Goldwynn Resort & Residences

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Goldwynn Resort. What was supposed to be a relaxing vacation turned into the worst resort experience I've ever had. My trip was completely ruined, and I feel like I wasted a significant amount of money. The most disappointing part wasn't just what happened—it was how management handled it. At no point did anyone seem genuinely concerned about our experience or make any effort to accommodate us or resolve the situation. There was no empathy, no apology, and no attempt to make things right. Throughout our stay, we were respectful guests and tipped the staff consistently. Despite that, the police were called on us simply because we had music playing at the pool. Rather than approaching us with a conversation or trying to de-escalate the situation, the resort escalated it in a way that made us feel embarrassed, uncomfortable, and completely unwelcome. For a luxury resort that charges premium prices, I expected much better customer service and hospitality. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism and concern from management overshadowed the entire vacation. I would not recommend Goldwynn Resort based on my experience, and I certainly would not return.

Excellent stay at Goldwynn Resort & Residences. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and extremely well maintained. The service was consistently attentive and welcoming throughout the stay. OIA restaurant was outstanding — the food was honestly better than many places outside the hotel. The best part is having the beach right in front of the property, perfect for swimming, relaxing, and truly disconnecting. I also loved how quiet it is at night. This is not a party hotel, which makes it ideal for couples or anyone looking for a calm and relaxing experience in Nassau. Would definitely return.

Had a wonderful weekend stay. Room was spacious, clean and modern. The kitchenette was great. This is something most hotels don't have. Getting in and out the resort was easy as you park right out front and walk in. It was calm, relaxing and room had a great view. Loved it and would book again.

We stayed at Goldwin Resort Bahamas and had a wonderful experience overall. The location is absolutely beautiful — peaceful, relaxing, and perfect for families, which is exactly why we chose this resort. The atmosphere and surroundings were amazing. Other than that, we truly enjoyed our stay. If direct booking options with better rates or returning guest discounts are available, we would love to come back every year. Definitely a place we would visit again and recommend to families looking for a quiet and enjoyable vacation.
