take care of all our needs. Class act!
Driver was super friendly and informative. Picked me up on time, and got me to the airport early and safe. I will be using this service again.
I highly recommend this company to and from the airport. They took me both ways with a grocery/liquor stop on the way in. They told me which folks to avoid at the airport, all matter of facts about the Bahamas and helped with our luggage. I will definitely be using them next time.
