Transfer From Naples To Sorrento

We did three private transfers and also booked a capri boat tour with this company. They were super-responsive during the booking process, and answered all of my questions as a first-time Italy visitor. They even accommodated a schedule change (we arrived earlier than expected to one location) with no hassle. Our three drivers - Andrea, Francesco 'the Barber' and Alessandro were all timely, professional and spoke great English (as we speak zero Italian). They made our time in their vehicles enjoyable, and shared some of the interesting sights and stories as we drove. I would highly recommend these three gentleman, and the company overall.

The driver was very nice. He told us the history about Naples and when we got to Sorrento he stopped so we could capture the beautiful view.

Raffaele, our tour driver was awesome and so helpful. He communicated ahead of time that if we did not already have tickets and a guide for Pompeii that we should take care of that. I purchased tickets, but not a guide. Rafaele was easy to find when we arrived at the airport. He gave very helpful tips on the Tour of Pompeii and many other things. He assisted us in securing a guide when we arrived at Pompeii and continued to communicate via cell phone. The only complaint I have is that I found Viator was misleading regarding Pompeii. I thought when we spent over $500 that the tour was included. I was not happy about that!

Compared to other transportation companies, we paid hundreds of euros more, and the van was not very comfortable. The driver tried his best, he spoke very very little English, but he had a handheld translator. It works, but was a bit awkward conversation. Again, no complaints about the driver’s demeanor, or timeliness. Just little things that were amplified by the €375 daytime fare. (Compared to our €175-ish return fare to Naples (with overnight charge).

Great way to relax on the way from Naples to Sorrento. The roads are not for the weak and I'm glad my family had an experienced local driver to get us to our hotel comfortably.

Gianluca was so professional , educated and very well at helping us with some places , restaurants , was able to explain from each corner the history part of the towns we visited . A wonderful experience , you name it .

Driver was excellent! He even pointed out certain landmarks, like Mount Vesuvius, and talked about some of the history. It was a very pleasant ride from Naples to Sorrento

We used Martina, for transfer from Naples to Sorrento… she was brilliant, very good English, gained from two years living in Britain.. the traffic was very busy due to it being an Italian bank holiday. She tried several other routes and got us there smoothly. A very good driver! Thx for a stress free journey and lovely to meet you!

Francesco was great, texted me ahead of time to say he was there, sent me a picture with my name sign to know what to look for and was very pleasant and helpful. Definitely recommend this service, great experience.

Our driver did not speak to us at all on the drive and spent most of his time on his phone talking and texting. Other drivers that we have had were much more personable and engaging.

Our driver was so professional and prompt, and ensured that our stuff was stowed safely while we visited Pompeii before heading to Sorrento. I’d highly recommend as it was cost and time efficient for our group of 6.

The limo service did not pick us up because our flight was delayed 5 hours and wouldn’t arrange a proper transfer. Nor will they reimburse us.

This could not have gone better. We needed to get from the Naples station to our hotel with a stop in Pompeii. What could have been a total hassle was super easy and no stress. Our driver was waiting for us exactly where they told us when we got off the train. It was an easy drive to Pompeii and we met up directly with our tour guide….DEFINITELY pay for them to hire you a guide. The tour was great with a super knowledgeable guide and when we were done it was straight back to the car and an a beautiful drive to our hotel in Sorrento. Definitely recommend this service!!!!

Driver was at Naples Airport waiting for us. Excellent safe driver not a moments concern. Advised of best restaurants in Sorento.

Rafael was prompt and after a quick call to good hearts limos I was able to spot him in the airport straight away. Taking a shared/private cab is much better than any other means of transportation especially because cabs in the area are very very expensive. Cabs can run you anywhere from at least 100€ and up from the airport at least… great option and great service. This option will always be cheaper than ordering cabs in the area especially to sorrento. Good Hearts after fees is just about 110€ and beyond worth the price. Highly Recommend!

We had a great experience. Our driver arrived early to pick us up. Our hotel was located in a pedestrian area and we couldn’t be picked up at the door, so he sent us a pinned location by text on the map so we could easily find him around the corner. He was very professional and friendly, the car was clean and we had an enjoyable and safe ride to our destination.

Ferninando picked us in Naples and drove us to Pompei and then Sorrento. He was a fantastic guide and driver and such a pleasure!

I am glad we booked a transfer instead of taking the bus to Napoli Central. The driver sent me a message the night before to tell us where to meet him. I provided our train time and he suggested the pick-up time to give us ample time at the station and avoid and issues with traffic delays. Large Mercedes-Benz sprinter van. A little bouncy with the stick shift but that was more of the road than the driver. We had a good experience.

This was more than just a car service! The entire drive from Napoli to Sorrento, the owner gave us historical information, tips of the best places to eat and fun things to do! I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone!

We had a great experience on our transfer. Our driver was courteous and patient. He helped with luggage and drove very safely. He was full of knowledge and helped to find out your operator when we stopped for our 2 hour Pompeii tour. We are booking for another transfer as this was a fantastic experience.

We had the pleasure of using Good Hearts Limo to pick us up at the Naples Airport and drive us to Sorrento. Our driver Vito was lovely, and waited for us to arrive on our delayed flight from Milan. He was courteous and a professional driver. The Mercedes van was immaculate. Frank, the owner/manager, was so accommodating, and we were so impressed with their service, that we again booked them to drive us to Pompeii the following day. When it was time to leave Sorrento and get to Rome, we realized that it would be inconvenient to travel by train with all of our luggage, so I called Frank again, on short notice, and asked if he could drive us to Rome the following day. He accommodated us on less than 24 hours notice, and sent us a lovely driver Paolo. Paolo asked me if I had enjoyed tasting the sfogliatelle pastries which are typical of the area, and when I told him I had intended to do so but had not had the chance, he stopped the car and bought us, with his own money, sfogliatelle pastries to enjoy on our drive to Rome! He refused to allow us to reimburse him! We also referred Good Hearts Limo to a woman we met on our Pompeii tour at 6 pm in the evening, who was traveling alone, who needed a ride to Naples the following morning at 5 am! Frank was able to get her a driver on less than 12 hours notice. I rarely write a review, but this company is fantastic, they are professional, the drivers are cautious and competent and safe, and the Mercedes vans are immaculate and well maintained. Please use them for your stay and you will be in good hands.

We booked Good Heart Limos for our transfer to and from Naples to Positano. Both were excellent experiences. We had Roberto and Ferdinando as our drivers. Both drivers were at the meeting points early and waiting for us, and we got to our locations on time and with a smooth ride. The transport van comfortably sat all 6 in our party and fit our many luggage pieces without issue. Would definitely book again and recommend for your transfer needs in Amalfi.

Traffic in Naples was unbelieveable, took an hour to go about 2 miles. Our driver was pleasant and just kept moving along. Car was nice.

Our train was a bit delayed but our driver waited for us. Kept in contact via text and was very polite and helpful. There were 6 of us including 2 toddlers with a stroller and lots of luggage. Very professional, got us to our hotel safely. We booked last minute (the day before). They had fast communication which I appreciated.
