We have flown Bahamasair at least 6 times and has never been on time. There is never a sense of urgency to meet deadlines. Delays are typically 40 minutes up through 4 hours+. Terrible upper management/board that has not made fundamental changes. If you scroll back through the reviews, the terrible reviews have been going on for years.
We were met at the airport and provided such a welcoming and friendly experience. Ashton was a perfect introduction to the Bahamas. Genuinely warm, he made eveything about our arrival feel relaxed. We enjoyed the scenic drive while chatting along the way. Perfect start to our vacation. Highly recommend!
Very professional service. The driver was helpful and knowledgeable about the area, and the vehicle was spotless. We were not rushed on our shopping stop.

Great driver, friendly, professional, and entertaining. However, our arrival time was known for a long time and when we arrived at 7, we were told all grocery stores would be closed so we couldn’t do that. Might’ve booked alternative plans for less money knowing that, but the driver did ultimately find us somewhere to get some essentials, so it all worked out.
Drivers were on time and very professional, they were also informative about their culture and their island. Thanks to them we knew what else we could do on our vacation
Car service was fine but expensive. After we arrived, we were met outside of baggage and were told that the original driver had car trouble or something and would not be able to pick us up. They were sending another car but it would be about 15 minutes late. No big deal at all but then they said that they would take us to the store as purchased and we have 30 minutes to shop. If the shopping trip lasted longer than that then the price is $70 more per every 15 minutes. I politely asked if that applied to them being late as well? Since your driver was more than 15 minutes late, do I get a $70 refund? Still waiting on that answer. A private car for 5 people to and from the airport with bags should be about $100 on the high end or at least that is the word we were getting. I think a private taxi may be around $50?? The driver was great but you have to run around a very crowded store you have never been in and grab stuff so you want be charged another crazy fee. For the price, it should be an hour. I get it, they overcharge Americans and that is to be expected but to me it seemed high. Even for Nassau.
This was an easy transition. Easy to find our service at the airport. Had a greeter walk us to the pick up area away from all the comotion. Our driver, kind, not pushy or high strung, gave me more info about the area and culture than any tour could have. He was awesome. Truck was clean, he drove with care. I will definitely refer and use this service again.
Well, it wasn't a good experience. They texted us multiple times to say they were waiting for us and being there kept saying we were in line at the normal amount of Line time to get out of the airport when we come out of the airport no car then we get told our driver had to leave and a new driver would come. I could've got a taxi for way less and got to the hotel way faster. I kind of picked up another car from another company and got treated. Better stood outside in the heat and Son for quite a while before a car finally came to come get us. I would not recommend this company at all for $200. Do you think they would have a car waiting on you.
Our flight was delayed more than 3 hours yet the driver was there waiting on us
He was a very good travel guide and patient as we did our shopping. He was on time at the airport and easy to find. He showed us where to find some good restaurants.
Prompt, friendly service. Nice vehicles. Due to time constraints we were unable to stop at store on the way to the resort. However, another driver arrived shortly after for that portion of the trip.

Everything was as expected. Someone met us out side of baggage claim, driver arrived moments later, door to door service, even stopped at an ATM for us! We will definitely book on the way home! Oh and we also placed this reservation 2 hours before landing, but they had no issues serving us!!!
Dwight arrived earlier than expected. Despite delays within the airport, he waited patiently and stayed in constant communication. He was very knowledgeable about the island as well. I would definitely use and recommend this company.

Simon's Transport Services in Nassau was absolutely fabulous. The cars were very clean, the drivers were incredibly personable and timely (arrived early both to and from the airport). Their communication from start to finish was excellent. Would absolutely book again!

Marcel was great. Prompt and pleasant. Definitely recommend! The stop at the grocery store is a definite plus, but you only have 30 minutes to shop before they charge you for waiting for you. Cost is $67 every 15 minutes after a half hour, so shop quick!!

Simon's Transport was communicative throughout and had car seats and boosters available for us. They provided the right guidance when asked and were easy to coordinate with upon arrival. I would use them again upon a return to Nassau.
I used this shuttle because it says “ with grocery store stop” I asked the driver to stop and he said he had to check with his boss. They could not accommodate the grocery store stop on the way to the hotel but could come back at a later time … ridiculous. Driver was friendly but could of just used a taxi.
All in all we had a good experience. We had to book them last minute because our usual taxi service wasn’t available, so we were thankful that they were able to pick us up at the airport. The only frustrating thing was we made it clear that we wanted to stop at the grocery store (it said it was included in the rate), but the driver didn’t stop he just took us to the resort. We were looking forward to knocking that out before starting our vacation.
I can’t recommend this enough. The VIP entry was flawless and probably saved us 2 hours. No standing in line with thousands of people in hot humid conditions. We got through the whole entry process, grabbed luggage and into the SUV within 15 minutes. Our driver Dwight was exceptional and knew all the short cuts to get us through rush hour traffic and to our hotel to start enjoying our vacation hours earlier than expected!

I highly recommend this driving service. The driver was waiting for us with a sign of our name. He loaded our bags and took us to the supermarket. Along the way he gave us a mini tour. He dropped us off at our lodging when we had finished our shopping. The service was timely, simple, reliable, and straight forward. I also liked the peace of mind of not having to do the driving.
This transportation company is hands down the best one! We go to Atlantis in the Bahamas every year and they are the company we always use. Staff is amazing and all vehicles are super clean and nice. They make the experience great always friendly and accommodating.
Ricky was prompt, patient and friendly. He told us some facts about the island. Our flight was a little late and it took time to get through customs but he waited patiently for us.
Marcel was awesome! We were delayed due to traffic and he knew some back ways to the hotel. We ended up getting a personal quick tour of Nassau history and sites along the way. He gave some good advice about foods to try or avoid (barracuda) and drove my family safely to our destination. Would use again & recommend to anyone! Ty

We reserved a sedan with a grocery stop on our way to the Reef at Atlantis. Our tour operator gave us clear directions by text about how to connect at the airport and was very patient when our wait in immigration took over 90 minutes. We were greeted at the airport exit by someone holding a sign with our name and escorted on a short walk to the meeting area where our driver, Troy, was warm and welcoming. He gave us interesting information about his country and the sights along the way. The car was very clean and comfortable. After having experienced the grocery stop, I would probably opt out next time. Groceries are relatively more expensive than resort food. Next time, we’ll pass on cereal for breakfast and eat out.

Amazing experience! We received text messages before we arrived, who our driver would be and that they would be waiting for us. They had a sign with our name and took us to the vehicle, and the driver Mercer was phenomenal.
