It was very informative, entertaining and interactive. We learned a lot.

We enjoyed the easy banter talk between Robin and Jason. We stopped at least 5-6 times and got off the bus. Robin had so much info on the culture and the food, why the buildings were the colors they were, the plant life and the people. We had a delightful meal sitting on a limestone wall overlooking the ocean. My sister, Jenn, said the highlight of her trip, was when she was invited to pull a conch out of its shell. We were able to watch a gentleman cut up fresh conch salad for us as Robin talked about the process of getting it out of the ocean. The atmosphere and the trip was just enjoyable and informative. I felt like I ate the whole time! Thank you for a fun experience for our family!

The tour was amazing! Both the driver and guide were great and made the experience super personalized. I’m pregnant so I couldn’t have some of the raw or alcoholic items on the tour, but they went out of their way to find versions of the food that I could eat. 10/10 would recommend!

This tour was great! We were a small group which made it more personable. Sandie was very informative as well as the driver. Sandie learned all our names and made it a family atmosphere. Learning the history and culture of the island was great. The landmarks were amazing. This tour is highly recommended!

The Nassau food tour was an extremely fun experience. Our tour guides were knowledgeable, friendly, engaging, and made the tour enjoyable from beginning to end. I especially appreciated learning more about Nassau while experiencing the local food and culture. My favorite stop was the open fish market. It felt authentic and gave us an opportunity to see and experience a side of Nassau that we may not have discovered on our own. That was definitely one of the highlights of the tour for me. My only disappointment was that I expected to sample a wider variety of food. We had conch salad, conch fritters, rice, chicken, and coleslaw. While I enjoyed the experience, I expected a food tour to include more stops and a broader range of Bahamian dishes and flavors. Overall, we had a great time, and the tour guides were definitely the highlight. Their personalities, knowledge, and friendliness made the experience memorable. With a little more variety in the food offerings, this would have been an even better experience.

This was a fantastic tour. Our guide Sandi was warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable about Nassau’s history. The food was excellent. If you're interested in good people, learning about Nassau, and tasty food, this is the tour for you.

Sandy and Mario were great. H was a great driver. Sandy is very knowable on the history of the island and I would defineately recommend them .

This tour was wonderful. Sandi is a wealth of information, which she mixes with tasting stops. She always made sure we had beverages available, and asked about food allergies. And the stops (4 tastings and then lunch) were delicious. I would book this again.

My wife and I booked this because none of the cruise excursions looked particularly interesting. It was a great low-key way to spend some time getting to know the Bahamas! Our tour guide was very friendly and candid about our questions. We left with our brains and our bellies full! There were obviously some stores that paid to be stops along the way, but even then they don’t shove it in your face.

Besides being late for tour it was great. The food and history was good. Queens steps was beautiful. Sandy and Jason Was great.

This is our second time doing this tour and it’s simple amazing!! Sandy and the driver are so knowledgeable about the island. They are so friendly. The stops we made were awesome. It shows you a lot of their culture outside of the tourist areas. I recommend this tour 110%.

This was one of the coolest tours we have done when traveling. It was awesome to go see local areas, learn the history while traveling, and having amazing food and drinks in the process. The tour guides were amazing and so fun and knowledgeable. Make sure to bring cash with you to tip the local vendors, purchase any extra food and drinks, and tip the tour guides!

Had an excellent tour with guide Sandy and driver Jason. The highlight of the tour was a stop at a fish market where we had conch salad fresh from the shell. There were plenty of rum shots aboard the bus to keep things fun!

I booked this tour as my friend and I were visiting Nassau off a cruise ship. I have been to Nassau several times and wanting to do something different. Sandi our tour guide was AMAZING! Very knowledgeable, professional and showed such passion for her job. Jason our driver drove safely and was entertaining. They worked well together. I won’t give away the logistics of the tour, you need to experience it yourself. You will not be disappointed. Thank you for your hospitality Sandi and Jason.

Fun time with no need to worry about the details for your day. Sandi and Jason take care of everything. Pick up was perfect with good directions to meeting place. All stops were good. Sandi is very informative and seems to enjoy her job.

Cannot say enough good things about this tour! It was the perfect mix of fun and food while learning about the Bahamas. Sandy was an excellent tour guide who took great care of us as we went from site to site. Jason was a great driver and the banter between Sandy and Jason was a lot of fun. Everything was well put together Sandy and the driver were very knowledgeable of Nassau and they made it very personal given that we had a smaller group made it better the shots on the bus was a plus. I definitely will recommend for people visiting and want to know a little about the history of Nassau

She was incredibly informative, highly interactive, and had this amazing gift of making a whole group of strangers instantly feel like family. Her energy was infectious! The stops were flawless, but the highlights were definitely the food and drinks: The Conch Salad: Incredibly fresh, vibrant, and hands-down amazing. We had just a super GREAT time on this tour. Miss Sandi, our Guide, is such a wealth of knowledge about all things Bahama. She’s what we’d call “Sandi-pedia”. Her depth of knowledge in Bahamian cultural, historical and cuisine is outstanding. Sandi led us through conch markets, tea stops, forts and historic sites all the while making it so FUN and stimulating. We’ve taken tours like these on numerous islands but this was by far the very best and Sandi was truly remarkable. If you are interested in seeing Bahamian food, drink, history and culture - then this is your tour. Vehicle was immaculate, tour started on time and was well paced. One last note: After the tour ended and we were dropped off at our hotel I accidentally left my cell phone on the floor of the tour vehicle. Panic time, right? Sandi to the rescue. She discovered my phone when she got home and was cleaning the vehicle. She turned around and drove all the way back to our hotel to return it. Unbelievable!!

Sandy and Mario were outstanding. Fortunately, I was the third guest of three. It was like a private tour, since our group was so small. We could ask as many questions as we wanted. Me, as a history nerd, enjoyed that part. Sandy made us feel like we were family. She knew her history and was engaged the entire tour. She didn't allow for any dull moments. Mario's personality is great and it works well, as it is different from Sandy. His driving was purposeful and didn't allow the traffic to put him in a bad mood. We parked close to every entrance and never had to walk far. Absolutely a five star experience.

This was a fabulous alternative to normal cruise ship offerings. Much more personal, lots of great opportunities to taste drinks and food. Our guide, Candy, was amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The bus driver, Jason, added a lot of fun too! Loved learning about the island too.

Great food and history. Sandi, our tour guide is well versed of Bahamian history and cusine. Especially love the Conch salad and the tamarind glazed chicken wings at the Drifters same with the rum cake andcthe shot of rum. 👍😊

My family of 5 really enjoyed this tour. We love history and food and this was a great way to get away from the cruise ship crowd for a more immersive experience. We happened to be the only group on the tour but it didn’t stop the guides from giving their best at providing us with a great experience. Plenty of food and drink mixed in with history and culture of Nassau. We loved that we were taken to the local places where the guides knew the fish mongers and museum guides, store and restaurant owners. Nothing was pushy about wanting you to shop at the places they took us, although there was opportunity at several places to do a little pressure free shopping. We would highly recommend to anyone, especially those with a short amount of time while on a cruise day stop.

Sandi and Jason were great hosts for a 3.5+ hour tour of Nassau. Lots of history and tasting sprinkled in with humor and sightseeing. Relaxed pace but felt like we got a lot done. The tea shop wasn’t really needed.

We decided to do this on the first day of our holiday to get a feel for the city and the people and we’re really glad we did! Tour was brilliant and the food was great! No regrets at all!!! We even got to witness a special 4 eyed conch!!! Great for all the family as we were three generations of women, the youngest being 18!

This was a lively experience. Put a little something on your stomach before going so the sun and rum don’t put you out.

This has to be 1 of my favorite food tours. Our tour guide Sandi was extremely knowledgeable, sweet, and fun. The first stop was a fort where we enjoyed Bahamas Mamas as she described the history of the fort and the Bahamas. Next, we were taken to an outdoor seafood market where we saw a demonstration or removing conch from its shell. We took the conch with us and enjoyed fresh conch salad later. Our third stop was the rum cake factory. Where we sampled the different types of rum cakes they produce. The cakes were soft and moist. We picked up six because they were so declious. We also went to Tasty Teas and sampled their teas and stopped by a conch fitter shop and had the absolutely best conch fitters I have ever tasted. They were perfectly cooked with just a hint of heat. We went next door and sampled ice cream. Lastly, there was lunch at the fish fry. We had fried coconut rice, fried fish, coleslaw, and turmeric chicken. This was a great experience.

Enjoyed Sandy our guide and Kevin our driver. Would highly recommend an additional step to get into the bus to prevent the fall and bruising I experienced trying to step up into the high step.

From history to hands on with conch, this was a great tour to enjoy all the local treats. Rum cake, teas, conch, fish, beer - so enjoyable. We appreciated it was laid back but packed with interesting info, and yummy stuff. Thank you, thoroughly enjoyed!

The history part was good, the food - not so much. Sandi and Jason are entertaining people but the lunch was not great.

This tour was the perfect blend of history and trying the local cuisine. The food was amazing and it was a really nice touch that they provided water for us in between stops. Sandi was very thorough with the tour and she was amazing. Kevin also did a great job driving through some tricky roads. We highly recommend!

My mom, sister and I did this tour and we would do it again. It’s a very unique tour that takes you to different spots along the island that no other tour has. I would recommend to anyone. They have alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks for you at different spots. If you’re on a cruise, you need to leave the cruise gate and meet at the pink fountain. Great time and Sandy and Jason were fun!

The tour is awesome. Our driver and guides we're very knowledgeable. We got to try authentic foods and learn about the history. The tour makes lots of stops and their is plenty of time to shop. I enjoyed the lunch stop and tea shop. You stop at a fish market and rum cake shop as well. The guide shows various different other landmarks as well. If your staying or on a cruise stop, I would recommend this tour.

This was really wonderful! Sandy and Jason were so fun and informative and what I loved the most was the unique places they took us too. I’ve been to the Bahamas many times and all the tours do the same thing. This was so great and taking us to places we wouldn’t have found on our own was perfect. If you’re getting off the cruise ships, you’ll go outside the big gates and find them at the pink fountain across the street. At least this was the process as of 2/2026. We would do this tour again and recommend to anyone. Families could do this… however know that it includes some alcohol tastings, but of course they have non alcohol options.
