Transfer From Naples To Sorrento

My mother and I had Raphael transfer us from the train in Naples to our hotel in Sorrento. He was prompt, helpful, and took great care loading my mother and her wheelchair. He was concerned about our safety and comfort. He was a great driver and shared the history of Naples with us. He also took us from our hotel back to the train at the end of our stay in Sorrento. Again, we were checked in at the train with time to spare, he helped us with our luggage and was a great driver. We will definitely ask for Raphael when we return.

After a wonderful transfer for our honeymoon last year with Eugenio, we decided to book another transfer for our one-year anniversary trip this year. The pickup at Naples Airport was smooth, and we were in the car within minutes of our arrival. We were excited that Eugenio was available and able to provide another perfect trip to Sorrento. His knowledge of the region and engaging conversation are second to none. I can gladly say we will be scheduling another transfer with Eugenio when we return for our next trip. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Experience

Out of respect for the company we asked for transportation at 1 pm, we landed at 12 and knew it would take time for customs and gathering luggage. We exited the airport right at 1 pm and no one was found waiting for us. No info was given on this booking of where to meet or who to look for. After 20 minutes of waiting for someone to show up with a sign for us I reached out to Viator help desk to see if they could call these ppl since no one was answering us. They said the guy is outside in an orange shirt so we searched again and nothing. Finally a half hour later a woman in a red shirt had a sign for us and led us to a parking garage where we waited for another 15 minutes for a driver in a white shirt. They wasted so much of our time we were stuck in heat with our baby for over an hour. Do not respect them give them an earlier time and make them wait for you. Do not recommend this service!

Tommy took us from Naples Central Station to our hotel in Sorrento, and the whole experience was excellent. He was punctual, friendly, and made us feel welcome from the moment we met him. The journey was comfortable, and he drove safely while sharing interesting information about the local area, which was a lovely bonus. After a long journey, it was the perfect start to our holiday. Raffaele was absolutely amazing! He taught us history, drove us safely to our destination, and recommended a lovely restaurant with a wine tasting for us. He was o personal and I would absolutely recommend him to everyone looking for a tour in this area!

Eugenio communicated with us before we arrived in Naples and was waiting for us at the train station. He loaded our bags and off we went to Sorrento. He explained so much to us during our drive. We felt like we were on a tour. He was so knowledgeable. He also stopped to take our photo with the beautiful view! Best driver!

We had a private transfer from Naples train station to Sorento. Martina met us at the train station. She was wonderful. She explained the sites that we were passing and we had a good conversation. Her English very excellent . She made us feel very welcome and safe.

Was able to make us feel extremely comfortable in our first time in the area, extremely knowledgeable on the area itself (places to visit, avoid) and cuisine, joked with us, and made sure every need we had was met. We had a fantastic experience with Salvatore Lombardi, our taxi driver from Sorrento to Naples Airport. From the start, communication was excellent and reassuring — he kept in touch before the journey and arrived exactly on time. Salvatore was incredibly polite, friendly, and chatty throughout the trip, making the drive fly by. He even offered us bottled water and, in a lovely touch, pulled over to pick up some authentic Italian biscuits from a roadside vendor for us to try — a gesture that really went above and beyond. The car provided was a beautiful Mercedes saloon, the company were very professional. Our name was clearly seen at the airport and our driver was waiting for us. Our driver Carmine Vertaglio was very polite and exceptionally proffesional. He ensured the Air Con was to our liking and the music in the car was also what we wanted and the volume we liked. Carmine went above and beyond when we asked for restaunt recommends etc and gave us some fabulous tips on what je thought were the best places to eat. The 90 minute drive from Naples to Sorrento was very enjoyable.

I often get nervous with a pickup from a new company to get us from one location to our hotel. This company communicated with me the day before the morning of and once we arrived to get to where the van was parked. The driver was extremely helpful, friendly and drove safely and got us directly to our hotel.
