We had a very smooth and easy transfer from our hotel in Naples to the airport. Traffic is CRAZY in the city and we got there quickly in plenty of time for our flight. We separately worked with the company on cruise ship transfers as well as a trip to the Amalfi coast and everything was fantastic.

Our driver was on time and waiting for us as we arrived from our boat, had a sign with our name to easily locate him, he was very friendly and immediately helped with our luggage, he was knowledgeable of the area, we asked about particular buildings and he gave us history, safely dropped us off at our next destination, Mercedesβs van very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend for any type trip.
Dido is the man!!! He made our transfer experience from Naples train station to our hotel in Sorrento, easy and stress free. Not only did he get us to our destination quickly and safely, he also treated the transfer as a tour and even stopped for a scenic photo and lemon sorbet break!! Canβt recommend enough!

Dodi parked his limo and walked to our hotel to help us carry and load our luggage. During our trip to the airp[ort he kept us entertained with stories about the Amalfi Coast. We found out he is also a tour guide which we will definatedly use on our next trip. Fiinally, at the airport, he got us a cart for our luggage and pushed it into the airport before leaving us. I could not recommend this company enough, they are fantastic! When our plans to reach the airport were turned upside down due to poor weather conditions, we had to make a last minute booking. Smooth Travel Napoli came to the rescue and we had Dodi as a driver! He was absolutely brilliant, on time, extremely friendly and we had a great playlist for our journey to the airport! He also shared some stories of the places we passed which was really interesting. Book with these, you will not regret it.
When our travel plans got upended by unpredictable weather, we booked a last minute transfer (less than 15 hours in advance) from the port of Napoli to Positano. We were lucky enough to have Dodi as our driver! He pointed out all the sights along the way to us, and even stopped for us to get a picturesque photo along the coast. I canβt recommend him enough for your transportation needs

We booked our taxi through a recommendation from our hotel owner. Once we had booked Dodi from smooth travel Napoli we messaged each other via WhatsApp and confirmed dates and times etc. When we landed at Napoli airport Dodi was waiting outside the arrivals gate and carried our bags to his car parked 30 seconds away. Throughout the drive to our hotel Dodi informed us of all the historical and important buildings and streets around Napoli. As a licensed London taxi driver myself I was so please to be introduced to such a lovely guy. A lovely clean and airconditioned car and Dodi was dressed in a shirt and tie. A first class and professional service with a fix fee journey. We booked him for our return journey and when we visit Napoli in the future will most definitely use him again... π
Great transfer. Driver made contact before trip to introduce himself and to arrange our airport pickup. Good communications all the time. Pickup was smooth. Driver spoke good English and drove us past a few key spots on the way to our hotel. Would recommend this service.
From the day I met this guy at the Naples airport, he has been a supreme driver, business man and protector... at the airport he wouldn't let anyone come near us and when he realized how much luggage we actually had, he hired another driver to take our luggage to the hotel for us and paid him out of his own pocket. If he couldn't make a trip for us he would make sure that he had someone who would and he would take care of the driver and we would pay him once we saw him. Every time there was an issue he would fix the problem and go overboard with making sure everything was well done. Which leads me to the reason for this post...... Yesterday my oldest daughter was attempting to return to Atlanta to go back to work. I arranged for Dodi to drop her off and because he had another tour booked for later, he arranged for another driver to take the rest of us to the airport to fly to Rome to continue our trip.... He dropped her off at 10am and our driver arrived at 1pm to drop us off at the airport. Our driver was upset about something and not only threw our luggage in the car, but was driving very erratic and crazy. We had arranged for an hour stop (Nike store), before the airport so he took us to the stop and said we had 10 minutes to shop or he was leaving. To make a long story short, we just got out of the van with our luggage, shopped and hailed a taxi to the airport. Dodi found out about the situation, stopped his tour and immediately came to the airport to apologize for the situation and return the money we had prepaid for the trip. I told him that wasn't necessary but he wouldn't let us leave the city without apologizing and returning the money. While all of this is happening my oldest daughter has been at the airport on an American Airlines plane for 5 hours without food, cell service nor internet. We arrived at the airport, our flight on ITA airways was delayed 2 hours and we had traveled to Rome before they canceled and deplaned the American airlines flight my daughter was on and she was able to finally contact me. I was in Rome, my daughter was stuck in Naples, hungry and lost. I called Dodi to pick her up and take her back to the hotel we were in and he immediately sprung into action. Not only did he pick her up and take her to get food, but instead of taking her to the hotel, he literally drove her to Rome to me. A 3 HOUR TRIP ONE WAY!!! This man literally drove all night (because he had tours today that he had to get back to Naples for) just to bring my daughter to me!!! When I say he is a God send, this man was sent by God!

My wife and I took our trip with Dodi from Positano to Rome airport. I confirmed with our driver the day before the trip and was very quick to responded and professional. Upon his arrival he greeted us and was friendly. He took out bags and placed them in his vehicle and then opened our doors. Inside he had water waiting for us along with some mints and phone chargers for our ride to the airport. Along the ride he provided us with information of the area and Italy in general. We didnβt book and stops due to our flight time but he still offered to stop if we wanted to see the area. Unfortunately we didnβt have the time. Along the way we stopped at the rest area and Dodi continued his professionalism. Holding the doors into and exiting the service area. While inside he offered to stand in the line while we got any items we wanted for the remainder of the trip. We continued our trip with Dodi and he continued to tell us about the area of Naples, Pompeii and Vesuvius. Dodi offered to let us play any music we pleased but he already had on a station we both enjoyed. At the airport he helped us with our bags, checked the vehicle for our belongings so nothing was left behind and helped guide us to our counter for check in. He waited until we were all set before leaving us. I canβt recommend Dodi enough to anyone traveling and needed a transfer. Dodi made us feel more like friends than a providing us a service. We will use Dodi in the future when we return to Italy as he was just fantastic. My wife and I truly appreciated Dodi. Dodiβs service was beyond what we could have hoped for a true 10/10 experience .
