The driver will wait for yout at the parking stop at the beginning of the pedestrian area, you can walk down to the main beack located in the centre of Positano. It's a good idea to stop here for lunch in one of the many restaurants by the sea.
Stop in Amalfi for free time for approx 1hrs to give you chance to enjoy the city. Finally the queen of the coast, Amalfi, the ancient maritime republic with its amazing cultural heritage. Don't miss to visit the cathedral and the Cloister dated back to 12th century. Bring home some nice souvenirs like the hand made paper or the hand decorated ceramic.
Our driver was Luigi and we are so thankful to have had him drive us for the day! He was great, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the areas we were visiting. This was the most magical day! Luigi was amazing! He made stops at all the perfect places and photo ops! He went above and beyond and made lunch reservations at an amazing restaurant in Sorrento. We didn’t have to worry about one thing!! He made sure to keep us on track so we didn’t hit traffic!! Amazing communication!! Will be contacting him again on our next trip to Italy!! My kids (17 and 19) haven’t stopped talking about this day!! Totally worth it!!!
We had a wonderful; but a little rushed, day. Our driver was very good and made the best of the crazy traffic. We had about an hour in each of f the three cities visited and we wished we had a little more. The tour of Italy bike race was on the day of our visit and made traffic around the port very difficult. Our driver really came through though and we made it back to the ship on time.
Aldo, our driver, was so entertaining and just a pleasure to spend the day with. The unexpected lunch reservation was quite a treat. All in all it a fantastic experience.
Luigi was the best! Went off course a bit which was perfect! Visited Sorrento then had an amazing wine pairing and tour! Couldn’t have been better!
Thank you Luigi for an amazing day, Didn’t get to see everything we wanted due to traffic, but that’s something unpredictable and can’t be helped. But what we saw was great, We saw Positano and Sorrento, had 1 hr in Positano and 2 hours in Sorrento. We loved Sorrento. Luigi was very friendly, accomodating and knowledgeable about history and gave us top recommendations for eating, gelato even coffee stops. Our family enjoyed this tour and would recommend. This tour was absolutely amazing! Our wonderful driver, Aldo was so knowledgeable and he made this experience unforgettable. One of the best days we have ever had on vacation. Sorrento was gorgeous and we left with some beautiful leather goods. Positano was equally as beautiful and we bought linen and ceramics. We stopped for lunch at Casa Nova, and had one of the best meals we have ever had. The view was breathtaking and a highlight of the day. Then finally onto the Amalfi Coast. Super busy with tourists, and we had to partake in the lemon sorbet. Delicious and refreshing! Book this tour, it’s a must!
This was an absolutely amazing tour! Our driver Aldo was simply outstanding. He was humorous, knowledgeable about the various cities and their history. He took great care of my friends and I. It was a great way to end our trip in Italy. I highly recommend this tour.
Luigi was a great driver! Would recommend 2hours in each Positano and 2 hours in Amalfi. We were not able to see everything in Positano due to time constraints. Overall Luigi was a great tour guide and took us to great places. He also recommended the best pizza restaurant in Napoli. Would recommend if you are on a short trip just to visit all of the places and not leisurely shop and take your time.
Luigi was so accommodating and flexible to our requests! It was difficult to reach the company through Viator leading up to the tour. I had reached out twice via the messaging feature to find out our meeting time with no luck. That morning Luigi called at 8 AM saying he was outside waiting and we felt terrible we weren't ready yet! We met up at 8:40 off the cruise ship and asked if we could switch the itinerary to see Positano and Ravello instead of Amalfi and he made it happen! The car was brand new and made our ride so smooth and comfortable through the winding roads. He knew so many people along the way that made for perfect little stop offs and photo moments. He was knowledgeable, kind, accommodating, and we would absolutely book again and request him as our driver!
Aldo was great! He let us shop without feeling rushed. We had a wonderful lunch with the most beautiful view. He shared lots of information and was lots of fun. Best tour of our entire cruise!
Great driver - Aldo. Only thing we would prefer would be much less time in Sorrento and Positano and more time in the less crowded areas such as Priano and Ravello
Tried for 3 days before tour to find out meeting place with no response until night before. Not at pickup location when they picked it bc they said they couldn’t go into port. “I’m here, l’m here - Doesn’t speak English very well. Pay off from shops he stopped at for us to shop at. Did not stop at three Sorrento, Positano, amalfi for 2 hr each!!🤨 Late picking us up after the one stop ( waited in sun for 55 min). He was a great driver but didn’t fulfill what was paid for this excursion. Would NEVER recommend this tour!!
We had an exceptional time with Aldo, our driver and entertainer, for our day trip to Sorrento, Positano & Amalfi. He was perfecto in modifying our day due to our port time departure, to still include seeing all 3 gorgeous towns, with many scenic stops and photo ops along the way- including places that were not “overrun” with other tourists! We even got to see a 4th town, Ravello, as a bonus! He pointed out so many interesting landmarks and scenic spots, and helped us with our Italian pronunciations of towns and all things important. He was attentive to our personal needs throughout the trip and we had an amazing day!! We would not hesitate to book Aldo again if we would be in the area again! If we could give him 10 stars, we would! Grazie, Aldo-Finche non ci incontreremo di nuovo!
The drive on coast seeing the cliffs and beautiful water. Our driver was very accommodating and took us where we wanted to go. He pointed things out to us and was knowledgeable.
The driver Aldo was amazing! He was funny attentive and very knowledgeable of Naples and all the visiting areas also knew how to avoid the traffic so we didn't have to spend time waiting! I recommend them to all GREAT DRIVER AND COMPANY! Car was clean and well maintained! Be using them again for sure and also requesting Aldo to be our driver!

Great tour. Our guide Franco was excellent. He had several “surprises” for us including a great place for lunch and several photo stops in addition to the tour described on the website. He was very friendly, prompt and spoke excellent English. We would highly recommend him for the tour.
Aldo was our driver for the day. He was amazing! Arrived at our pickup point on time, introduced himself and was very polite. Aldo was an extremely good driver throughout the day and also was very knowledgeable of the great History of all the areas we visited. Aldo pulled over whenever possible for us to take some amazing pictures and assisted in taking pictures of us. Aldo brought us to an amazing restaurant for lunch, then continued on to some other great places, to finally returning us back to our cruise ship. We would highly recommend having Aldo as a tour driver to anyone visiting Italy!
Luigi gave us a wonderful excursion! We were met right at the port and Luigi took time to discuss the best way to visit the Amalfi region. He stopped for photo opportunities at the best views. He showed us where to go and gave us time to explore on our own. We had a stunning view of Sorrento, then spent a lovely 90 minutes in Positano on our own. He took us to Sorrento ahead of the big tour buses, so we could maximize our time. He even made a reservation for us at Donna Sofia Ristorante. Great pizza and salad! We explored Sorrento on our own for 3 hours and he got us back to the ship ahead of traffic and in time. Fabulous day and I highly recommend Luigi!
Luigi promptly met us at port with a nice minivan. We discussed the best use of time to maximize touring. Skipped Amalfi for more Sorrento time. He stopped for unique views and kept our attention about the area. We stopped above Sorrento for photos and gifts, then pressed on to Positano, beautiful village with lots of shopping and a cafe for cappuccino. He gave us 1 1/4 hour to meander. We pressed on to Sorrento where he took us to the best view and showed us Donna Sofia restaurant, having already made a reservation for us. Fabulous pizza! He gave us 3 hours to explore Sorrento on our own. He found ways to avoid most traffic and was entertaining.
